WIX from not pulling through when creating a Zap

Hi,

 

Making a very simple Zap to pass WIX form data to FLG. Everything is setup ok, but when making the zap, zapier only brings up a default WIX form and not the one WIX has submitted. None of the field names matched, so I can’t map them to the FLG fields needed.

 

As a work around, I tried changing the field names on my WIX form to match some on the default form zapier found, and this partially worked - some data did go to FLG (first and last name, email and phone), but some other text fields were left blank. 

 

But the real issue is why doesn’t my form show on the ‘test’ section of setting up the WIX part of the zap. I assume if it did, then mapping the fields to FLG would work fine. I’ve checked the submission table and email sent from the form in WIX and all the data/fields are correct there.

 

I’ve looked online, and enabled dev mode in WIX as this is mentioned as helping, but made no difference.

 

Any ideas anyone?

Zap trigger: Webhook - Catch Hook


Thanks - just tried that and all works fine now. Obviously glad it is sorted, but a bit frustrated the only way for this (very simple task) to work involves a premium app - i.e. I pay extra to have a fix for a Zap bug/issue!

fyi...Most Zap apps are created and managed by the app developer using the Zapier Developer Platform.
