Hi @Challiwell,

This error might be due to the incorrect credentials you’ve put in while connecting Groove.cm. Could you please try connecting again and ensure that your credentials are correct?

Kindly give it a try and let me know how it goes? I'll keep an eye out for your response!

Thanks for the update here @Challiwell.

Could you please head over to the Apps page in Zapier and click on the Groove.cm app and delete all of your existing connections. After that, please try adding the connection again.

I'll be keeping an eye out for your response!

Hi everyone,

I'm just dropping by to see if I can help. Based on the recent tickets that were sent to the developer about this issue, they advise updating to the latest version of Groove.cm and making sure to delete any Zap with an old version of Groove.cm for the auth to pass. As per the developers, turning off the Zap won’t help resolve the auth issue.

Let us know if this helps you fix any errors with your Zap. We’re looking forward to your response.

Hi @vgm,

Yes, you can contact Zapier Support regardless of whether you have a free or paid plan. However, please note that priority support is given to users with a paid plan. If you're using a free plan, you can still submit a support ticket or request, but the response time might be longer. You can submit a support request through the Zapier website by going to this link: https://zapier.com/app/get-help.

Hi @vgm,

It looks like you’ve reached out to our Support Team about this and they replied with a suggestion. I’ll share details of the suggestion here in case it’s helpful:

Thank you for reaching out. I understand that you're experiencing an issue when trying to connect to Groovefunnels through Zapier, encountering an error despite using valid credentials. This problem can be frustrating, and I'm here to help.

Firstly, it's good to know that you've verified your Groovefunnels credentials by successfully logging in through your browser. This confirms that the credentials themselves are not the issue. However, since you're encountering the same problem even with a different account, it suggests that the issue might be related to the connection process within Zapier.

Here are a few things to try:

- Double-check that you are using the correct login credentials in Zapier, ensuring there are no extra spaces or typos. Sometimes a copy-paste action can inadvertently include extra spaces.

- Ensure that the Groovefunnels account you are trying to connect with has the necessary permissions and is fully active.

- Try clearing your browser cache or using an incognito window to prevent any cached data from interfering with the connection process.

- If you're using any browser extensions that might affect the login process, consider disabling them temporarily to see if they are causing any issues.

If these steps do not resolve the problem, it may be helpful to check if there are any current limitations or known issues with the Groovefunnels integration on Zapier. You can also reach out to Groovefunnels support to confirm if there are any specific settings or configurations required for third-party integrations.

Please let us know if you need further assistance or if these suggestions help resolve the issue.

Kind Regards,

If you’ve got any questions regarding their suggestion it would be best to continue the conversation with them over email. If you can’t locate their reply I’d recommend searching your spam/junk folder or searching your inbox for any emails from zapier.com in case. Sometimes their emails can end up in the spam/junk folder by accident.
