Hi!

We had a zap that would transfer task info upon update on ClickUp to Google Sheets. It was working normally until the 20th of Oct, but it`s stopped since. It only works when testing it.

I have checked the connections, checked the fields and the criteria and all seems ok.

What may be causing this not to work?

Good question.

Try turning the Zap OFF, then ON.

Thanks, @Troy Tessalone ! I’ve tried all possibilities and although ClickUp may have been down (of some of its functionalities), it should have been back to normal, shouldn’t it?

Anyway, for the time being, I’ve created a Zapier webhook and an automation in the Space I want tasks to get transferred into Google Sheets, but the first approach is more suitable.

 

If there is more info on the cause of this issue, this would be greatly appreciated. Thank you very much!

Hey @jesse ! Thanks for the follow up. The problem persists. I have set it up a bit differently, bit the one that was working stopped triggering. I'll submit a support request soon. Thanks.
