I’m sending leads from Facebook Lead Ads directly to our Gymsales CRM. I have this set up for 5 other pages/accounts and it work perfectly.However, one of the the accounts/page does not work.I can see that the test trigger works and pushes leads into the CRM when testing. However, when new leads are generated they do not push into the Gymsales CRM.I have deleted, and set new Zaps up, reset the trigger etc all with no luck.
The Problem:I am linking Google Sheets with an automated Gmail email push for every new submission (every new row). I am getting an error message reading:The app returned "404. That’s an error.The requested URL was not found on this server. That’s all we know.". Steps:There are four steps in the process (image attached):Trigger - New Row Added to Google Sheet Gmail Push (Internal) - Pushing Email to internal team containing info submitted within the Google Sheet Gmail Push (External) - Pushing Email to submitee containing info submitted within the Google Sheet Notion New Row - Duplication of information from Google Sheet into Notion database row The Confusing Part:When I test the Zaps individually, they all work (yes, the Gmail actions too). However, when there is a new submission to the Google Form, I get the error message outlined above. Yet, somehow the Notion Database is updated and reflects the proper information. I created a ZAP so that when I create an activity on Mojo (appointment, task, follow up call) it will create a detailed event on my Google Calendar.The Zap works great for the appointments and follow up calls, BUT when I create a TASK it populates on my Google calendar on the day BEFORE at 10pm. For example: If on Mojo I create a task: send out calendar on August 5, 2023. It will create the Google Calendar Event for August 4, 2023 at 10pm. How can I get it to create the task for the same day as my mojo, without adding +Xhours/days - since I am using the same Zap I dont want it to affect the Appointments & follow up calls since those are TIME sensitive.
Hi everyone! I was trying to connect my Hello bar sign up form to my Mailchimp Audience and tag those contacts. It was going really well until I got to the point where I had to select a Hello Bar contact list. There’s a dropdown menu but my contact lists aren’t showing up.I’ve already refreshed the page, made sure the right hello bar account was connected, and double checked that the audiences exist in Hello Bar. None of those things are the issue and none of them fixed the issue.Any ideas?
Hello! I have a list of onboarding dates in a Google Sheet and want to send out automated Slacks to send a reminder every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday before that is 3 weeks out to provide a buffer. However, I’m having trouble with the scheduling component as it would let me add the Schedule by Zapier app towards the end. I might need to redo the whole Zap but having trouble on how to architect this.An example of what I want is let’s say the date is August 21st. I want a reminder to go out that sends 3 weeks before, so on the week of July 31st on the Monday, Wednesday and Friday. It should be automated where it follows the same patter so if the next onboarding date is September 5th, the message get's sent out the week of August 14th. Happy to provide for context and appreciate anyone’s help in advance!
Hey there, I am getting the following error when I am trying to do my Zap Kajabi and Hello Audio: Failed to create a listener in Hello AudioRequired field "Email" (email) is missing. This is because in my action the email part of the fields email is not getting any data. Has anyone experienced this issue and if so how do I get this action to connect to my Kajabi emails? The “Contact Name” and “Field’s Full Name” is getting some data but not the emails.
My goal is: when a new message arrives in Gmail inbox A, send an email notice to address B. My zap works fine -- when a new message arrives, mailbox B gets the proper notice message shortly thereafter. However, two minutes later, mailbox B gets another notice and another and another. They keep coming. I’d like only one notice per new message.I’ve tried using the New Email and New Thread options but both provide the continuous flow of notices. I feel like I am missing something very basic. Any suggestions are welcome.
Hi everybodyI am trying to build a connection between Airtable and Webflow. It shall create a new item in my Webflow CMS collection. Everything is working a part from a multiple choice field. I looked at the export at webflow, how the data is shown and adapted it in Airtable, so the two multiple choice fields have exactly the same words in it.I have tried the following:A multiple choice colum in Airtable with the same wording A single choice column in Airtable with the same wording A single line of text column in Airtable with the same wordingDoes anybody know why I cannot add this item. Without the multiple choice field, the zap is working properly.Thanks in advance
I am trying to use a Webflow ‘Update Order’ zap to send an email to the customer when orders are fulfilled in Webflow. I have 2 different products and only want this email to send for one of the products not both upon fulfillment. It seems there is not a 0direct ‘Only continue if: Item ID’ card in the zap filter I am trying to use. This is the current workflow that works for all products when fulfilled. Any ideas on this issue? I use "Upload File to Google Drive" as an action to move photos from jotform to Google Drive. This is working on 10 out of 12 of my zaps, but for some reason, on 2 of them it adds a .txt file with a list of the URLs of the photos from jotform, not the actual photos. I even copy/pasted the action so it's exactly the same. I am losing my mind trying to troubleshoot it.
Hello! I learned that there is not many options when it comes to creating journal entries with QB using zapier. Can i use a path or subzap to create additional journal entries within one zap after the initial jounral entry is created? I have set this up with a zap and then 2 paths each with a journal entry, however i am having trouble with the vendor search passing the test, even though i have verified the vendor set up multiple times. Is this going to work?Do i need to try a sub zap instead? Do a need individual zaps to accomplish this goal? the test data is so limited that i have to create a zap and then turn it on to test the success of the product. currenlty i am working with data in ARIVE triggering actions within Quickbooks. They both seem to have limited capacities when it comes to using zap to bridge this gap.
I’ve created a Google Form with a field (name = “Initiative Focus Area”) in which I want to use to create a card in a particular Trello Board. I have created a 2 step process that gets the “Initiative Focus Area” information from the Form and 1) checks to see if the List exists, and create it if it doesn’t while the 2nd step) is intended to create the new Card in the List identified in the “Initial Focus Area” field. The goal of our Zap: When it fires, if a spreadsheet with the title “[input data title]” does not exist, create the spreadsheet titled “[input data title]” in Google Sheets.If the spreadsheet with that title _does_ exist, find that spreadsheet and add a row.We use a master sheet to determine whether to create a new spreadsheet or update an existing one - if a row in the master sheet exists with title === “[input data title]”, the sheet exists.The issue is that in order to accomplish this flow, we need to use the Path action. Path A will create a new spreadsheet and update it with the first record. This works great!Path B attempts to find the spreadsheet created by the title. Path B is not aware of the spreadsheet ID that was created in Path A since these two actions will not execute in the same Zap run. I’m looking for a way to display/attach an image from an email to GMail into a Slack Channel.I have everything setup so far, but it is not displaying the image. It just shows it as a file to download. I used to have this working, but for some reason it is not anymore. It is showing the file but not the image:
The problem is that the "find file" feature in the SharePoint integration doesn't work for finding folders, even when using specific folder names. It requires a file extension to locate a file, and since folders don’t have those, it doesn't recognize folders. This raises the question of how to create files within folders if the SharePoint integration cannot find the folder.

Hello Everyone ! I have a zap that triggers the Stripe create subscription (legacy) every 1st of the month. The client already exist in Stripe before the zap, and already made a first payment, so i have their card info. I do a search to find the client by their cus_ID, and create the subscription. It worked but I now have this error “The app returned "This customer has no attached payment source or default payment method. Please consider adding a default payment method. For more information, visit https://stripe.com/docs/billing/subscriptions/payme...". I can’t seem to find a way to l use their card, or to set it up as default payment method. I did the setup manually, I went into stripe and set a client’s card as default payments method, and ran the zap, which was successful. But how can I make my zap work? Thanks everyone!

Hi! I created workflow in which whenever a deal property is updated, new row is added to the Excel table but all of the dates Zapier is taking from Hubspot are in weird format which I can’t work out. I can’t use Date Formatter because it’s not regular date. All of the dates look like this 👇Does anyone know how to fix it?
