Constant Contact (1.11.0) step was safely halted error.

Hi. I get errors often when trying to create a Zap that will send new registrants of an Eventbrite event to a Constant Contact list. It often tells me it can’t create that contact because it already exists. Is there a way to add an existing contact to the CC list? Thx!

Troubleshooting multiple Zaps not triggering for Discord to Buffer social media posts integration.

I currently have 3 zaps all set to the same trigger, shunting a new discord message to three separate Buffers that go on to post to three different social media pages. (I need to do each buffer action separately cuz I’m on the free model). So it’s meant to go Discord Post → Zap 1, 2, and 3 → Buffer → Facebook, Instagram, Twitter My original test run worked splendidly. The OG test post was scooped, shunted to the right places, and sent on to their final homes. There was a minor issue with Instagram being fussy but the help desk got me sorted out. Then, I changed my Buffer password and it all randomly fell apart. Over the weekend, only the Twitter Buffer zap would trigger. The Facebook and Instagram ones stopped even trying. No error or any sign of life whatsoever. I looked into their settings and I think they are trying to pull data from the test only. The fields only have the option to pull data from the original test and I can’t seem to get it to recognize new posts at all. I double-c

Default view in Tables is showing in alphabetical order in my form

Error message: Got Not Found when download file: downloading a CSV from google sheets

I set up a workflow to turn a form submission into an upload-able CSV for an e-commerce platform we use.There’s additional steps in the workflow that include:adding to an internal ticket system adding into a mail chimp audienceI don’t want to go into depth on those steps as everything is working fine except step #8 - sending out an email with a CSV attached. When my zap gets to step #8 half the time it works and the other half it returns an Error message: “Got Not Found when download file:” I looked to forums for people experiencing a similar issue and the “workaround” was adding a step to change the file preferences of the google sheet to public because there was glitch with the public access within google drive.I added this step and it works about half the time. I’m not exactly sure what to do in this situation and if anyone could offer any insight that would be very helpful.Thanks.

Receiving Error: Invalid URL while trying to create Company Update on LinkedIn

Hey team! I’m currently running an automation to take a custom RSS feed, send it to GPT to get a summary, and then to google sheets, create an image for it, then post as a company update on linkedIn.  The main error that I am finding is at the very bottom, where i am trying to create a company update to linkedIn.  I am not sure what to do here. I have tried formatting it to try both https:// and without that at the beginning. I tried to replace it with ‘www.google.com’ and the url field works, it just won’t work for any of the sites i’m using articles from? Not sure why i’m running into this error and only the URL field is not working.

Zapier only recognizes part of the content of Slack posts.

HelloI’m setting up Zapier to send the text posted on Slack from Account Engagement (Pardot) to Gmail.However, I’m having trouble as Zapier is only recognizing some of the Slack post. Zapier recognizes all the text when it’s a post made by an individual rather than from Account Engagement.Therefore, I suspect that posts from Account Engagement may be causing some issues. How can this be resolved? Please advise on the course of action.

Google Sheets won't send to Mailerlite

I’m trying to use a zapier to connect information gathered via squarespace and stored in a google sheet to mailerlite. When I add a row to the google sheet, it is supposed to create a new subscriber in mailerlite. When I run tests they all work and add a subscriber to mailerlite fine. but when I do it organically it doesn’t add a subscriber.

#ERROR formula parse error when updating google sheet row and entering a CORRECT formula into a cell

When a new row is added to the sheet, I want to update the row, so that a cell includes a formula. However, when zapier updates the sheet, the formula is inserted correctly but Google Sheets displays #ERROR in the cell.  It is saying there is a formula parse error. Formatter is only sending one selected option from Gravity Forms to Fibery.

I am trying to connect Gravity forms to FiberyThe gravity forms has a multi select field with options: display1, display2, display3The fibery input only accepts the ids for each input: number1, number2, number3I have created a formatter lookup table to change display1->number1, display2->number2, display3->number3However it only seems to be sending out one option into fibery not all of the ones selected!

Error: Incorrect Product Warehouse ID Value in Baselinker Catalogue Action

Hello,I have a strange problem with created ZAP as it is working properly while testing but generating an error when published and triggered. I need to make an action depending on the warehouse ID of the product in Baselinker catalogue. I set the “Only continue if” action to check if the property “Product warehouse ID” is equal to 45387 (this is ID of one of the warehouses). The IF action works well while testing but when I publish it I get a strange value of Product warehouse ID:{{228093062__products[]warehouse_id}} and the IF action is not executing.Can some one tell me why Zapier get correct warehouse ID of the product from the order in Baselinker in testing mode only and not when published and triggered by the real order?

For recurring Zoom webinars, don't see "registered for" date available

We have recurring training webinars, one every two weeks. Users can register for any available date. I want to send the ‘registered for’ date in a zap to ActiveCampaign. The zap between Zoom and ActiveCampaign is set up and works to add or update Contacts with the webinar info, but it’s not known which webinar the user registered for, which is needed to send reminders, send follow comms, and measure success.

I can't connect Typeform report to my Outlook email

Hi Guys! I’m trying to connect Typeform report to my Outlook account with Zapier but once I click on ‘Test trigger’ the system show me this message:Unable to pull entriesPlease reload the page. If the issue persists, troubleshoot error or contact Support.Error code: Error while retrieving: The app returned "Endpoint not found". Maybe is a stupid step that I don’t understood because I’m just a new entry for Zapier. Someone can help me??.. Thank you very much!   😊 Eddy.

Issue with connecting Monday.com with Zoho books

I have a problem with connecting Monday CRM with Zoho books, the items that I added to Monday should move automatically to Zoho books, but the problem is, that item moves not full, moves only name and last name, but I have a lot of additional information like address, phone number and a lot more, and this data don't moving to Zoho, please let me know how can I fix this problem.

Hubspot to Mailchimp Zap error message, "Failed to create a subscriber in Mailchimp"

Hi,  We have a Hubspot to Mailchimp zap running for a long time, but recently, we started receiving error message  “Mailchimp ran into an error: Invalid Resource - The resource submitted could not be validated. For field-specific details, see the 'errors' array. email_address: xyz@abc52401 is not a valid email address.”It's for some reason adding the contact ID along with the email and as a therefore the error message. I have tried fixing it several time following the troubleshooting steps and some other community discussions, but haven’t been able to fix it.  Strangely, this Zap has been running for over a year, but it only started throwing this error recently.  I’d really appreciate any advice / support with this. Thanks.

Wordpress plugin network activate - authentication issue for other sites on the domain

We have zapier installed and activated on our main website xyz.comWe a bunch of other websites running as website1.xyz.com and website2.xyz.comI can login and authenticate the wordpress connection for xyz.com , but not for website1.xyz.com Any help/tips/solutions? Does it have anything to do with wordfence and setting application passwords?

Zapier is triggering the wrong deadline Funnel Campaigns for Podia signups.

Hey! I have two different deadline funnel campaigns set up with two different zaps set up with two different products being signed up for through my Podia site. I do have the different products and different campaigns set up properly. For some reason, both zaps are being triggered by most of my signups, regardless of which product is being signed up for. Any insight as to what is going on? Is this a bug? I can’t get ahold of Zapier directly for tech support.

Trouble with Google Sheets values not updating correctly during a loop in a Shopify to Firestore Zap

Below is a screenshot of my process.The JavaScript code goes through each Shopify order line item & calculates a sum of the total number of items orders. (Output = {Sum})I then loop through the rest of the process from 1 to Sum (num of items)In this loop:I query a Google Sheet to get all values in column A Retrieve the last value in the column Delete that value from the sheet Create a Firestore document with the following fields: Buyer Name Buyer Email Buyer Address The retrieved value from the Google Sheet This is the problem in a case study:The new order has a total quantity of 4 items 4 Documents are created in Firestore/Firebase The first document has the correct retrieved value from the Google Sheet Documents 2-4 all have the same retrieved value from the Google Sheet.  Different from the first, but the same from 2-4. It is as the Google sheet actions are only triggered one time.  The rest of the loop iterations just use the same retrieved value as document 2.

GPT error "It appears that the required Zapier AI Action, "XXX," is not currently available in your Zapier account.

I am having issues with my custom GPT saying I have no AI Actions available when I do. I have one AI Action that worked a couple of times and now I keep getting a GPT error saying there are no actions available.Error message  My AI Action  I used the Zapier AI Actions: Live Demo to test my AI Action and it succeeded. So I know my AI Action is configured correctly.  Not sure what’s going on and looking for guidance.

Amazon seller central authentication problem

I’ve successfully created a connection with Amazon Seller Central, which when I run the test connection returns successful, but anytime I try to use a zap to connect and pull info I get an error something like the following:Error: Request to https://sellingpartnerapi-na.amazon.com/vendor/directFulfillment/shipping/2024-03-01/packingSlips returned 500. Error during execution: Raw request failed. Problem with your configured auth:The URL changes for different things I try, but I always get the 500, problem with your configured auth error.I’ve searched around quite a bit and can’t find any info that helps.  Does Zapier connection not work with Amazon Handmade accounts?

Cannot map the right fields from an input form to the right fields in Google Sheets

Hi guys! :)Im abit new to Zapier and really hope there is a solution to my problem! I am collecting leads through GoToWebinar with various fields where people fill out “First name” “Last name” “Email” “Organization” “Country” “State” etc etc, however I encounter problems when I want to collect that in Google Sheets, and (I hope, crossing fingers) theres a solution to the problem. The various inputs from Gotowebinar is being put into the “First name”-column A3 in Google sheets, where I want it to be spread out to different columns such as “Last Name”-B3, “Organization”-C3, “Email”-E3 etc, so not all information is placed in the “First name” column.  My intention would be that it would create a new row everytime a person signs up through the form, and then the fields very filled out accordingly, however I cannot seem to find out how to map it properly when setting up the zap, and when testing the trigger puts everything in first name. Help would be much appreciated!Many thanks in advance
