can't connect autotask account: Integrationcode invalid

when i try to connect my autotask account i get this error: integration code invalid.

its not a permission issue because i tested that already.

does someone know what i can try?

I can see you were able to chat with my friends in support! I wanted to share their tips in case it’s helpful to anyone else who may be stuck. 

That's a pretty confusing message! Turns out, this relates to the settings you've selected within Autotask itself. It seems you may need to make some changes to the API access you have set up in Autotask.

The API setup should look something like this:
