Error: Failed to create a subscriber in Klaviyo, the API key specific is invalid

I have set up my squarespace and klaviyo accounts using the API key, but for some reason I keep getting a trigger error and I have no idea why! Any tips? thanks!

Hi @risecoffeebox 

Good question.

To locate your API Key in your Klaviyo account, please follow these steps:

  1. Log into Klaviyo account.
  2. Go to your account settings.
  3. Copy your Klaviyo Public API key / Side ID and Private API key to your clipboard.

I’ve already inputted the API keys but it’s still not working! Any ideas? thanks!

Perhaps you switched them around.

Or perhaps there was a leading/trailing space.

I’d try reconnecting Klaviyo app again here: https://zapier.com/app/connections

Required field "email" (email) is missing.
