Tags Are Not Being Assigned to Facebook Leads in Kartra

I am trying to import new leads from my Facebook lead forms into Kartra and then assign a tag to the Kartra lead. 

The leads are importing but the tags are not being assigned. I have the tags set up in the right Tag Category and have assigned the correct tag.

I am not sure why the tags are not being assigned. Does anyone have any insight?

Can you show screenshots with how Zap step 2 and step 3 are configured in the EDIT mode?

Try turning the Zap ON and testing live.

Then check your Zap Runs history to see the DATA IN/OUT for each step to help you troubleshoot.

Make sure to refresh Kartra before checking.

 

You should upgrade your Zap trigger app:

@Troy Tessalone I tried all of that and the tags are still not being assigned. I am unsure how to proceed. I have attached screenshots of the DATA IN/OUT. Thank you for your help.

Step 3 results say error, no lead found.

Did you test Step 2? (Was it successful?)

Does a lead with the email being used to test exist in Kartra?
