Conditional Zapier automation not working despite meeting conditions

Hi, I try to make an automation where Zapier sends me and email when a row is updated but I want it to be conditioned on certain value (between 50 and 90 let’s say), but when data is already in this range zapier read it, but when I want to set up a different condition, Zapier says it didn’t match. What am I missing?

Hi @Mike0980809

Good question.

We would need to see detailed screenshots with how your Zap steps are configured.

Ok, so I found that the issue was that I am sending zapier mixed signals but now, when I fixed it it still doesn’t want to send me an email I am attaching my screenshots here. The sheet is correct and everything seems to be fine but it doesn’t send me the email I want.

Check your Zap Runs history for activity/issues to see the DATA IN/OUT for each Zap step to help you troubleshoot: https://zapier.com/app/history/

I checked it and there is not data there only my previous zaps, FYI I did all the steps you could consider “common problem solvers”, I turned the zap on and off, remade it, checked the data and nothing...

Zaps work while turned ON for new data going forward.

Have you added new rows to the worksheet configured for the spreadsheet used in the Zap trigger?

Can you post screenshots with how the Zap trigger step is configured?

I will try again tomorrow, because it is really late where I live and I am ending for the day, thank you for the reply, I will provide everything tomorrow

Path 5 could never run because it’s impossible for a number to be both greater than 100 and less than 60. Did you mean to make that an OR step?
