I am reaching out to seek your assistance with an integration issue that I am currently facing between Docsend, Zapier Storage, and Webflow. While the Zapier trigger seems to be functioning properly, I have encountered a problem where the expected behavior of increasing the value number on the live website is not being realised. Despite thorough checks and configurations, I have been unable to resolve this issue on my own.The idea is to increase the “download number” on each product, every time someone click on the download button. Any ideas?Cheers

Hello everyone chatgpt told me you are an amazing community so hoping for some help. I have managed to sort almost everything I want to do - I have built an ocean view site that will automate new ocean view listings from my realtor idx feed - i am using rss feeds so that anytime a new listing comes up it will be posted to various social media - everything seems to be ok but the images used show up blurry on instagram not sure if this is a resolution issue or a dimension issue - but I can not seem to solve it - choosing raw data image (jpeg) for phot post - tried using raw data url - tried adding dimensions - instagram would not allow - want this process to be automatic hoping a solution but I am hitting a wall here, thanks to any of you for taking the time to respond. I will provide any more info if I have not explained this well enough.
I am trying to set up a Zap that sends a Slack notification once a new expense has been submitted to Xero. However, it does not pull through any recent data for testing. The Xero trigger event is “New Expense Claim Receipt”. This is the only one I could see related to expenses in Xero, but perhaps ‘receipt’ is not actually a submission? Has anyone else tried this process?
I’m trying to create an invoice in waveapps.com from orders in Shopify. When I get an Order from Walmart and it flows into Shopify, it does not send over an email address. Since there is no email address in the order, the customer lookup / create new customer does not work. Why doesthe Zapier “Find customer in Wave” step require an email? Wave does not require an email to create a new customer. Is there anyway to bypass that?
I got the facebook groups integration working so my youtube uploads trigger a post in my facebook group, but it requires me to log into my personal account and when it posts a message in my business facebook group it puts my personal name. It’s a business group, so I want to keep my personal name private and post as my business page (which I also have), is there any way to change my name or have it post as my business page and not my personal facebook account? or even just change my display name in the group or something? Your help is greatly appreciated :D
So we have zoom accounts and we need to automatically upload recordings from zoom to Google Workspace shared Disc. I set up the zap but the recording keeps ending up in My disc which isn’t convenient as we need it in the Shared disc so it will be available to other people who have access and so I don’t need to move it manually from My disc to that Shared disc. Any ideas about this? Thanks
Hello,the App of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM currently works differently than usual.A participant of an event via Eventbrite should be transferred directly into the CRM.To do this, I use the "Find Contact" event in the app. Under Action, I then select "Create Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Contact if it doesn't exist yet? Normally, all fields of the Contact entity open here and I can fill them in manually or specify a field from Eventbrite.However, the fields for selection are no longer loaded. Is it a problem with the app or the CRM?Many thanks in advance

I have attached screenshots of the template I have created, when running the test on the template its working ok.When I try run the test in Zapier its returning the incorrect data for some reason. I am having a tricky time getting Zapier to pull certain data from Asana and send it to AdaptiveWork. I can:Create a project in Asana and send it to AdaptiveWork. Create a task in Asana and send it to AdaptiveWork. But I cannot seem to update a task under a project - I hit a a ‘parent’ error, and no options I choose pulled from Asana seem to work. As such I cannot update anything, but only create new tasks (orphaned) which makes the integration a one-off and not consistently useful.Help me Obi-Wan Kenobi...
I have created a zap that and followed exactly what someone else has done in my Circle community - but for some reason it doesnt work for me The goal is to have a leaderboard in Airtable for comments by members in Circle As you can see from the first screen shot the flow and path I am hitting the problem in the path for user does not exist (2nd screen shot)- even though its almost identical to the path for user does exist (3rd screen shot) which is working fine I am pretty new to Zapier and really trying to find my way around so would be grateful for any help - thank you
I have an Asana Project that has multiple tasks under different sections. I set up my zapier as normal (after having connected my Asana account to my Zapier account). No matter what I do, I cannot get the zapier to find the tasks in the asana. I will add more tasks, I will mark tasks as complete, I will modify tasks - but still nothing. How do I get Zapier to “see” the tasks in my sections of my project?

I am trying to create a zap where specific events added to my calendar will trigger a new row on my Google Sheet to track meetings/appointments. However, these events have various search terms and the Google Calendar trigger zap does not allow me to use “OR” search functions. What’s a good workaround for this? Create multiple zaps for the various search terms?
I am having trouble utilizing Zapier with Hubspot.I am creating a simple transaction where everytime a new contact is added to hubspot, zapier transfers that contact info to ClickSend (our sms marketing platform).When I test the trigger, the test fails. SafetyCulture has a feature now called Labels, where you can assign tags to individual actions in order to see items with common themes. This information is included in a CSV export from SC’s own website, but isn’t (along with many other things) included in the information pulled through to Zapier. I’m trying to work out whether this is an issue at SC or Zapier’s end, but as the user I don’t know why information available for export via one method isn’t available via the other. Does anyone know if I am enquiring about a bug, or a feature request? Thanks

Hi, I want to create a zap that transcribes slack voice messages to text via OpenAI's Whisper.I can extract the link to a voice message from the slack message with the fields url_private or url_private_download (both links end with .mp4) but I still receive OpenAI’s feedback: Failed to create a transcription in OpenAI (GPT-3, DALL·E, Whisper)The app returned "Invalid file format. Supported formats: ['m4a', 'mp3', 'webm', 'mp4', 'mpga', 'wav', 'mpeg']". Here is my exact setup: Trigger: New Message Posted to Channel in Slack channel Filter: Only continue if the text contains .mp4 OpenAI: From the slack message, I take the input field url_private (ending with .mp4) and ask to transcribe it → I receive the above error Anyone else who had this problem and found a solution?
