Unable to embed images in the body of Gmail. Even with a direct URL, the images won't show.

Hey there, I’ve tried all the advice available on this community to embed an image in the body of email in Gmail but still, the image is not appearing.I’ve tryied with direct URL, or creating a step with Find a File in Google Drive … nothing works …I’ve a rectangle with the name of the file, but the file is not appearing … I’ve obviously the availability of the file, and it is oppened HELP PLEASE

unreliable triggering when a new data record is added to the table.

While using Zapier, I've noticed that a ZAP is not always reliably triggered when new data is added. It seems that the triggering of the ZAP is inconsistent and may depend on various factors, such as the timing or a specific email in a field of the table. Even when I create a copy of the data record, the ZAP is not always activated, although doing so seems to increase the likelihood of it being triggered. I'm looking for a reliable solution where adding a new data record consistently triggers the ZAP. Can you assist me with this?

Failed to create an upload file in Box: The app returned "Bad Request."

Hello,I’m currently trying to upload a file attachment parsed with the email parser into one of my Folders. I did a previous step where I searched for this folder and it gives me a positive answer with the good folder. So looks like I have no problem using APIs with my box account.I try to upload the file attachment and it gives me the answer :Failed to create an upload file in BoxThe app returned "Bad Request".I tried again with something else than my attachment, I tried with a simple text, but it still doesn’t work. Could someone help me please ?

Hi AllI am currently trying to set up a Zap to create new tasks in Motion when a new task is added to Todoist.I have tried to populate the required fields, but all I get back when I test is: I have tried culling back to the bare minimum of data sent, but still no luck.Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated!

Zap is not creating contacts in Quotient despite successful runs in Zap history.

I have set up a Zap with the action when form submitted on squarespace website create new contact in quotient.It’s not working, according to history in zapier it is working successfully. But contact is not being created in quotient, when looking at zapier settings in quotient zap log says no recent zaps triggered yet.Thanks

ZapBot is disabled: Can't select a ZapBot for my AI Prompt.

Hi guys, I got really exited today after seeing a tutorial on Youtube about Zapier Chatbots. As a long time Zapier users I rushed in to give it a go. I’m trying to make an Ai Prompt chatbot where I want clients to fill in 2 fields and then respond based on their information.I’m in Interfaces and drag out the Ai Prompt component, but it’s telling me that Chatbots are Disabled.  I go into http://zapbots.zapier.com to set up the first Zapbots here. Now I have 3 of them. But still in AI Prompt ZabBot is disabled. What I’m I doing wrong here?

504 Gateway Time-out in Zapier with Zoho CRM

Hello, I wanted to test a Zap, that is updating an existing record in Zoho CRM. When I try to test the action in this step I got an error “504 Gateway Time-out”.I already turned the Zap off and on, but the problem persists. I also checked all of the data that is being updated. So is this a problem with the Zoho server? I tried to find a status page on the Zoho CRM website, but couldn’t find any. Is there another way to solve this problem? Thanks for help, Michael

Zap History Indicating "This filter successfully stopped your run" in error

I recently set up a Zap to update a Marketo record when a particular Drift attribute is received.  The Drift attribute is Bot Flow is “FL-MO-Q323”. (I’ve also tried Equals, Contains, and Exists with the same filtered record result.)When I test the Zap, the attribute above passes to Marketo correctly and I can see the data update change in Marketo. Looks great. When I turn the Zap live, however, I’m getting a message that “This filter successfully stopped your run.” The data I’m filtering for is definitely present in Drift, and I’ve confirmed the naming convention matches exactly. Has anyone run into this and know how to fix?  Thank you for the review!

Error updating Notion events to Microsoft Outlook calendar. Does it require paid Notion version to update events?

I have a Notion account where I log tasks and events. Notion is connected to Outlook. If I create an event in Notion, the event is zapped to the Outlook calendar. If I update an event on Notion, Zapier throws an error and I get an email message sent to me.My question is, do I have to have the paid version of Notion to create a zap to update events? Thank you.

Hi,I just connected my typeform and mailerlite account with zapier. It was suprisingly easy, and everythings looked fine but i tested the connection. Tha form arrives to typeform but it does not to mailerlite.Do you have any suggestion? Thanks, Mark

Slack "Send Channel Message" with Auto-Expand Links set to false still shows link previews.

Dear community,I am using a Slack Send Channel Message step and set “Auto-Expand Links” to false (see highlighted in green). However, the notifications still show up with a preview each which is very annoying (see below). Is there any way to fix this? I would like to send them as separate messages (rather than e.g. Digest) so that we can easily comment on each thread.Many thanks!

Jotform to SharePoint List Zap- Data not filling into columns

Hi Zapier Team,I'm having some trouble, per advice in my last post I have looked through some guides and created a Zap from Jotform to SharePoint so that when a form is submitted, a list item in SharePoint is created. The Zap is working correctly, however it does not fill into the columns and I'm not sure if this is possible?  I've attached some screenshots below of what is happening. I'm assuming it's an issue with my Jotform titles perhaps? Since the form is a registration form and the list is connected to a powerapp for safety checks, not all fields need to be filled out, just the basic customer details.  Thanks!Chelz

HubSpot error: The request is not valid errors: Error in 'fields.TICKET.ticket_priority'.

When making a zap that submits a hubspot form...if the form contains ticket fields (as all forms that automatically creates tickets do) zapier fails with the following: Failed to create a form in HubSpotThe request is not valid errors: Error in 'fields.TICKET.ticket_priority'. Required field 'TICKET.ticket_priority' is missing Error in 'fields.TICKET.subject'. Required field 'TICKET.subject' is missing Error in 'fields.TICKET.content'. Required field 'TICKET.content' is missing This is despite the fact that those fields show up in the editor and have data assigned to them. In fact - when the test action is run - you can see the data properly identified in the form content field previews.It seems that the way zapier is accessing the ticket based fields in a form is broken.  All other fields can be used without an issue.Does anyone have a solution for this?  I don’t want to directly create the ticket from zapier as the submitting the form is useful to gather additional information.

Update event Zap isn't working when a row is updated, and I need help with EventID configuration.

I seem to have it working to create the event but it is not updating when the row is updated. I believe I have an error in the way I have set-up the update event zap - maybe in the event field as I understand there needs to be an eventid but I am not sure how to configure this. Please see screenshots.

HubSpot SMS to Send field visible in the trigger but not in action/filter

I'm triggering my zap based on the field “SMS to Send” changing in HubSpot. This works fine in the trigger section. But I also want to filter on that field so that I can send a different SMS message based on the field value and cannot see it in the filter field list using the Filter by Zapier action. I see many other custom fields from HubSpot.SMS to Send started as a dropdown. I then changed to a single line of text - didn’t work. I then removed SMS figuring it may be a reserved word in triggers. No change.How can a field be visible in Trigger but not in Action/Filter?

Webflow Zap only sends email for one product when fulfilled, need to filter by Product ID

I am trying to use a Webflow ‘Update Order’ zap to send an email to the customer when orders are fulfilled in Webflow. I have 2 different products and only want this email to send for one of the products not both upon fulfillment. It seems there is not a 0direct ‘Only continue if: Item ID’ card in the zap filter I am trying to use.  This is the current workflow that works for all products when fulfilled. But I only need it for one product I would love any help or assistance here! Webflow - Updated order in webflowZapier Filter - Only continue if ‘Status’ exactly matches ‘fufiled’Gmail - Send email

How do I stop getting "Task was stopped because its Zap was turned off during its execution." errors?

Hi - I have a Zap with a “Append Entry and Schedule Digest in Digest by Zapier” stage in it (collecting 10 Tweets) and when I set the Zap to disabled I continue to get the “Task was stopped because its Zap was turned off during its execution.” messages for days afterwards. I’ve stopped it, I don’t want to keep getting these messages for ever. If I turn it on again they go away, but come back when I stop it. Is the only way to get rid of them to delete the Zap? This seems to be a new behaviour, only seen it in the last few weeks.

Emma group isn't showing up in Zap when adding subscribers from Pipedrive.

I am simply trying to add subscribers to a specific audience group in emma. The trigger is when a new deal is created in pipedrive. For some reason, none of my Groups in emma pop up here (just the “custom” pipedrive fields), so I don’t know where new subscribers are getting added. The Zap “works” but I don’t know where the subscribers are going if I haven’t selected a group. Any ideas appreciated!

Too much data while reading from Google sheets

I created a Zap that uses New or Updated Spreadsheet Row from the Google Sheets app. This document is updated daily; there is a process that clears the spreadsheet and adds new rows and it could have up to 100k new rows.I’m receiving the too much data error message when this happens. Is there a different way to do this? Or is this a product limitation?

Updating client information in SharpSpring duplicates entries instead of updating existing contacts from Salesforce.

Hello, I am trying to automate updating clients information in SharpSpring when it is added into Salesforce. I have gotten that to happen, but with my current Zap it creates a whole new entry into SharpSpring rather than just updating the email, for example. So when I update a client’s email in Salesforce, I want it to update the client’s email in SharpSpring. It does this with my current zap, but it just creates a duplicate person, same name, different email address. Is there any way to fix this?
