I have a problem with my assistant. When I ask him a question he just responds this for example: “Without specific information about the complex you are interested in, I cannot provide a detailed list of amenities and services.” I have tried to do It with the conversation chat gpt event, but then it answers most of the questions wrong. Can someone help?

Things to check:
- When testing live, check the Zap Runs history details to see the DATA IN/OUT for each step to help you troubleshoot?
- Make sure the Memory Key is consistent
- Try using a newer model: GPT-4
NOTE: What is the purpose of Step 3? (wasn’t clear how that’s being used in Step 4)
If you are trying to upload files to ChatGPT for the Assistant to reference, then use this Zap action: ChatGPT - Upload File
You can then map the ID of the File to the ChatGPT Conversation step for the Existing File field.
