Failed to create an upload file in Amazon S3. S3ResponseError: 400 Bad Request.

I am trying to transfer Google Drive files from a folder into an Amazon S3 bucket. I have linked to the correct Google Drive account and Folder, selected the ‘Upload File’ event through Amazon S3, linked to the correct S3 account and then set up my actions. For this, I linked to the correct S3 bucket that I would like to upload to. For the key, I have selected the title, for the file I have selected the file, and for mimetype I have currently selected none. I have gone to test the step and I get given this error: Failed to create an upload file in Amazon S3. S3ResponseError: 400 Bad Request.Does anyone know why I got this error and how I can solve it? So far, I have tried putting in my AWS access key ID and secret access key details again, and re-tested to no success, and also tried setting the mimetype to text/csv.Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Morning.I have a zap which updates a row in excel.That bit seems to work but i’m getting error message argument is invalid or missing or wrong format for the columns which i want updatingHow can i tell which piece of data is the problem - beta ai can’t help as it’s run successfully once.Also I use a date picker in jotform which doesn’t seem to be offered for me to match to and excel column within zapier-any way i can sort this?Thanks

Inconsistent outcomes when generating multi-line Xero invoices

Hi community,I’ve created a Zap that creates a multi-line invoice in Xero from multiple Smartsheet rows with the same invoice number (along the lines of what @SamB suggested in this thread).I have some Path logic built in to determine whether the triggering row is the first in sequence. If it is, it creates a new invoice. If not, it waits a short while and then looks for the invoice and if it finds it, it adds a new row.Below is the output in Xero for a test of 20 rows, of which 16 have been generated. One run (row 7) stopped with the following error message: A validation exception occurred, An error occurred in Xero. Check the API Status page http://status.developer.xero.com for current service status. Contact the API support team at api@xero.com for more assistance.I’m not sure why - there’s nothing fundamentally different about the triggering row.Of more concern are rows 4, 11 and 13, which claim to have run without error but are not showing up in the invoice. Facebook Lead Zap: Incomplete email content, missing name, email, and phone number

I have a zap that triggers when I get a lead through facebook and the action is to send me an email of the leads name, email, phone number and the answer to one question in the lead forum. However when I do get a lead and the zap i triggered and I do get an email the email only contains the answer from the question so the name, email and phone number is left behind and is not in the email.

Failed to find or create a contact in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Cannot read property 'Label' of undefined

I am facing an issue which I am not able to resolve.My Zap were working perfectly, but since this morning I am in trouble.The flow is:Enter contact detail via a Zap interface Search for contact in Dynamics 365 If not found create a contact in Dynamics 365 If found update contact details in Dynamics 365I get the following error message: To avoid any cross issues, I created a new Zap with only two steps, but the issue is the same.Any advise? As it was previously working (Last work Saturday Jan 06 23:30 CET) I suppose that there has been a change somewere.Thank you for your help.

CloudConvert Returning "The app returned "Unauthorized"." Message

Hello everyone I hope everyone is off to a good start for 2024. I'm working on some new automations for the year. I'm looking at using Cloud convert. It looks quite promising and it looks like it can solve a lot of problems and it looks like it should work pretty well with zapier. I'm wondering if anybody else has been able to successfully configure any file conversions using Cloud convert? After tinkering around in multiple browsers after logging out of zapier and back in and also after turning the zaps off and then back on. After creating account with Cloud Convert. After all of the normal troubleshooting steps. Nothing seems to work. Over in the cloud convert dashboard I can see that the authorization has been set up and configured correctly. So that's a promising sign. I've even removed and then added back the authorization a few times just to see if the initial authorization wasn't working correctly. In specific my first task was to have zapier watch a folder in Google Drive for a

The Zap is sending Discord messages together and not individually according to calendar event timing.

Multiple issues:1. Check the pictures for visual support, i have multiple entries on different timings - On discord it's sending them all together, i don't understand why2. For some channels that have the same bots that other channels have, zapier gives me webhook error, i just gave up and rebuilding on the channels that zapier works on.#1 issue is extremely important because it is compiling all messages together and sending them as multiple tasks when the earliest one is triggered, it should be triggered individually according to the time of each reminder/event in the calendar, please help

Zap to create new calendar event works on one of my google calendars but not two others!

My goal is to create a new calendar event in my work google calendars (I have two accounts with two separate clients) whenever a new event is created on my personal calendar. The new event will be the same time and duration but it will be marked as “Not Available” instead of sharing personal details.  I have gotten this Zap to work between my personal calendar and one of my other personal calendars (a separate google calendar for personal work) but when i tack on extra steps to the same zap that calls for events to be created in each of my work calendars no events show up. I tested if it was the order of the events in the Zap and moved them around but still only one of the calendars works. The settings for each of these zaps is essentially the same but each selects a different calendar to create the new event on.  Could the issue be something at an admin level that doesn’t allow me to create new events using Zappier? Both of my personal google accounts have me as the admin. Neither of

I am looking to create a Zap:Trigger- New Form submission in KajabiAction- Create Webinar Registrant in ZoomWhen I get to ‘Create Webinar Registrant in Zoom’ it will not let me move forward. I have already ensured that my Zoom Webinar has the ‘Registration Required’ option turned on. Zapier is prompting me to refresh fields- but does not let me continue. see screen shot below. Fields and Values not displaying during mapping steps - is there a work around besides "guess and check"?

We are observing that fields and values are not loading correctly during the record test mapping step. Whenever we test a trigger, Zapier only loads the default automation record. The “find new records” button fails, and all of the initially pulled information seems to be encoded: This issue is impacting Wix, Mailchimp, BigCommerce and Salesforce zaps. I contacted Zapier support and their suggestion was to “guess and check” to verify which field is which and attempt to map our fields this way. Apart from this being a completely unprofessional and ridiculous solution, they mentioned it’s a known issue with an unknown fix date.Is anyone else experiencing this issue? Have you discovered any workarounds? Thank you for your time.

HiI am trying to connect Shopify to XERO, but when I test the ZAP I get this error Failed to create a create sales invoice in XeroA validation exception occurred, Item code '-1775174068' is not valid What doe it mean, as I cannot fine ‘Item Code - 1775174068 anywhere… https://app.screencast.com/BwVa544Ol88D4 This exist in Shopify, maybe it needs to exist in XERO?  I have just changed the connection from Live accounts to Demo account as I don’t want to import anything in to the live accounts. So maybe that is the problem?

Multiple Zaps at the same time

Hi!I have a Zap that takes about 1 minute to run the entire process. It enters and withdraws information into an airtable grid throughout the process.The Zap is triggered when a client completes and submits a form from my website.I am concerned that if multiple clients submit the form at the same time, that there may be a clash of information in the back-end.What is the best way to ensure that only one form submission is dealt with at a time? I could end up with 3 submissions at the same time, so am needing some guidance on how to work around this please.Many thanks in advance!Baine

Aloware Invalid Phone Number

We have set up a Zap that triggers when a lead form was submitted on Facebook. Then a contact is supposed to be updated/added in Aloware. But, sometimes, when user have mistyped their numbers of FB lead form, aloware returns an error of Invalid Phone Number. We wanted to create a step that will send all these invalid phone numbers to a google sheet so we can still segment them or contact them other way. Is there a way to validate invalid phone numbers?

Trouble with Zapier not triggering threaded responses in Slack despite using filters and validation.

Hi there I have been following these instructions but can’t seem to get this to work consistently. Any thoughts? I set up a test channel and have a trigger for a new message. I then set up the filter and validation that the message is not a thread message. I then set up the filter per the instructions to only respond if it is a) a non thread message b) not a bot. Lastly, I think this is where the error comes in -- it won’t trigger a threaded response. Not sure why… any help would be greatly appreciated!

Failed to create a create expense in QuickBooks Online

Hi there, I’m trying to build a very simple automation where I create a new expense in quickbooks each time there is a transaction.Regardless of how I populate the fields I still get the following message:Required param missing, nee d to supply the required value for the API: Required parameter Line is missing in the request, Quickbooks Field: LineI see no “Line Fields” among the ones to populate so not sure how to fix this.I added two screenshots below, I’ve been trying to populate only the required fields, or putting dummy variables but the creation of the expense always fail.

Unable to create an invoice in Quickbooks online

i’m trying to get my Zap to create an invoice in Quickbooks online based on a new record in my Airtable base.i have successfully used a search step to see if the vendor already exists in QB and create it if not.when i try to create the invoice, it says that i’m using something that’s inactive, but i cannot for the life of me figure out what might be inactive. here are screen shots of my action step: does it matter that my QB online is set up as a nonprofit, so my invoices are called “pledges”?thanks for any assistance!
