Hello everybody,I have a problem when I try to link the leads received on my website with Gravity Form on Microsoft Dynamics. No trigger available from GorillaDesk to Lead Connector

Hi there, trying to create a trigger starting with GorillaDesk to Lead Connector but when I search GorillaDesk as the starting trigger it brings back “No trigger available”. Does this mean that GorillaDesk doesn’t allow triggers to go out from and only allow triggers going in? Hope this makes sense. Thanks in advance.

I want to connect my booking page to Zagomail, an email plattform. But, I get this error: My trigger works: Connecting my trigger to gmail to send an email also works. It can read the “data”. But adding a subscriber to Zagomail? Not working.Why is this and how do I solve it?

Zapier Google Tasks to Airtable: New task not creating record

Hi there - this seems so simple and straightforward but I can’t work it out. I’m trying to have my trigger (new google task) lead to the action of creating a new airtable record. The Zapier testing is working fine but when I create a new google task, nothing appears in airtable. I have confirmed that the accounts are correct, that the zap is published. Again, the test from within Zapier seems to work fine. Any ideas? It is driving me crazy bc I must be missing something so simple!

Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM error: The app did not respond in time. It may or may not have completed successfully.

I am using the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM app and are finding inconsistent “The app did not respond in-time. It may or may not have completed successfully” errors for the Create Lead step.Firstly, we are using the 1.17 version of this public application, not the latest 1.18, the reason being is the payload data used in the 1.18 is broken for us, it does not send certain field names with the right format (logical name) and hence we can’t use the latest version in it’s current state. This is only for creating/writing data, we use the latest version for find/lookups.What we are finding with various Zaps that use the Create Lead step in most cases the task is in fact completing because the data has been created in CRM, but Zapier sees it as a failure with timeout related errors. With auto-replay on, this task is retried until a success response occurs, however this in nearly all cases is now duplicating data (sometimes multiple times if repeated tasks continue to be marked as stopped/error

Unable to pull the the "last appointment" data from Timely.

I’m trying to create a zap that pulls out data from an appointment software (Timely) for email marketing purposes. So I created a trigger from “Timely” and the samples that are pulled from it are missing data. So it’s pulling their name, email, etc… and also when their future appointment is, but not when was their last appointment. Even though it’s information displayed for this client in Timely.How can I make Zapier pull in all this missing info? Attached photo from “Timely”, for a certain random client. Zapier will show the data of the next appointment, but not the last appointment.

Unable to automatically upload Zoom recordings to YouTube

Hey. I’m having troubles to make one of my automations work. Gameplan: Zoom recording finished → upload to google drive → upload to YouTube → Send link on slack. Everything works until publishing the video on YouTube - it just don’t upload it. It’s showing me that information: But nothing gets uploaded.

Failed to create an updated subscriber in Klaviyo: The requested resource does not exist

I am sending out emails to existing potential leads with the aim of setting up Calendly appointments for a trial project. I want to add a custom property to these Klaviyo profiles when they set up a Calendly appointment.I have set up Zapier Klaviyo integration already. I have set up the Zap but at the last stage I am getting an error message as below.Failed to create an updated subscriber in KlaviyoThe requested resource does not existNot sure what I am doing wrong. I am using the update subscriber in Klaviyo action. I think the issue is I do not know what to put in the field called ‘Subscriber required’. Underneath this I have a statement saying no options available. My assumption is that I need to add a custom property at the bottom but it is the identifier section at the top I am struggling with. Any help appreciated!

Notion Find Database Item - Database does not refresh while looping

TL;DR — While inside a Loops by Zapier loop, Zapier seems to not register changes to a Notion database item that occurred previously in the loop. Adding a delay doesn’t fix.I am building a Notion app for music collaboration. II am building a Zap to take a search query provided by the user (entered into the Name field of a new database item), search Spotify with the query, and fill out Spotify-provided details of the top result: title, artist, track URL.My Zap.The Zap is triggered when the below database item is updated — this part works fine:Zaps database item that triggers my Zap.The Zap then searches my Tunes database in Notion for any Tune whose URL field exactly matches “<not synced>”, takes the top result, searches Spotify with the content of the Name field, and updates the Tune — this also works fine on the first loop iteration:Tunes database item before my Zap runs.Tunes database item after my Zap runs.The idea is that, once the URL field is changed from <not synced>

Multi-checkbox options in Eventbrite are not mapping to properties in HubSpot and getting an error message.

Hello!Is anyone able to confirm if multi-checkbox options in Eventbrite can successfully map to properties in HubSpot? When I attempt this, I get the following error: validationMessages: - where_did_you_hear_about_us_: Social media | Local Event was not one of the allowed options: [label: "Newspaper"value: "Newspaper"The internal values in HubSpot match up exactly to what is displayed in Eventbrite so I have no idea why this wouldn’t work like what it does with everything else! From what I can see from the error, it appears as though multiple options are detected as one value ‘(Social media | Local Event)’ as an example

Google Calendar Event start trigger is delayed

I am using a push notification system capped progressier.com to send a push to our devices 60 minutes before event start times in our google calendar. It works great however the push rarely fires on time. It's usually anywhere from 5-15 mins delayed. I know zaps only poll around every 15 mins but if these calendar events have existed in the calendar for days in advance shouldn't zap already know about them? Or is it that zaps only run every 15 mins? I am confused.

Slack "Send Channel Message" with Auto-Expand Links set to false still shows link previews.

Dear community,I am using a Slack Send Channel Message step and set “Auto-Expand Links” to false (see highlighted in green). However, the notifications still show up with a preview each which is very annoying (see below). Is there any way to fix this? I would like to send them as separate messages (rather than e.g. Digest) so that we can easily comment on each thread.Many thanks!

No email data available - Square to Convertkit zap

I am trying to pull customer data from their Square purchase to add them to my CRM in Convertkit. However, in the Convertkit section of the zap, the information needed - First Name, Last Name, email - is not available from Square. The item that they purchase is set up in Square and has all of this information in it. Why is their name and email not available in the zap? These are the only options that come up for me. If I search for “email” it gives me the “Note” field which has the name of the product and the customer. I tried testing this just in case, but it doesn’t add the customer to Convertkit.

My Zap isn't sending emails after the initial test, but it says everything works correctly.

Hi I have created a zap that looks something like this: WHEN new row added in ‘X’ G Sheet send an email.In the body of the email I use dynamic fields to take ‘x’ column information (email address) an ‘y’ column for the Name. I ran a test and all was found correctly. I test again but why adding new row in excel and it worked the first time but won’t continue to work. When I open the zap and its reports it says everything is working correctly but the emails are not being sent. Any guidance on how to troubleshoot this?

HI!My goal is to use zapier to upload my youtube videos to an rss feed that can then be connected to various podcast platforms so people can watch or listen.Sorry for the newb question.I set up a zap that triggers when a youtube playlist is updated with a video and then it updates a RSS feed.I was able to create the feed: https://zapier.com/engine/rss/16193839/svicpodcastfeedBecause I’m a noob, I thought i could just link the feed to google podcasts, but when I do i get this error: Is that because google podcasts only work for audio and don’t work for video files?

My "other" FB page is not an option to connect

I previously had used Zapier to connect a FB Lead Form to my Convertkit account. However, I stopped the ad and created a NEW page for a different business.The old page is The RVMompreneur and the new page is Alison Leigh OBM. I am trying to create a Zap the does the same thing with a new Lead Form Ad from this page, but no matter how many times I refresh the FB connection, my new page is not an option to choose.I have been made sure that I have given Zapier access inside Meta Business Suite but that didn’t change anything. Can you help me fix this?

#200 error zapier wont load facebook forms for a lead zap

I have tried everything. In ads manager facebook doesn’t give me an option to add zapier as a CRM. I don’t know if that’s necessary, but it just gives me an error everytime I try and start a lead form zap and wont allow me to choose forms. The form I want to choose is from a currently turned off facebook ad, that I will turn back on once I have this going. I want to have zap give me a text and an email everytime I get a new lead on facebook so I can respond right away. I just can’t seem to get there. About to give up completely :( seems impossible. I have spent over 15 hours trying to figure this out.
