Can't get ahold of Support; change email flow is broken
When I try to contact Support the Help page prompts me to sign-in even though I already am; I follow the flow and then it still prompts me to sign-in. I need to to change my account email address but the flow is broken. When the new email address receives an email to confirm, it takes me to a welcome back page and doesn’t process the email change. It seems like this is because the email USED TO (DELETED) have a free account. I’ve tried everything, including using an incognito window, and it still doesn’t work. ZAPIER SUPPORT PLEASE ADDRESS BOTH OF THESE ISSUES. WE PAY FOR THIS PRODUCT AND YOU DON’T HAVE AN EFFECTIVE CONNECTION FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Upload New RSS Feed Items to Dropbox
I am having difficulty getting new items in an RSS Feed to upload to an existing folder in my Dropbox account. I have setup the “New Item in Feed in RSS by Zapier” and that trigger has tested successfully. I believe the trouble I am having lies in the action portion. For app, I have selected Dropbox. for Event, I have selected Upload File. I have then logged in successfully to my Dropbox account. I have pointed the action to a specific, existing folder in my Dropbox account. Under file, I am not sure what to put here. I have tried a few variations, but none have worked successfully. A file actually gets uploaded to Dropbox in the proper folder, but it will not open and I don’t believe it is the proper file. When I attempt to open the file in Dropbox, it says something about the file extension not being recognized.
Issue with Monday.com formatting on phone?
Hi! I saw that there are some old posts on this topic but it looks like recently Monday.com changed so that text can be accepted into the phone column: https://support.monday.com/hc/en-us/articles/360014205860-Zapier-JSON-Formatting-Examples. I am getting this error message when I try not mapping phone, when I try phone as raw text, and when I try phone with the instructions given on this post. Is there maybe a bug happening?
Subject field is Zap is not populating as Title in Outlook Event
I’ve created a Zap for the following:New event created in Outlook Calendar A Filter in Zap = Does not contain “Viva” Create event in Outlook Calendar BWhen the event is created in Outlook Calendar B, the meeting title is not populating and there isn’t a “TITLE” field available in Zapier to map the information as the meeting title versus an e-mail subject line.I think it’s because the Zap is looking for an E-MAIL similar to the way Google Calendar works… and Outlook and Google Calendar do not operate in the same manner.Any thoughts on how to map the fields so that the meeting title on Calendar A is carried over to the new event created on Calendar B?There doesn’t seem to be any additional fields that work as the “title” of the meeting.Here’s a link to the Zap, https://zapier.com/shared/de2acc5e52b30fe5b20eae9958d0438c4c6dac1e
Phone Number not pulling in from Wordpress
Hi all!Thank you in advance for any and all help.I am creating a zap from Wordpress into a SMS platform to send new users a welcome text. I am using Ultimate member as my form system, and it collects the phone number for the user profile. However, Zapier is not pulling in this data. It doesn’t even show that “phone number” at all is a variable in Zapier. Is there anyway I can pull in this phone data?
Move Filled PDF from PDF Filler to Google Drive
Hello, I have two Zaps set up with the ultimate goal of getting Typeform responses moved into a downloadable PDF in Google Drive. The first Zap is running successfully, which is taking Typeform responses and moving them into a template in PDF Filler, then creating a new PDF document with the user’s email address as the file name. The second Zap is giving me a headache, and that’s moving that completed PDF from PDF Filler to Google Drive. I can only generate a .txt file in Google Drive, and I do not have the option to select a file as shown in the Zapier documentation. This is the same problem described in this form post, but changing that first step isn’t solving my problem. Any help is much appreciated!
New Contact Apollo.io Trigger is not triggering my Zap
Hi! Has anyone else had issues with the apollo.io Triggers? I am initiating off of a new contact and that does not seem to be starting my Zap. The documentation with Apollo is unclear what exactly counts as a new contact- is it saving the contact to a list or a different step. Thanks!KT
New Payment Trigger payment type
I am trying to create a trigger so when a payment is added to an invoice in Xero another action happens however our client puts payments into specific accounts none of which are listed in zapier, only standard ones such as ACCRECPAYMENT as such it is not picking up on any payments can anyone advise on a solution Thanks

We have sent an email to email@example.com”I have clicked on the link to send me the email so I can confirm, and I never get the email.Yes, I know to check spam and junk, and AI have gone to the root email server and determined that no email is ever received.The big issue is that support doesn’t bother to respond.
Facebook Group Error: Failed to create a post message in Facebook Groups (#200)
I have a zap where when a record is completed in Airtable Zapier will automatically post the record contents in my private Facebook group. This was working fine until about 2 months ago where it just stopped posting to FB.The Zapier app is installed in my group. I even uninstalled and reinstalled it in case that would help but nothing.I get this error message: Failed to create a post message in Facebook Groups(#200) If posting to a group, requires app being installed in the group, and \ either publish_to_groups permission with user token, or both pages_read_engagement \ and pages_manage_posts permission with page token; If posting to a page, \ requires both pages_read_engagement and pages_manage_posts as an admin with \ sufficient administrative permission. How often can a non-paid account upload to YouTube?
I am asking this because of this error I am receiving. How often can I upload a video to YouTube without getting my zap throttled by Zapier. Every 8 hours, 24 hours? How many videos can I upload a day, what should be the interval between each video being zapped?
Zap is not triggered by Google Sheets
Hello everyone,I’ve created a zap which has to trigger every time a row is added to our Google Sheets or even when a value is being modified. However it never triggers. I’ve tried a thousand times and nothing happens. It managed to trigger once, in a contact we’ve already had in Convertkit, and it only added it to the form but didn’t changed its name or even custom field (tag/ test TRCED). Any ideas of what can be going on? Thanks in advance
Shopify "Delivery Instructions" field won't transmit

API Key Missing Error with Formidable Forms and Wordpress
I have previously used Formidable with no issues on Zapier. When I was recently trying to edit the forms, I found that they were not pulling the most recent changes in Formidable. So I did a basic reconnect, and it was still not working. I then flushed cache on Wordpress, disconnected Formidable from Zapier, and attempted to re-connect it.When I attempted the reconnect, I began getting the API error code issue. I then went through ALL of the troubleshooting options advised at the Zapier/Formidable troubleshooting page suggested, with the same results.My host runs NGINX servers, and that Basic Authenticate is on by default in Privacy Mode, although I'm not sure what that entails, so I have opened a ticket with them to describe that in more detail. On NGINX servers there is no .htaccess that can be edited, but that is the only option I'm unable to troubleshoot based on the instructions that could be an issue - however there was no issue previously until I attempted the disconnect/reconne

My Google Sheets output values do not match my input values
Howdy! I’ve been having trouble with google sheets not formatting my dates correctly. It has a correct input value, but the output value does not match the input. All other columns are formatted correctly in the output, it is just the one with the date. What else is weird is that I have another branch to update a row, and when I update the date there, it formats it correctly. In both branches, the data is gotten from the same variable. What is happening here, and is there a way to get around this?
Clickup fields missing from Zapier
I have a Wufoo form I want to pipe into ClickUp - each entry as a new task. Problem is one of the key fields (Phone) does not show as a field when Zapier connects to ClickUp. All the commentary here pertains to ClickUp custom fields not being available to Zapier but that has been resolved and I get a whole section of custom fields to choose from but Phone is missing. Anyone encountered this?
Zap triggering intermittently for Kartra tag as trigger
