Unable to select OneDrive Excel file as Zap trigger: No options available for Spreadsheet

There is a shared folder in my Google Drive that was shared with me by a coworker.Inside that folder is an excel spreadsheet.When I go to create a Zap Trigger,  I select OneDrive as the Storage Source. Zapier populates the shared folder (called COMM5) as a selectable option for the Folder.But when I go to choose a value for the Spreadsheet it says “No options available”.I have tried entering the ID as a custom value. I have tried entering the path as a custom value. I have tried entering the file link as a custom value. I have tried entering the file name. Each returns it’s own error when I proceed to test (such as Object Handle is invalid). How do I find the excel file so that I can add it as the Spreadsheet and ultimately add the Worksheet for triggering?

Failed to create an upload file in Box: The app returned "Bad Request."

Hello,I’m currently trying to upload a file attachment parsed with the email parser into one of my Folders. I did a previous step where I searched for this folder and it gives me a positive answer with the good folder. So looks like I have no problem using APIs with my box account.I try to upload the file attachment and it gives me the answer :Failed to create an upload file in BoxThe app returned "Bad Request".I tried again with something else than my attachment, I tried with a simple text, but it still doesn’t work. Could someone help me please ?

Notion to Google Sheet: Zap not triggering on "Completed" status

Hello everyone,I need your help to solve an automation issue I'm facing. Here's the current configuration of my workflow:I'm using the Notion application as a database. I've set up a filter in Zapier to filter new Notion pages. When a Notion page reaches the "Completed" status, I would like that page to be added as a new row in my Google Sheet. The issue lies in the filtering. Here's how I've configured my filter in Zapier:"Continue only if... Notion - Status (text) contains Status: Completed"Unfortunately, this configuration is not working. When my page in Notion changes to the "Completed" status, the automation doesn't trigger. Can you help me resolve this issue? I'm attaching screenshots to illustrate my problem.Thank you in advance for your assistance.Best regards,

Rich text not correct in Google Docs

I am trying to connect airtable to google docs, and everything is working except the fields with rich text. If the text contains links, it does not show correctly. It originally showed just a plain text, I used Formatter to format to HTML because the Zapier information says it supports HTML, that only put the literal html coding into the text area, I have tried markdown but that formats it incorrectly as well. How can i go about adding rich text from airtable to a google doc?

New Order Paid in Shopify is getting triggered twice for any new order.

Hi, I have a new Zap that triggers with a New Order Paid in Shopify. The problem is that the Zap started triggering twice for any new order. I’ve noticed that the New Order Paid (Scheduled) has been deprecated and that now we have a New Order Paid (Instant). Anyone experiencing the same? This is a big problem for us.

Zap is returning empty resultobj when fetching data from Phantombuster to Google Sheets.

I have setup a zap that gets data from Phantombustler and have to save into Google sheet but after doing all the steps it is returning resultobj empty even when I went to Phantombustler dashboard it is giving that data based upon request from zapier but still it is empty. I want to save new phantom to sheet

ChatBot Button Click trigger - no ChatBot Button available to select

This post was split from the topic: Combine Zapier with askyourpdf (chatGPT plugin)I am reading and following the instructions in the article “Answer Questions From Web Pages Using AI by Zapier” found here.I might be on the bleeding edge here attempting to use a feature that is still in beta not fully released.  I am a paid Zapier Premium User and a ChatGPT paid subscriber.I keep running into an error where I am asked for a Chatbot Button and there are no options available.  See the screenshot below.Am I being impatient? :) And the “Answer Questions From Web Pages Using AI by Zapier” is not available in general release?What do you think?Jeff

Error updating Notion events to Microsoft Outlook calendar. Does it require paid Notion version to update events?

I have a Notion account where I log tasks and events. Notion is connected to Outlook. If I create an event in Notion, the event is zapped to the Outlook calendar. If I update an event on Notion, Zapier throws an error and I get an email message sent to me.My question is, do I have to have the paid version of Notion to create a zap to update events? Thank you.

HubSpot SMS to Send field visible in the trigger but not in action/filter

I'm triggering my zap based on the field “SMS to Send” changing in HubSpot. This works fine in the trigger section. But I also want to filter on that field so that I can send a different SMS message based on the field value and cannot see it in the filter field list using the Filter by Zapier action. I see many other custom fields from HubSpot.SMS to Send started as a dropdown. I then changed to a single line of text - didn’t work. I then removed SMS figuring it may be a reserved word in triggers. No change.How can a field be visible in Trigger but not in Action/Filter?

No preview of the reply from ChatGPT when a review from Google My Business comes in.

Howdy folks, I’m a little confused. Set up everything so that when a review comes in for a client it Zaps to ChatGPT for a reply. Test was successful and everything says it’s running, but when I tested myself nothing happens. My first question for a human is:If this automation is working, shouldn’t I be able to see the conversation within ChatGPT? Second: Any idea why it might night be showing up? It says it’s all linked correctly, but I’m getting crickets. Thanks in advance for any assistance.

Failed to create a create documents from template in Google Docs: The app returned "File not found"

What am I missing here? I am getting this troubleshooting error, but the Google Doc file created (current, step 4) is showing up in the Google Drive Folder (step 2)….. There is information I would like to parse from Asana (step 1) to the Google Doc file being created so I need the rule to be successful. Any ideas?

The "Send Email" action in Microsoft Outlook is not using the correct email from Google Sheets.

Please remember that this is a public forum and to remove any sensitive information prior to posting.Morning allSo i set up a zap from form in GoCanvas to populate a google sheet to then create an email back to that person with a rate request. this is going to cut out the amount of time people have to do this. However when i set up the Step Details in the Action, it was working but it was holding an old email address as this was what we used in the test.So i changed it and tested again with a new email address. Now i dont get this at all and im now concerned that i am sending things across the system. The email response needs to go to the email address that completed the original form. The below i was hoping to go to “xxxxxxx@gmail.com” this email address will change depending on who completes the form.  The below is what i have where i selected 1. Email Address: hoping that this was what it would read from the go

Emma group isn't showing up in Zap when adding subscribers from Pipedrive.

I am simply trying to add subscribers to a specific audience group in emma. The trigger is when a new deal is created in pipedrive. For some reason, none of my Groups in emma pop up here (just the “custom” pipedrive fields), so I don’t know where new subscribers are getting added. The Zap “works” but I don’t know where the subscribers are going if I haven’t selected a group. Any ideas appreciated!

Unable to find recent records in Wispform.

Hello!I've been using this automation for 2 years now and I've never had this problem.I need to update a field in Clickup, This field is already in zapier, but it is not possible to fill it because zapier is not finding recent records. The last 3 recordings are old. So I can't update the field I need. It's like it has a cache, and I can't clear it. Please, someone Help me.

Too much data while reading from Google sheets

I created a Zap that uses New or Updated Spreadsheet Row from the Google Sheets app. This document is updated daily; there is a process that clears the spreadsheet and adds new rows and it could have up to 100k new rows.I’m receiving the too much data error message when this happens. Is there a different way to do this? Or is this a product limitation?

A duplicate Trello card is created from a Google Forms response during live tests.

I have created a Zap (multiple times now) to simply create a new card in Trello whenever someone fills out a request form created in Google Forms. The Google Form has a list of items to choose from that in the Zap I connect to make a checklist. When I test my Zap I get what I want - a card with a checklist. When I publish the Zap then fill out the form as a live test, I get two Trello cards - one with a checklist and one without. Has anyone had this problem? Is there a way to fix it? I don’t see what could be causing the problem. Whether I build it myself or use a template from a page in the community (which had all the same steps), my published Zap creates two cards in Trello. It was very easy to build what I needed which was great, but it’s been very hard to figure out what’s going on. Any help would be appreciated.

Failed to create a message in OpenPhone: The app returned, "The 'To' number is not a valid phone number.

I created a Zap to send a confirmation text message to a person after they have requested pricing information from me. The Zap sends contact data from Sprout Studio to OpenPhone. However, the test shows a "+1" country code is added to beginning of the phone number when the contact is created in OpenPhone. This causes the following error in OpenPhone:Before submitting the test, Zapier confirms I did NOT add the “+1” country code. In the screen shot below, you can see the ‘to:’ field shows (123) 456-7890.In the ‘To’ field, you can see the data I inserted from Sprout Studio, and as you can see, I did not add the “+1” country code: However, when the sample contact is created in OpenPhone, the “+1” country code is added. See the screen shot of the sample contact created in OpenPhone using Zapier:Can someone help me understand how Zapier is adding the +1 country code? Thanks in advance!

Updating client information in SharpSpring duplicates entries instead of updating existing contacts from Salesforce.

Hello, I am trying to automate updating clients information in SharpSpring when it is added into Salesforce. I have gotten that to happen, but with my current Zap it creates a whole new entry into SharpSpring rather than just updating the email, for example. So when I update a client’s email in Salesforce, I want it to update the client’s email in SharpSpring. It does this with my current zap, but it just creates a duplicate person, same name, different email address. Is there any way to fix this?
