Issues with loading choices for add/remove tags function in ActiveCampaign.

We’ve been having a weird issue with Active Campaign. Every time we try and use the ADD/REMOVE tags function we get this error.   Normally were able to add and remove tags by finding them here...but for the past week we’ve been unable to “load the choices”I’ve tried - Testing the connection (connected fine)  Reconnecting with the API (connected fine)  Walking away and coming back later (I had a coffee and it was great)But it’s still an issue… Can anyone shed any light?

Failed to create a contact in Brevo Error from halted execution: Add or Update Contact >> Error (400): Invalid phone number (invalid_parameter)

Hello,I got this error when trying to update contacts between Wix Automations and Brevo. I figured the phone number needed to be reformatted, but adding that action didn’t help. This was a randomly generated contact for testing so I’m not sure if it just doesn’t like that it’s a fake number? Any other ideas of how to resolve? Thanks

Gmail error: Header values can't contain newlines (got 'xxxxxx\n' for header 'To')

Please remember that this is a public forum and to remove any sensitive information prior to posting.Hi everyone, I’m a new Zapier user and trying to create a Zap where I get notified via gmail every time that someone new fills out my form (I created it using tally.so).This is a pretty simple 2-step flow but I keep encountering this error message and I’m not sure why:Failed to create a send email in GmailHeader values can't contain newlines (got 'grace@Housing.info\n' for header 'To')All I’m doing is inserting my email in the To line. Do I need to use a different value there? Thanks in advance for your help! :)

Typeform to Nationbuilder - Required field "Email" (email) is missing.

I’m trying to run a zap that takes a survey result from typeform and creates a nationbuilder profile for the respondent (and then they would be added to a Nationbuilder list)   However, the action is failing (see below)   This is from a test run, where I entered the data myself so I know the email was inputted correctly into Typeform.  Any advice?

Google Analytics 4 error: Google may be having issues with their API - please try again later.

Hello,    I am trying to trigger an event in GA4 to mark conversions and I’ve used action “Create Conversion Event for a Property in Google Analytic” for this. I’m not sure if my GA4 event (for use specifically with Zapier) is wrong or if this is an issue with the integration.When I try to test it continuously gives me the following error: “Failed to create a conversion event in Google Analytics 4Oops! Something went wrong. Google may be having issues with their API - please try again later.“How can I resolve this? Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

Zap test works, but doesn't actually run (Cal -> Google Sheets)

Hey, Thanks so much for taking the time to look!  For context, we are wanting to create a Cal → Google Sheets Zap. Cal.com is a scheduling app (think Calendly).  When someone books, they fill out key information in the booking form.  We are using Zapier to send that info into Google Sheets.  In the builder, I set everything up and when I run the test it works, however when a booking is actually made, the zap doesn’t fire. I’ve made sure the Zap is on, there’s not already info in the sheet, that the fields are correctly mapped, and even rebuilt it from scratch.  Any thoughts?  Here is the setup, thanks!

Move a spreadsheet I just created into a folder I just created

I feel like this should be simple but I don’t know what’s going wrong.  I’m creating a deal in an app called Pipedrive. My first task was to create a new google drive folder when the new deal was created. The second task is to create a google sheet when the new deal is created. I would like to move the newly created spreadsheet to the newly created google drive folder.Zapier prompts me to put in a search task so I did. The google drive search task test had no problem finding the newly created google sheet, but then when I go to create a new task to move the “found” google sheet, it says that it can’t find the sheet with the name given.Here’s the Google Sheet that it should be able to move...  Any help here would be much appreciated. Thanks!

Google Sheets Zap stopped working after four days, and there were no transfers.

Hi,I set up 2 transfers from Google Sheet. It was working until 4 days ago. It stops and I don't see my transfers in TRANSFERS only in zap history.Can anyone help?

Failure to move file from previous step in Google Drive

I have a zap that imports a CSV file from Google Drive, loops through the csv file and inserts rows into Smartsheet. I have tried to add a step to move the file to an archive folder in Google Drive. When I try to test the step I get the error: Failed to create a move file in Google Drive'NoneType' object has no attribute 'get' The file is specified as 1.File: (exists but not shown) from the initial step New File in Google Drive. The Zap I am working on is “Import Staff Data From Workday” Any ideas would be appreciated, I have tried everything that I can think of… Thanks!

Cannot retrieve Google Sheets column names when connecting to Obviously AI

Hello,  I’m new to Zapier and i’m trying to create a zap that does the following:  Get data from a google sheet that has its top row frozen. Trigger: new Spreadsheet Action: send it to obviously.ai model while selecting the action,  i get the list of fields in obviously.ai that i need to map to the google sheets columns.  the problem is that i cannot see the column names in the drop down.   can you please assist?  Thank you

Unable to add new subscribers to Mailchimp when creating a filled form in Wix.

Hi I’m trying to create an automation to add new subscribers to Mailchimp when a form is filled from Wix. It’s not triggered whenever there’s a new subscriber from Wix. The Automation from Wix, Wix Forms > Log-in to Zapier. Then from Zapier, Wix Automations>Automation Rule in Wix Automations >Add Update Mailchimp Subscribers. I dont know what’s wrong

Troubleshooting Zapier: MySQL Trigger and Filter Failing to Recognize Non-Zero idcompany Value

I've set up a MySQL trigger that checks for new rows in my database.2. Next, I use a Filter action to check whether the company ID (id_company) in the database corresponds exactly to the one I specified in the filter (for example, 123).3. Finally, I try to upload the video to YouTube, but here lies the problem.The problem is that each time I create a zap for the first time, it blocks during the filtering stage, because the id_company is apparently equal to 0. However, when I check my database, I see that the id_company does indeed have a non-zero value.When I look at the data from my Zap runs (output data), I see that the id_company is indeed zero. Getting tagged with all states instead of selected one in the Filter step.

Hello, I would like to link WPForm to Mailchimp via Zapier  I have created a form on WPForms with a field called Location. Originally this was a drop down field with abbreviations of Australian states e.g. (NSW, VIC...) and also an International option.Through Zapier I made multiple zaps with the filter feature for example  AND  I made a zap for each option in the form with the same principle just changing the filter for each respective state. However when I have tested the form on my website I have been tagged with all the States and the international tag not just the one that i submitted in the form.I then tried to change the field to a text field however it is still tagging with every option I have made a zap for even though i only type one answer e.g. NSW in the field.Please help.

 Hi there Our  User Research team use a Zap to get research requests from the Slack workflow on our user research requests Slack channel to the inbox of our user research projects board in Trello. The problem they are having is as well as the original request (message), every reply also gets pulled through to the board.Can anyone help?

Asana custom fields not showing in "Insert Data" section when trying to map in Google Sheet columns

Hello! I’m trying to create a zap where when a new Asana task is inputed in a particular section it will be added to a Google Sheet tab. We have quite a few custom fields in Asana but when I try to search for them in the Google Sheets action, it only shows things like “Data Custom Fields Enum Value Name”, “Data Custom Fields Display Value”, etc.Is it typical for Zapier not having the ability to identify/pull the exact custom field? I don’t think I’ll be able to share images as the data is confidential but happy to provide more context.

The Zap isn't populating shipping and billing addresses for Shopify orders.

Hi there, I’ve recently been having issues with zapier no longer filling out the shipping nor billing address fields when new orders are placed using the shopify premium plugin. It worked perfectly before but as of recently, it has just stopped working.I have tried various work arounds to try and get it to work correctly such as manually entering the data into the shipping address fields in zapier, pulling the data from google sheets but all to no avail. I have heard others are also experiencing the same issues and have come to no solution either so it seems to be an ongoing recent issue. If anyone is able to offer any sort of advice or help it would be greatly appreciated.  Many thanks.

Run Zap on existing data in a Google Sheet

I have set up a zap triggered when a row is added/edited. In the past, I have been able to run the zap on the historical data of the zap, but now it seems like that feature is no longer available. How do I run a zap on rows of data in an existing Google Sheet? I am not sure if this matters but this zap is set to be triggered  “instantly”

Hi!I’m working on a zap that after a Thrivecart purchase is done, creates a new user in wordpress, makes the order in woocommerce, and send an automation in mailerlite.Things are good so far but for the new user in wordpres.I set email as username, but whet I test it, I receive a message from zapier that says:“WordPress ran into an issue.
