Hello, good afternoon. I've been facing a problem for the past 2 days that I can't seem to resolve. I'm creating a GPT agent and configuring its actions, following the guide on actions.zapier.com.

The goal of the agent is to access a Notion database through Zapier and perform queries or modifications based on user requests. Following the guide on the actions.zapier.com website, I created the actions in Zapier, enabled them, and granted the necessary permissions.

I created the agent and added the schema code generated by Zapier, but when I test it, it gets stuck asking me to log in to Zapier, and the button doesn't work.

I'm not sure if it's a configuration problem in the code or in the authentication section, but I would appreciate it if someone could help me resolve this issue.

I've already tried clearing the cache, changing browsers, logging out, etc.

I'll leave the code below for anyone who wants to take a look, along with screenshots. I hope someone can help me resolve it or guide me in the right direction.

Hi @LunatiC01n, welcome to the Community! 👋

I know that OpenAI was having some issues yesterday (see: https://status.openai.com/incidents/n254wyd7nml7).

I’m not 100% certain whether that is definitely the cause of the issue you’re experiencing but thought it worth mentioning in case it’s related. That incident was resolved so I’m hoping that if you try it again now it will work. 🤞

Can you give it a try again now and confirm whether it’s working as expected now?

I’m having the same problem for weeks now.
Did you figure it out?

Hi @torheim! 👋

Sorry to hear that you’re also running into the same issue here. I did some further digging and it looks as though this is a known issue on OpenAI’s end. See the following OpenAI Developer Community post discussing this here:

It appears the current solution is to repeat the same prompt that triggered the login request (once you’ve successfully logged in) which should then clear the “Sign in with….” message. Not an ideal solution I know but hopefully will help in the meantime. 🙂

Hi @SamB !

For me, it worked when using VPN from US. Currently in Brazil, and then it doesn’t seem to allow me to connect. Have know idea why, however, solution with using VPN works for me.

Are there known limitations of countries which can connect to actions and integrations?

Thanks for the update @torheim

I’ve not found that documented officially anywhere. But it does seem that OpenAI must have some sort of geographical limitations in place as there’s been other posts in Community where connecting using a VPN solved various issues for folks. That said, the workaround of using a VPN hasn’t worked in all cases but I’m glad to hear that it solved things for you here.

@LunatiC01n - are you still running into this issue or were to able to resolve it? We’d love to hear from you!

Hello, litterly had almost the same issue for days and ended up just swithing browsers to google chrome and that simply fixed it. Feld pretty stupid afterwards.

Not stupid at all, @Tobiasai! And thanks for sharing that helpful tip here. 🤗

@LunatiC01n and @torheim  - not sure if you’re both still running into issues here but might be worth giving @Tobiasai’s suggestion of switching to Chrome, or another browser, a try in case that solves it?

If you do give it a try and it fixes it please let us know! 🤞
