Zap not adding contact in Brevo when form filled with specific checkbox on Wix; test works but not live submissions

Hi,

I made a zap trying to do this: when someone fills in a form on Wix ánd checks a particular checkbox in the form, then add contact in Brevo.

The test at the end worked, but when I test it myself by filling out the form itself, it doesn’t work. Nothing gets added in Brevo.

Am I doing something wrong?
