As a Zapier Beginner. How come I when I run the test. I automatically receives the email instead of 15mins delay using Zap delay? :
Hi @Jolemark
For us to have more context, post screenshots with how Zap Delay step is configured.
Hi @Troy Tessalone Thank you so much for answering. Please see screenshots:
Also. This should be the sequence
THANKS IN ADVANCE!
@Jolemark
In Zap EDIT mode, when you test a Zap step it will try to perform the Zap step.
If you test live with the Zap ON, then you can check your Zap Runs history activity to see the timestamps and the DATA IN/OUT for each step.
FEEDBACK
If you are trying to create an email sequence with 15 emails and delay logic, then I’d recommend using a proper email campaign app.
Perhaps MailerLite, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, etc.
Your screenshots show different Delay options, which have different behaviors.
