Hi, I have a problem when I’m trying to update an existing database item in Notion. The problem is the same as in ticket: Unable to find valid UUID to integrate Notion with Outlook Calendar but the solution isn’t working for me. What I am trying to do is to update an database item as a new form submission from Jotform is the trigger. So the error I get is: “Failed to create a database item in Notion path failed validation: path.page_id should be a valid uuid, instead was `"JWF75648"`.”In the printscreens you can see my current configuration. Please let me know what I am doing wrong :)
Hey all, so we have multiple accounts of Zapier, and over 20+ zaps that were sending FB leads to CRM platforms, all zaps stopped triggering with no errors…… Is there a general issue with FB leads? All permissions seem to be ok, when we try a new zap we integrated zapier again with a couple of Accounts but none of them show the FB Pages in the setup now...
Hello everyone,i have a little big problem :DSince this morning, Zapier telling me that: -Invalid permission issue with Facebook, ensure this account can access the page-I have seen some Post about this problem, I try all the suggestion and it didn't fix my problem.This issue is huge for me because the Leads will not be forward onto our Client CRM or Email.Another thing is all Permission on Facebook are granted especially we are the Admin of this site.Can anyone help, please?I'm trying to reconnect my Account, but It still didn't change anything.The Lead account is connected since 1 year and has working with no problem Troubleshoot errors: Invalid permission issue with Facebook, ensure this account can access the page. Hello, I own a Spotify account that I curate playlists for and I do also have a Radio.co account for same profile, how can I make sure my playlists are transferred to radio.co, can I transfer a whole playlist or track by track. My playlists are updated on Fridays and when updated I want to air it on radio.co. I NEED HELP
Hello, I have a Bubble.io data type “orders” that contain a list of “order items”s unique ids. I am trying to compile these individually listed “order items” so they can be used in an invoice line items using the QB online integration. However, when I use the workflow “Find a Bubble Thing in Bubble” to search for unique IDs of order items from the listed order items unique IDs, nothing is found. I’ve tried variations “in list” “contains list” etc but nothing is working. I’ve tried formatter by Zapier as well to split text. Any and all help is greatly appreciated, this is the one thing holding up my MVP. https://zapier.com/editor/183850535/draft/183850536/setup UPDATE: I’ve used Utilities in Formatter by Zapier to convert line items to text. I can use this to Find a Bubble Thing in Bubble but it only works if I use the first item, I can’t select multiple or it isn’t found. Hi all!I am running into issues when writing a zap that would create an account and update/create a contact in Salesforce (update when email is present, create when it is not).Step 4 is the “Find record” step where I lookup if email is in salesforce. If that is false, the path leads to a create contact step. But when I try to create the contact, I get the following error message: Which is confusing because the reason why it is pathed this way is because there is no email present, and I double check this email is not present in our CRM across all objects. This error goes away when I remove the email from the creation step, but the email is a necessity in our crm. It also works when I just put a dummy email in as the used email. Here’s what I’ve tried so far: mapping the email into just an unused text field (and was going to copy the email once in Salesforce via flows) - still got the error message. reformatting the email via formatter and pulling the email the “create contact” step, ve

My trigger is adding “new file to folder” and I’ve connected my Dropbox account and completed everything that needs to be done - in fact, I have an identical zap (with slightly different paths) that works perfectly. Assuming my paths are correct, why is the trigger test not working? The whole sequence is Dropbox → Asana: Create Task but the Dropbox trigger fails to begin with, before getting to Asana.
I have a few Zaps that run on “last Modified Time” within Airtable when a new record or updated record is created. problem is two are triggering before the “last modified time” is activated - so its causing a duplication of automations and burning my zap counts for the month.My air-table is set up to first check mark what automations i need that will then filter the records into new views and then once in the view i check mark the automation to run which corresponds with the “last modified time” as described in my zapIve tried limiting the view but that triggers when the records enters that viewive included a screen shot incase anyone can help but wanted to see fi any users have a similar problem with “last modified time” not actually working the way it should

I wanted to link Firebase to Gmail, so, whenever I got a new entry in the Realtime Database, it would send me a email. But, while Connecting Firebase / Firestore account, it just always gets stuck at the last step and it will show the error - Zapier could not connect to your account.Unable to verify that your connection has access to the Firebase/Firestore project "contact-us-website-asdasd" i am using the correct “Project ID” in the project settings of Firebase. Hello everyone, I have been trying to figure this out myself for the better part of 2 hours haha. I just can’t seem to find the issue/solution. I built this workflow via Slack’s Workflow tool to execute the function “Gmail Send Email from a Slack Workflow”… Essentially the automation I want is that every time someone fills out this workflow, it sends an email to the corresponding Site Manager based on the Site manager email response in the workflow. This is the workflow in question This is the Zapier part Basically the issue is as soon as I submit this workflow, I get this error.And if i go to the activity page of Slack I get this error. I looked into these forums for the solution and I found that once I submit the workflow, a zap is created and put in my trash folder on Zapier’s dashboard, once I move that to my Home folder and make it active/on, nothing happens, and when I go to submit the workflow once more it just puts another zap into my trash folder. I use Outlook locally, not as part of Office 365 (or whatever).I’d like to create a PDF from emails going to a certain account.I cannot connect Zapier to Outlook.I assume it’s because my emails are only local - is that correct? Am I even phrasing my question sensibly?Thanks!
Hello, We have a Zap step where we send an email with some photos attached from our job management platform “ServiceM8” We are getting an intermittent problem whereby the email is failing with a 403 error code. Please see screenshot attached. The bit that is confusing is that its an intermittent fault, sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't.Thank you
I’m brand new to Zapier, so hopefully I’ve just done something silly and the solution is simple. I want to create an automation that will do the following;Every time a new file (png) is added to a Google Drive folder, a link to that image is added the “Image URL” column on a Google Sheets spreadsheet.It seems to work fine in testing, but once the Zap is published the Zap doesn’t trigger when I add a new file, and when I run the Zap manually, it’s can’t find the new file. Hey.I’m testing Transfer on our private integration and google sheets.In my test data I have ~700 rows, but after about half of those are transferred, google sheets throws an error. It seems that I’m hitting the api limit. I checked my google sheets api limits and it looks like the limit is 300 calls/minute. Is there a way to get around this limit or add delay after X rows?
I am currently experiencing a problem with my Firebase collections where only a subset of collections are showing, and the "load more" option is grayed out. I am also unable to manually type the name of the collection that I want to access.Has anyone experienced a similar problem before, or do you have any suggestions on how to resolve this issue? My clients fill out a Cognito form that has a section for customer contact info. That information is submitted to Zapier as line items. When I use the Create Records (with Line Item Support), everything works as it should. I have a separate record for each contact with the correct contact info for each. In some cases I would like to check Airtable to see if one or more of the contacts are already entered and if not, create those records. HOWEVER, when I use the Find Records (with Line Item Support) it seems to be searching for the records as a string, and not as individual records. And since it can’t find any record matching that string, it tries to create a new record, but now only creates 1 record with the information for all contacts merged. I hope I explained that carefully. I can’t figure out if my issue is with Cognito, Zapier or Airtable. HELP!
