After trying everything, It seems like your DotDigital integration with Facebook Lead Form needs to be updated.
It’s actually impossible to send E-mail field data from FB to DotDigitial at the moment.

I have full acess to every platforms. All of my integrations are properly active in FB Business manager, FB Lead Acess, FB page, FB Ad Account and the DotDigital API.

Changing the data to “raw email” or the “email type” to “HTML” doesn’t work either.

Hi @Liquid_Foxtrot

Check this help article for testing FB Lead Ads: https://zapier.com/help/doc/use-the-facebook-lead-ads-testing-tool-to-create-sample-leads

FYI: Most Zap apps are created and maintained by the app developer, rather than by Zapier.

Feedback can be submitted to Zapier Support to be passed on to the app developer: https://zapier.com/app/get-help

Maybe Zapier support should update the “Troubleshooting” page about Facebook Lead integration.
Because it seems that FB made some big changes recently with their data usage privacy (oct 2021) …
And it seems that there is a huge amount of paid users here that are experiencing this kind of problem since that moment.

And between us, I am also pretty sure that a big part of Zapier paid users are here to sync their FB leads with some CRMs. So maybe it needs to be looked further.

Still, thanks for your quick reply and for the support!

@Liquid_Foxtrot

@Liquid_Foxtrot

Did you try changing the trigger test data to map your Zap steps?

UPDATE / SOLVED : I found what seems to be the only thing that worked. And it was to NOT use the Facebook Leads, BUT INSTEAD, use the Instagram Leads…

Weirdly enough, it pulled out the data from Facebook AND from Instagram. So it seems like this do even more, while the FB one did nothing. At least it’s a good workaround.

Interesting! Thanks so much the update and sharing your solution with the community, @Liquid_Foxtrot
