No subscription found / Create a subscription in your Stripe Account

Hey, here's my Zapier command: When a membership in Stripe is canceled, it automatically records when the membership is terminated and after this period this member is kicked out of the powerful network.

Now the problem is that it tells me I don't have a subscription in Stripe, which is not true. 

This payment link alone: https://buy.stripe.com/8wM4ip12J76B8r63cd shows that I have a subscription. I have already reconnected the Stripe account and also manually created a subscription in Stripe. Does anyone have any ideas? 

 

And does anyone know whether this Zap is possible at all?

Hi @Yoann B. 

A subscription needs to be canceled for there to be data sent to the Zap trigger step to then use to configure the Zap action steps.

We will need to see screenshots with how step four is configured in EDIT mode.
