Helium 10 Portals - Zap Not Triggering. Help

Hi I recently created a zap with H10 portals. H10 is a program used by amazon seller. H10 portals is basically an easy way to create landing pages to gather and build an email list. So the whole goal is to have the customer go to my landing page and add their info (email) and join an email list. The goal of my zap is to trigger when they send their info and then I send them a welcome email. 

Ive run the test and it works properly.  However when people sign up its not triggering the zap to start. I cannot figure out why. Can anyone help with this. 

Im on the free plan not sure if that affects anything. Will post screenshots for my current set up. Please Help!

Hi @kdot 

The Zap trigger being used is scheduled (not instant), which can take from 1-15 minutes to fire depending on your Zapier plan.

Check your Zap Runs history for activity: https://zapier.com/app/history/

Yea, Followed the video and everything is set up the exact same and still not activating a Zap. Only difference is i’m using gmail vs mailchimp. Really confused how the Zap isnt being triggered. History shows no activity.
