We have a few long-running zaps using RSS by Zapier to publish items to Facebook pages and Twitter accounts. For the past three days, they have returned the following error: Trigger partner failure: The app returned "Forbidden"." These continue until the zap is eventually paused by Zapier.I’ve tested each step/action in the zaps without issue, and even re-created and re-tested the zaps from scratch. They will publish social media posts from RSS by Zapier with manual tests, but once the zaps are published and left to run on their own, they return the same error. The AI chat says this type of error is often temporary, but this has been going on for three days now. Our other zaps that post to social media but do not use RSS by Zapier appear to work without issue.
I have added a newsletter block to my squarespace website for people to subscribe to.Once they subscribe it should trigger zapier and info is then sent to my email campaign platform ‘flodesk’ and the subscriber receives the email.This is not happening. Zapier is connected to Squarespace and it shows it’s connected. I have spoken to squarespace and they have troubleshooted and said it’s not an issue on their side.When I run a ‘test’ within zapier platform - it works and the subscriber information is updated in flodesk. Zap history is also logged as successful. But when I manually enter the subscriber info into the newsletter block on my website - it’s not triggering. I have checked within squarespace and I can see that the information is being collected. I originally registered with zapier with my personal email which I wanted to change to my business email. I have since disconnected and deleted the personal email. Reset everything and generated new API key etc and re-integrated everyth
Hey everyone,I created a Zap that uploads a file into an S3 bucket whenever a file is uploaded into OneDrive. While test runs indicate that they are successful and files appear in the S3 bucket, the files that are in S3 seem to be corrupted or do not fully upload. I tested multiple file types and multiple file sizes and anything is uploaded results in an un-openable file, with a file size ranging from 10-60 bytes.

I’ve just got an alert that something is wrong with my Active Campaign zap. Nothing obvious that has triggered this. I got this error code ‘Origin DNS error | zapier.app-us1.com | Cloudflare’ and followed the prompt to fix it once I went into the Zap - which was to resubmit the Active Campaign API URL and API Key, then I got another error. See below. I’m not sure how to troubleshoot1. there was no pop-up to “accept or allow”2. I’m not sure what account permissions it is referring to - I can only see User and Group permissions in Active Campaign which is something unconnected to this Zap3.Help docs have been no help.Can anyone help me with this, please?

Thats my first time using zapier. I need to get order data into a 3rd party regarding order details for delivery. Test worked fine with zapier and looks like all the data i need is pulled from wix and will move over to the 3rd party software. but after the initial test no data at all will go through zapier. no errors whatsoever. i am thinking if its a wix issue. any ideas;i tried to work with wix automation but not enough data is getting pulled on that case.thanks
The app returned "579c87ab-ad98-47a2-8a5a-b469a5a4b1c1".Trying reestablish this connection and have filled in all fields required but stuck as this error.Plugins is up to date as of today and API connection is allowed in eAccounting. No help from Visma eAccouting for this error.
Push trigger custom input (in Chrome extension) not visible when testing (or running) newly loaded push
Hi All,The custom field in the Chrome trigger extension is not being found when trying to load Test trigger data. The zap has been published and has worked in the past. It broke while I was making adjustments to the sheet where Zapier uses the pushed input field to find the row (the Job ID). I have loaded new pushes but it only finds the example data as shown in the screenshot below.The only other change that feels relevant is that I combined an existing email with a new email in my google account. So the email I signed up to zapier with is now different (but linked by Google) to the chrome account email.Any help would be awesome :)
I’m trying to update my zaps action steps but all of them are saying I have an error. It’s under multiple integrations too… Airtable and Softr Etc. This is a screenshot what it looks like and is happening on multiple zaps. Any ideas?
Hi All, I have made a Zap, it works fine. When I attempt to reproduce the zap to make a zap template, I can do so, but when doing the testing step for the Formatter tool, I get “Sample not found ()” and the circle indicator spins forever: Its a simple split formatter, taking the first item from a csv list.Anyone got any tips about where I might be going wrong?

I am glad to hear you were able to work around the issue by sending from another platform. 🙂 We are all happy that @mzerbib found a way around this issue, but can you address the issue or how to resolve the issue? Emails from outlooks or gmail sent through zapier integration are currently sent to the client’s Spam Folder rather than their inbox. How do we fix this issue without having to send the email from a different platform?

Hi all,I’m trying to automate contact-company association removal. My current setup involves a custom selection field in Hubspot contact database (ContactLeftCompany; true, flase), which triggers a workflow in HubSpot, that does some tasks, but need to emplye a Zap, as well to remove contact-company association, which can’t be done in HubSpot.I’ve set it up in a way to look for a contact change (not just the property change), then filter ContactHasLeft company (proceed if true), and then I should configure the step to remove associations. Here’s where I’m stuck at the very last step, as the preview properties don’t display the company, currently associated with the contact. Instead, I see a list of all companies in the database.Could it be, that the Zapier is not able to lookup which company the contact is associated with? Or should I performa an assoication lookup first?
Good day, I'm not 100% when the issue started, but suspect it is from Gravity Forms’ latest update, that no data is sent through to Zapier. The data is there when the from is previewed on Gravity Forms’ side, and there are no errors that I can see from the logs that indicate an error in sending. We have adjusted the SMTP settings as well, to no avail. Just wanted to know if this issue is related to Gravity Forms’ Booking Service, or if it could be related to SMTP settings or Zapier. I am at my wits end. Any help would be appreciated :).
The goal… a multi step zap whereby I will checkoff items in a Trello Checklist if there is a corresponding file in Google Drive however I’m stuck at finding the Checklist:TRIGGER: New Activity in Trello worksACTION: Find Checklist in Trello fails I think the sticking point is what I enter into the “Search (required)” box. I was looking for something pulled from the Card in Step 1 like “1.Checklist Name: Purchase Documents” but all I can see that references checklists is:When I test that option I get this message: I also tried just typing my checklist name “Purchase Documents” into the “Search (required)” box, but that didn’t work either.The other steps of the zap are dependent upon this working, so can anyone give me a hint?Thank You!
A very simple zap to send out e-mail on a google form submission. I can save and exit the zap, test and review it which I did and now I only get the option to retest and review. I can not publish it.I checked another post from 3 months ago and tried turning the zap on and off - deleting the draft and all that but nothing seems to work.
Starting this week I’m having to CONSTANTLY reconnect to any LinkedIn app. Like every time I log or even look at a Zap that’s connected to any LinkedIn App, I get some error and if I go back through the steps I have to reconnect. This is occurring with LinkedIn, LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms, and LinkedIn Matched Audiences, but not with other apps like Google Ads or Salesforce. Any help would be great, this is affecting my Zaps’ ability to run.
Hi I’m having a problem, some of my zaps are being duplicated and some others not, (from within the same Flow) Zap is / problem is: Zap is simple |New contact on a Hubspot List -> Ringcentral sends an SMS -> Gmail Sends a Welcome Email.some zaps are normal but some Zaps runs 3 times, 4 times, and Hubspot does not allow duplicated contacts by the way, so there’s no way that the trigger would be fired so many times , got 1800 zaps in 1 week, this just not working for us. and we can see 2 duplicated zaps and 4 ok, We got too many duplicated runs, I am making a report with Runs ID, but now what I spent my 2000 zaps within one week
Twitter and Ig zap is not working. The test keep failing. The test used an old post on my business page and it had alot of words and hashtags on it so I removed it and tested it again. Its just a small paragraph under it so there is no reason that it should not post. I even tested it so I removed the caption option and wrote “test test” in the required message block and it worked. Im not understanding why it wont post the small captions if I select Captions for twitter messages
Hey, I have some products with options on the product page. In WooCommerce it appears under specific product → Attributes. The problem is that I can't find those fields of product attributes in zapier. I have zap that updates every order that is created from WooCommerce to google sheets so I cant transfer the specific option of product that the customer ordered. How can I find it? Please pay attention that I don't mean the general attributes under the Product section in Woocommerce, I mean attributes of products inside a specific product page.
