Hi,I’ve created a ‘FB Messenger’ trigger to ‘Conversation with ChatGPT’ zap. I have chosen GPT-4 as a model, however, I do not believe GPT-4 is being used.Here is the Zap model I chose: Here is the GPT’s response when I ask it what model it is using In addition, I am finding that the quality of reponses vary greatly - it sometimes responds according to my prompt, but often it does not. I want to add items from multiple sources to QuickBooks and send the invoice weekly. I’m able to create the first line-items in QuickBooks, but when I add the next items using update invoice trigger it deletes the items that were in the invoice before. I have a workaround planned but just wanted to know if this is really how it works.
Error updating Notion events to Microsoft Outlook calendar. Does it require paid Notion version to update events?
I have a Notion account where I log tasks and events. Notion is connected to Outlook. If I create an event in Notion, the event is zapped to the Outlook calendar. If I update an event on Notion, Zapier throws an error and I get an email message sent to me.My question is, do I have to have the paid version of Notion to create a zap to update events? Thank you.
On my “New video in Youtube” trigger, I cannot get it to find my videos.I know I’m connected to the right account and channel. I know there are public videos in the channel.For the “Username” I’ve tried everything. Account ID, Channel, ID, login email, public @ name. Nothing will find any videos on the trigger test.All the old threads I can find on this are from years ago, and it looks and sounds different to what I’m seeing now.
The drop down doesn’t show Upcoming meetings when Zoom is set as a Action for adding new registrants to a meet. I have already scheduled meeting for the future on Zoom.Even when I generally try to add an action like create a new meeting on Zapier that also doesn’t update on the my Zoom account.
Dear community, I call a Subzap from a main Zap and get this message when testing it:However, when opening the subzap_task_history_link an error message is shown and when navigating to the Subzap > History, an empty history is shown. Thus, I cannot troubleshoot the error in the subzap.I expect that the error might be related to requiring input parameters in the subzap:And not all of these input parameters are passed from the main zap as not all might be present all the time and also only the email_one should be sufficient for testing:This is the complete subzap workflow:Do you have any ideas where the problem might lie? Hi! I am trying to send a Typeform to Airtable, to create a new record based on the Typeform answers.One of the questions is Multiple choice. In typeform I have created multiple choices, with more answers possible.In Zapier I have created the action to send this to Airtable.In Zapier (in the correct field) I have selected all the multiple choice options, separated with comma’s.My airtable column dedicated to that answer has those exact same multiple choice options.When I send it, it automatically ticks the boxes of the chosen options in the Typeform, this is perfect! But. Apart from this, it also creates one extra multiple choice answer, being a blank entry.So all my answers will have the selected answers, plus a blanc answer.Ive gone through typeform and zapier, and airtable to see if there are any ‘spaces’, but I cannot find why it keep adding an extra blanc field. Any ideas? Thank You!
Hi, I am trying to post my new Mailchimp campaigns on my WordPress site as a new post. I have setup the triggers: “New Campaign” and “Create Post”. I tested the triggers and they work, but for some reason a big white blank space appears before my html content on my new blog posts. Is it possible to edit the html content of the automated post to remove these blank spaces?
Facebook Lead Ads not connecting to Broker Engine: CRM access has been revoked from Lead Access Manager
Trying to set up a FB leads access trigger to go to Broker engine and create a new card. It cant seem to test the data even though I have linked the correct FB account and I can see the lead form I want it to trigger from. After doing a test lead from the developer tool it says this - access has been revoked. How do I get this to work?

The automation would do the following:Search for the onedrive folder Upload the file into the onedrive folder. However, I’m having trouble getting the correct attachment to upload and the zap errors out with the message “Unauthorized user. No credentials supplied”
So I have a zap setup to take orders from Shopify and send to square. I have a formater working as i need the dollar to multiply by 100 to move the decimal. It works perfect with orders with 1 item. But if an order has more than 1 item it fails saying “The app returned "Invalid Syntax: Only numeric values are allowed".” Any help on how to get orders with multiple items . Im using Line Item Price for they price of each item.

Squarespace form to Flodesk Zap test successful, but personal email keeps being added to Squarespace list.
Hello!! I’m trying to setup a Zap to connect a Squarespace form (for my email list) to flodesk. The test looks like its performing correctly (see Flodesk screenshot), however, when I try to go through the sign up process with my personal email, that email keeps being added to the Squarespace list. 🤔 I confirmed that I’m selecting the correct form (which is the form “THE COLLECTORS LIST” at the bottom of my home page here)I looked through "Common Problems with Squarespace on Zapier" and none of the reasons listed there would apply. When I test adalo x zapier connection, it says connection successful, when i try to set up a zap to trigger an update in my adalo records for “calendar events” after a new calendar event is created on google calendar, when i hit test, it gives me the error: “Forbidden”. the adalo x zapier connection says it works, and I am using the right owner/admin account, it just wont work properly without throwing an error.
I’m trying to automate sending docusign contracts through zapier but it keeps giving me the error i mentioned in the title! It looks like this: I’ve tried linking it to the spreadsheet where all the emails are in a column, and I also tried entering a static value but they both give me this error. Please help!
A while ago I created a very simple Zap to convert new rows in google sheets to contacts in google. It was working fine. Then, without any changes to either the Zap or the spreadsheet the fields started mixing up, with the email in the phone field and the address split. The contacts are now also being created so that the name is there but not in the name fields in contact. as someone who is new to Zaps I figured I had done something wrong so I went back to the Zap, editied it and re-matched all the fields. It worked fine for a day or two and then again started mixing the fields. Whjat I dont understand is why it works fine for a while and then goes wrong even if I haven't even logged into Zapier. It is so frustrating as it is such a simple Zap and so helpful but not if I end up with the information in the wrong fields. Can anyone shed any light on what I may be doing wrong.
I am trying to use the “Smartsheet Attachment to Google Drive” zap. I have it set up and it successfully sends text .txt files when I test the zap. However, when I add a file to the actual Smartsheet, nothing happens. From reading the help documentation, it appears that I am stuck at this part. I believe that I want to select “File” from that dropdown menu. But that is not an option. I have tried selecting every other option from the dropdown and it just generates a .txt file as part of the test, but nothing at all when I actually attach something to a row in the Smartsheet.Some searching in common problems with Smartsheet on the Zapier help tells me:“I can't select my Smartsheet attachments or discussions columns.There isn't currently a way to match file attachments or discussions for Smartsheet Triggers or Actions.”Basically, what I am trying to figure out is:Does the “Smartsheet Attachment to Google Drive” actually work? My setup is:When Clickup Task changesAssigne added (me, only person in clickup)Then TriggerCreate task in ticktick It works perfectly on ‘new task in clickup’, but when I change the trigger from ‘new task’ to ‘task changed’ specified as ‘assignee added’ and then select myself it just doesn’t work anymore. I’m pretty certain the connection from clickup to Zapier is somehow the problem. Because if I change the trigger for debugging purposes to something I don’t want it to be the entire Zap works. This also is an indication to me that the ‘push’ from Clickup to Zapier just doesn’t come through.Does anybody know how to fix?
