I’ve created a Google Form with a field (name = “Initiative Focus Area”) in which I want to use to create a card in a particular Trello Board. I have created a 2 step process that gets the “Initiative Focus Area” information from the Form and 1) checks to see if the List exists, and create it if it doesn’t while the 2nd step) is intended to create the new Card in the List identified in the “Initial Focus Area” field. Google Sheets error: The app returned "Request entity was not found"

The goal of our Zap: When it fires, if a spreadsheet with the title “[input data title]” does not exist, create the spreadsheet titled “[input data title]” in Google Sheets.If the spreadsheet with that title _does_ exist, find that spreadsheet and add a row.We use a master sheet to determine whether to create a new spreadsheet or update an existing one - if a row in the master sheet exists with title === “[input data title]”, the sheet exists.The issue is that in order to accomplish this flow, we need to use the Path action. Path A will create a new spreadsheet and update it with the first record. This works great!Path B attempts to find the spreadsheet created by the title. Path B is not aware of the spreadsheet ID that was created in Path A since these two actions will not execute in the same Zap run. In Path B, in the “Create Spreadsheet Row in Google Sheets” action, in the “Spreadsheet” field, I choose the Custom tab and select the “[input data title]” data field. (see screenshot 1

Unable to display images or attachments from Gmail in a Slack channel.

I’m looking for a way to display/attach an image from an email to GMail into a Slack Channel.I have everything setup so far, but it is not displaying the image. Sharepoint Integration Creates and Recognizes but Can't Find Folders

The problem is that the "find file" feature in the SharePoint integration doesn't work for finding folders, even when using specific folder names. It requires a file extension to locate a file, and since folders don’t have those, it doesn't recognize folders. This raises the question of how to create files within folders if the SharePoint integration cannot find the folder.

Stripe error: The app returned "This customer has no attached payment source or default payment method.

Hello Everyone ! I have a zap that triggers the Stripe create subscription (legacy) every 1st of the month. The client already exist in Stripe before the zap, and already made a first payment, so i have their card info. I do a search to find the client by their cus_ID, and create the subscription. It worked but I now have this error “The app returned "This customer has no attached payment source or default payment method. Please consider adding a default payment method. For more information, visit https://stripe.com/docs/billing/subscriptions/payme...". I can’t seem to find a way to l use their card, or to set it up as default payment method. I did the setup manually, I went into stripe and set a client’s card as default payments method, and ran the zap, which was successful. But how can I make my zap work? Thanks everyone!

Hubspot – Excel Zapier / Weird date formatting

Hi! I created workflow in which whenever a deal property is updated, new row is added to the Excel table but all of the dates Zapier is taking from Hubspot are in weird format which I can’t work out. Trigger zapier functions in line not parallel.

I have a trigger function set for watching a new entry in a google document.If I enter too many rows into the spreadsheet, it clogs up another zapier function have running down the pipe. I’d like to be able to enter dozens of rows at once, and have Zapier run the first one to completion before starting on the next run. Adding a random time delay won’t really help me because it needs to be finished before starting the next one. I create a wordpress post, upload an image to wordpress, then update the post. When I run it one at a time, there are no issues, but if I run 4 or 5 at once, it will cause my server to lag and the images won’t get uploaded properly and I get an error. But if I do them one at a time, it’s fine. So I need the function to get triggered on the first row, run, complete, then go to the next row, run, complete, and so on. Any ideas?

Error: 404 action failed to add custom tag

Hi there,I’ve created a Zap that takes numeric data from Google Sheets that uses the Formatter to convert that number to alphabetical information. This seems to be working fine, but I am running into a problem with the Action.That alphabetical information determined by the formatter is then meant to be applied to Convertkit as a tag, ex: “Maintainer”. When I make a selection from Tag>Custom>Output “Numbers in formatter by Zapier”, and test the action I get a 404 erroroutput selection from the Formattercustom “Maintainer” tag intended integrate to convertkitI’ve tried successfully to run this same Zap but selecting a regular Tag without error.This works!Why am I running into an error when adding a Custom Tag?

No email data available - Square to Convertkit zap

I am trying to pull customer data from their Square purchase to add them to my CRM in Convertkit. However, in the Convertkit section of the zap, the information needed - First Name, Last Name, email - is not available from Square. The item that they purchase is set up in Square and has all of this information in it. Why is their name and email not available in the zap? These are the only options that come up for me. If I search for “email” it gives me the “Note” field which has the name of the product and the customer. I tried testing this just in case, but it doesn’t add the customer to Convertkit.

Unable to connect my Zoom business account with multiple users.

I’m trying to connect Zapier to Zoom, to pull through new webinar registrations. We have a business account with Zoom with multiple users, and Zapier seems to only connect to the account for a single user. This means that I can only pull data related to webinars for which I am the host - webinars hosted by other users on the same business account don’t appear to come through.Is there a way of connecting Zapier to our full business account, not to the account for a single user?

Unable of find is deal closed field in Actions for Update Deals

I am trying to update deals . I can find the existing deal but I cannot see the field that I am looking for to update.The field is a boolean field hs_is_closed. I am able to use it to find a deal . Notion Find Database Item - Database does not refresh while looping

TL;DR — While inside a Loops by Zapier loop, Zapier seems to not register changes to a Notion database item that occurred previously in the loop. Adding a delay doesn’t fix.I am building a Notion app for music collaboration. Thrivecart isn't showing all live products in trigger for any main product.

Hi,I want to build a zap between thrive cart and my email marketing software.If customer buy product x then add new contact in email marketing software.However, after connecting Thrivecart Zapier is not showing all main products listed live in Thrivecart. It shows just 8 out of 35 live products. The “load more” button is greyed out and not active.I tried “refresh fields” also without any results.Any idea what I need to do, that all listed products appear in the “trigger for any main product”? Failed to create a recipient in Stannp Required field "Group" (group_id) is missing.

Error when trying to add receipient to Stannp I’m trying a simple Zap that will add a new recipient to Stannp when I create a new contact in LACRM. This same error happens when I tried it with MyCase, a more expensive version of LACRM. It looks like it wants a Group ID but when I try to add a group in the Zap for Stannp, this is what happens:If I click on custom, it brings up a list of fields in LACRM (name, address, bday, etc.) but if I select any of them it results in the same error noted above: Failed to create a recipient in Stannp Required field "Group" (group_id) is missing.I’ve done google searches on this and searched the help forums for both LACRM and Zapier without any luck. Hope someone can help me.
