I get the incorrect format when importing less or more than 3 line items in a Shopify order

Hi there, hoping someone can help me with this formatting issue in zapier. I am automatically importing orders in from Shopify into google sheets. The default is for them to import like this: “Item 1, Item 2, Item 3”. My initial goal was to get them to import like this all in the same cell: Item 1Item 2Item 3 I successfully did this with the line-item to text utility. See solution below: So all good it seemed, until there are less or more than 3 items in an order. When there are more than 3 items, it only imports the first 3, and when there are less than 3 items, it imports to google sheets like this:Any solutions? Thanks so much in advance.

ClickUp task update not triggering and getting transferred to Google Sheets.

Hi!We had a zap that would transfer task info upon update on ClickUp to Google Sheets. It was working normally until the 20th of Oct, but it`s stopped since. It only works when testing it.I have checked the connections, checked the fields and the criteria and all seems ok.What may be causing this not to work?

{{zap_meta_human_now}} gives correct time zone when testing but not in an actual zap

I am using {{zap_meta_human_now}} to update a date field in Airtable. I have my Profile Settings to America/New York for Eastern time.  When I test the action, the date and time “12/8/2022 2:30pm” is updated in Airtable. When the Zap runs from an actual trigger, it instead puts “12/8/2022 9:30am,” a 5 hour difference.  Any ideas why it works in the test function, but not in the live Zap?

I’m trying to send leads to Facebook Ads through Zapier’s “Send Lead Event” zap.We have already hashed the email address before sending them to Zapier to ensure that PII is kept confidential. However, we’re getting this error message:"Invalid email format for the passed email. Please check the passed email format.”Is there any way to skip the testing process here?

Google Sheets error: invalid literal for int() with base 10

Hi,When customers cancelled their Stripe subscriptions, I want to clean the row that contains the customer information. 1.I added the canceled subscribers from Stripe. It works.2.I added Lookup Spreadsheet Row in Google Sheets. It works.3.I added Delete Spreadsheet Row in Google Sheets. This failed. I got error message "invalid literal for int() with base 10 (the email address of the cancelled stripe subscription).How can I make it work?Thank you!

I’m looking to create another zap that updates the Google Sheet (Status Column) when a Booking gets cancelled on OnceHub. Tried following the steps but it’s returning this error. Please help.

Can I force my Zap to refresh and choose the last three payments in Stripe?

Hi all, I’m trying to configure a Zap with Stripe as a trigger (new payment), but in order to test, i click on load more data to test the trigger and it always loads the same 3 payments, even if they were not the last 3 to begin with, and some more payments came in afterwards and it still pulls the same 3 it’s incredible.Even if I wait,  I click again on. “load more data” it says more data found, and then, instead of having A,B,C, i now have A,B,C,D,E,F but they are the same 3 repeated 2 times!So how can I force the Zap to refresh and chose the really last 3? I tried creating another zap, reconnecting the Stripe and it stays the same :))I need this because I changed the metadata I’m sending to stripe and that happened after the 3 payments it’s pulling me so i’m unable to test with the new data structure.Thank you for your help :)

Xero New Purchase Order Not Triggered

Hi all,I created a new Zap where it retrieves new purchase orders and their information. The following actions work perfectly fine, however, the initial call to find the new purchase order never actually finds the new purchase order I create, even after manually running it about 30 minutes after I created the Xero purchase order.Another thing to note, is that when I run the test in the Zap, it retrieves purchase orders but from the beginning of Xero, rather than the most recent purchase order. Wondering if anyone could help with this :)

Zapier bot can't post to Slack with posting permissions

Hello everyone I’ve configured a Zapier integration with slack, triggered by new data in an google spreadsheet using the “Send Channel Message in Slack” action.If I configure in the slack channel “Settings” > “Posting permissions” > “You, and specific people” > Then I add the Zapier app, messages are no longer reaching slack. I’m not sure why this is the case as it was working before that. Since I’m adding the Zapier app to the channel permission I’d expect to be receiving the messages. Some other thingsSend as bot is set to Yes in Zapier The user in the action is mine which has admin permissions for that slack channel Could you help me troubleshoot why messages are not sent to slack? Google Business Zap Review and Reply not Working in Live Mode

Please remember that this is a public forum and to remove any sensitive information prior to posting.My Zap gets a Google My Business Review and then replies to it as per your documented steps of actions I setup correctly. I then do a test and the review is replied to in Google Reviews for that business location. However, when I published and activated/toggled the Zap to “On”, new reviews arrive and the Zap never executes. I included a screenshot of a successful test. Then I included a screenshot of a filed execution when live. Since that time I executed that failed execution via another Zap test and it worked like the initial test did for another review. We do not believe the Zap is working in live mode and we need help as to why. New Leads sent to Salesforce won't add to Campaign

I have a 3 Step Zap.  When I have new leads come from my landing page, Zapier creates the lead in Salesforce, then adds the lead to a campaign. I’ve tried half a dozen tests this morning.  All with unique names, phone numbers and emails.  The leads are created, but not added to campaign. Zapier emails me and says leads are already in the campaign.  I’ve sent tests from different computers, thinking maybe its matching IP addresses. Still the same, “lead is already in campaign”. Any ideas what could be causing this?

Time-tracking records in Zoho Analytics are being duplicated instead of updated

I’ve created a Zap with the purpose of tracking the time people on our team spend on individual tasks. The data is pulled from Monday.com when someone edits the time_tracking variable and a new row is added to a data sheet in Zoho analytics. The issue I’m having is that there will be duplicates of time made instead of updating the already existing time. I have tried to use “update row” instead, but it updates the entire column to all be the same task with the same time and just multiple version of it.  I’ve attached screenshots for reference, any help would be appreciated. Zap is erroneously posting to multiple Slack channels and multiple Asana projects

I have a Zap that assigns an Asana task in a specific Project, and also posts a Slack message in a specific channel after a specific user has a Calendly event cancel. I’m copying this Zap and adding a new Calendly account, changing the Asana Project it posts in, and changing the Slack channel it posts in. Now, whenever the Zap is triggered, it posts in both the new AND old Asana Projects and Slack channels. I’ve scoured the workflow and can’t find any reference to the old Project or Channel, but somehow they’re still getting triggered. I am using a filter in this Zap. What am I missing here? Should I not be copying and editing Zaps to do this?

Hi all,I’m facing a problem where I want Zapier to go through this flow:AirTable record modified Filtered by Status: Pending Payment Search for existing customer in AT Create a new customer profile on ChargeBee if the above is false Create a new subscription on ChargeBee Here is where my problem lies, ChargeBee receives the information and creates a customer.But when it attempts to create a new subscription on ChargeBee, it tells me that the Customer ID already exists.I am using ChargeBee 2.0, so it is supposed to find an existing customer to create a subscription to tag onto.This is a problem for me because the same Lead can have multiple subscriptions.Help would be greatly appreciated.Thank you

Can't update row in mysql with Google Sheets

So I made this zap, where when a cell in a specific column is changed, it send the change to the same column in the same row in the database. I am creating a zap for Groove Funnels.I am integrating the zap with my Groove page and while testing the trigger I am getting following error.Error while retrieving: Bargle! Find a worksheet with dynamic fields for new files added to a specific folder in Google Drive

Hi,I’m trying to copy the worksheet of new files added to a specific folder in Google drive. For the action of copying to take place I need to define the worksheet name, which I don’t have, so I added the find worksheet action and have added the dynamic fields from the New file in folder, yet I keep on getting error that the worksheet is not found.   Is there a way to make the action work with dynamic fields? or an alternative solution?Thanks!

How can I search my Google Sheet using a single line item?

Hey guys,The aim of using Zapier is to import our Shopify orders into a google spreadsheet and have it update any data that get’s updated in Shopify as it happens such as fulfillment status and order notes etc.Zap 1 - Master: This app is working perfectly. It imports orders as they happen. If the order has multiple items it creates multiple rows which is fineZap 2 - Update: This app I’m having issues with. If I fulfill 1 item it will show fulfilled in the ‘Fulfillment Status’ column but not necessarily next to the correct item. If I fulfill a second item it will write in that same cell next to 1 of the items ‘fulfilled,fulfilled. To try fix this I setup a support lookup column so it references either variant title or the sku however when I do this Zapier is looking for the order number as well as all the multiple items on the order in the one cell. Is there a way to make it look up single items instead and update accordingly?Thanks in advance!

Data from Freshdesk tickets not Pulled to Google Sheet

Hello All,I created a Zap, to pull the data from the raised “Freshdesk” Tickets, into “Google sheets Rows”, and accounts are connected correctly, also the Test is working fine and data is pulled into the “Google sheet Rows” correctly!So I published the zap and it is ON without any Warnings.But when new tickets is created in “Freshdesk” it is not added to the  “Google sheet Rows”, did I miss something?

Reporter field in Jira cloud is shown only till letter "T"

Hi everyone, I need some guidance or help for an issue we got. when setting up a zap to create ticket in Jira after a Google form was filled inwe wanted to set the reporter to be “Zappier_bot” - which is a legit jira user with all the permissions needed. But when we try to set this field in Zappier it shows the users only to letter “T” and no more … we need Z.Has anyone bumped into such issue? What shall we do next? For now we have set the reporter to be Jira admin - me, but we would like to be able to set the zappier_bot user. It worked in our previous zapp that we just moved from one zappier user to this one. Cheers,

Lookup Google Sheet Row - Zap doesn't stop on failure - Part 2

The linked post details a fix to stop your zap from running following a failed Google Sheet lookup. The purposed solution is to “add a filter checking the value of “Zap Search was Found Status”Can someone please elaborate on how to do that? Zapier Formatter for spreadsheet-style formula is not working

I am losing my mind a bit with this one and I am hoping someone can help!I am using a spreadsheet-style formula with an ‘IF’ statement to get my output.What I am trying to write is: If the discount % value is null, then put the discount value, otherwise, take discount % divide it by 100 and multiply it by price). The part I am having trouble with is the multiple it by price. For some reason, if the discount % value is null, it is taking the discount value and multiplying that by price?? I have tried so many different variations of this I cannot figure out why this is happening: Here is my statement:IF(“Discount Percentage”=””,Discount,Discount Percentage/100*Price)I have also tried putting brackets around the false statement component to ensure Discount doesn’t get multiplied by price, alas, it still does!IF(“Discount Percentage”=””,Discount,(Discount Percentage/100*Price))
