Zapier-Xero Bank Transaction will test post a transaction but not Transfer the same transaction

Hi All,  I'm hoping to draw on the communities knowledge to help solve an issue I can't seem to resolve and Support is giving no clear answers.I am posting a Bank Spend-Receive Transaction from a Excel Spreadsheet to Xero.This works: When finalizing the zap and testing the transaction it succeeds and the Zap is posted to the correct Bank account in Zero. This doesn't work: When  I perform a Transfer Action on the same source transaction the Zap produces an error "Error message: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'map')”I isolated two errors through hours of troubleshooting and testingTransaction Type had changed from being a entry from the Excel Spreadsheet to having to be formatted by Zapier Text-in-Line Formatter.  Once this was implemented everything worked perfectly. Zaps cannot be copied.  As soon a working Zap is copied it no longer works and generates the 'Map’ error, even if it's not edited in any way.This means all my zaps have to created from the “ground-up”, which

Google Ads error: User lacks permission to access customer. Confirm Zapier as data partner by setting up your Zap.

I am trying to use the Google Ads connection to pull reports into a google sheet for clients to view. I currently have it set up with a scheduler. My issue is that when I click test step, it throws the error ‘Failed to create a report in Google Ads User doesn't have permission to access customer. Please go back to the 'Set up' step of your Zap to confirm you've approved Zapier as a data partner’. However I know I have Zapier linked in my Google Ads account as shown in the screenshot. What else am I doing wrong that is limiting my ability to use this tool? Please ask clarifying questions if necessary. Zap (New File Trigger: Google Drive Folder > Create Row in Google Sheet) says it is working, but no data is populating the spreadsheet, at the top nor the bottom.

Can’t seem to find a solution for this online. I have seen people with similar issues, but this seemingly simple zap just will not seem to work.Notes:Shared Drive but I am the owner All Folders and Files are in this drive in which I am the owner It’s a two-step zap, and the history says it’s working. I can confirm this by rerunning the zap which previously said “2 files added” which now says “searching for newnew” and ends there. Spreadsheet is unformatted, no headers, no nada. 1000 rows, and checked the end, nothing there either. Zapier Noob

ZAP Status is "skipped" when using "only continue if" step

Hi allI have had my zaps set up and operating for months, all of a sudden instead of the status showing as “success” or “filtered” in zap history.They are now showing as “skipped” on all zaps which are set up with “only continue if” filters in them.I have edited each stage of the zap using a submission whis was previously skipped and proved the filter conditions are met and should proceed. It will even work when using the test feature in the zap builder. However no luck automaticly and does not work if I try to replay.I have removed the “only continue if” feature on one zap and it works fine.Any thoughts? It started randomly on Friday afternoon (26th April 2024).

My google account is Google Workspace account our company have.I want to set my google account in Google Calender trigger “When add new event”,but my colleague’s account is displayed and I cannot select my own account. Has anyone solved this problem??

Postscript error: The app returned "Pending subscriber already exists with phone_number:".

This post has been edited by a moderator to remove personal information. Please remember that this is a public forum and to remove any sensitive information prior to posting.I have an issue with a zap.  I am using Octane for a product finder and using PostScript to collect phone numbers. The numbers aren’t getting passed through anymore and the error I’m getting is: The app returned "Pending subscriber already exists with phone_number:". I don’t know what happened and nobody has been helpful.

New Relic REST API Key can no longer be created. Any plans updating the app to use User API Key?

Hello there. Since March 18th you cannot create nor modify those kind of REST API keys in NewRelic. “After March 18th, 2024, Account REST API keys can no longer be created or regenerated. Please use User keys instead” Any plans to adapt to the new User API keys?

Asana Project Sections not Loading

My issue is regarding setting up zaps to Asana. When setting up it a zap to an existing project it requires I select a ‘section’. However the field remains blank (doesn’t load any sections from Asana project) event though there are sections for the project in Asana. It will not allow me to progress with the zap without selecting a section. Has anyone else come across this?It’s a fatal error for me as its preventing me from creating Zaps to Asana.

Toggl Track to Notion works when testing, doesn't when published

Hello! So i’m trying to make an integration from toggl tracker to notion that should work like this:start tracking time via toggl tracker when tracker is finished, it should create a time entry that gets picked by zapier puts the data such as duration and time in a notion So the zap works amazingly when testing, but as soon as it gets published it starts to get errors.Idk how to fix this

Multiple task duplicates in Zap from Microsoft To Do to Motion

Hi There, I use Microsoft To Do as my main task list app so i can share lists with family.  I use Motion to try to time block tasks for me automatically.  I want to have new tasks that I add into Microsoft To Do automatically add to Motion.  I also would like to have a task that is updated or completed in Microsoft To Do be updated or Completed in Motion. I tried to use the direct connection but Motion was not liking some of the formatting, so I introduced a Google Sheet as a go between.  If a new Task is added to To Do, the Zap adds it to a Google Sheet, adjusts some of the date formatting, and then creates a new task in Motion. I also created an update zap that looks at the To Do list and if a task is updated it will find the task in the google sheet based on the create Date and Time, update the sheet, then update Motion.  I finally got both of these to work, but all of the sudden the Update zap started running on multiple tasks that I hadn’t updated, adding them into the Google Shee

Trouble pushing discount value as an amount from Shopify to Xero.

How do you push a discount value from Shopify to Xero as an amount and not a percentage? Everytime we receive an error that the amount is more than 100 and we can’t change it the amount to percentage on shopify.

Hello, I can´t turn zapps on. Every zapps is turned off automaticly. When I try to turn them back to ON, comes Eroor text: Error turning Zap on: Unable to refresh access token. Error code 400: invalid_grant What I have to do?

Having trouble configuring a gpt action to HeyGen: Create a Video

I have tried to configure with just the defaults and got an error that it was missing a voice_id. My setup is as follows.Configuration:As you can see, it only allows the selection of a voice name. My assumption is that it would use the ID as a value behind the scenes. The outcome however when I want to preview the video, presents me with this error. Please help me proceed.

Monday.com Loop Issue

Hello, I’m having some issues with a loop warning and figuring out the best way to build the zap. The goal of the zap is to assign a customer tier (“Status” column) within Monday.com based on multiple factors that are going to be updated throughout the customer lifecycle. Here are the Tier options:  We have a bunch of formula columns on the Monday.com board, which calculate the customer tier based on ten factors (i.e. growth, ARR, products, segment, etc.), but you cannot see formula data in Zapier, which is why I had to recreate the formulas as steps within the Zap. The way I have the zap set-up now is with Trigger “Specific Columns Values Changed in Board” and I chose all the factor columns: Here is the entire zap:  Here is an example of a formula step for one of the factors:   Here is an example of the Loop warning for one of the final actions (the warning is same for all final steps and they’re set up the same). The final step is “Change multiple columns value” and I’m only updating

Aryeo to Xero - formatting issues

Hello, I am trying to create a zap (my first one) to generate an invoice in Xero whenever an order is fulfilled in Aryeo.The Zap works perfectly, except the invoice total is coming up in Xero as 100x the actual price of the product in Aryeo. E.g. a product that is $299.99 shows up on the Xero invoice as $29,990. I have tried to put a Formatter step in between to divide the total by 100. It seems to be working in the test screen, but the invoice is still showing as 100x the price in Xero. I am not sure what I’m doing wrong?Thank you! This step seems to show it is formatting the number slightly, but is actually still incorrect

Zap Not Triggering New User Registration (WordPress to Brevo)

Good Day,I have a zap that is not triggering. I set it up to connect with WordPress website. The connection to my website tests OK. It is supposed to detect a new user when they register on my site. Then add the new user to a list on my Brevo account. The Brevo connection tests OK as well.I can add a user to my Brevo list when testing the zap but when I register a new user on my site the zap does not see it and send it to my Brevo list.I worked for several hours with the suggestions of the AI chatbot on Zapier site but no luck. I reconnected each side of the zap. I turned the zap on and off several times. Each time I could successfully test the zap but still it will not see a new user and send to Brevo list.Can anyone here help me work out what the problem is? Regards,Thomas

Zap stopped triggering from Google Sheet

I’ve had 2 Zaps running for over a month. They both activate by a new row in my Google sheet.  A Google Form sends the info to the Google sheet.  It’s the same form used every time.  I’ve tried testing it and asking it to collect new records and it’s not seeing any row after 4/15 which is went it last ran successfully.  I only have 35 rows in the google sheet.  I’ve tried turning the Zaps on and off, and turning them off and asking it to retrieve more records.  It’s not seeing the google sheet anymore from the looks of it.  There are no empty lines an I hadn’t edited or worked on the Zap in over 4 weeks.   Help!

Create customers in specific Stripe account

I am trying to send basic company data (company name, first/last name, email, phone, etc) from Salesforce into Stripe as a new customer. I have 2 Stripe accounts set up under the same account, one for the US and the other for the EU. I will soon need to do the same for AU/NZ. When I set the action to create a new customer in Stripe, all customers are built into the US account and I can’t figure out how to create them in the different Stripe accounts. I can set the Stripe account the zap is connected to but not the individual accounts inside of it. Anyone have an idea how to handle this?

Failed to create an invoice in Wave Cannot convert undefined or null to object

Hi there. I am trying to add multiple line items (product and shipping) to a Wave invoice from Shopify and am getting the following errorFailed to create an invoice in WaveCannot convert undefined or null to object A possible problem as mentioned in another post is that some data could be custom, but all my entries are data fields. Additionally, when I enter each line item by its self, there is no error and an invoice is generated in Wave, but together throw an error. I have tested everything I can think of! Please see the attached screen shot.

Post OneDrive attachment to Clickup tests Ok, but fails in use

I have a Zap built which takes a new file in OneDrive, creates a task in ClickUp and then attaches the file to the Clickup task. When building the Zap and testing at each step, the final test output is exactly what I’m looking for. However, once published, if I then create a new file in the OneDrive location, the zap fails to pick up the attachment. The zap successfully creates the Clickup task, but without the OneDrive file attached. Any ideas why please?

Whenever I try to connect my google account (specifically for google tasks and calendar), I get this error. I tried it with multiple google accounts, and I am quite sure that this is an issue with Zapier since I verified that connection works with other applications.

Error from halted execution: Could not find user with this email address

I am trying to create a daily scheduled trigger from Zapier to Intercom (Add Event in Intercom). But I am receiving this error when trying to test it. The email ID mentioned is valid on Intercom but seem to be receiving this error. Could you help me understand what the issue is and how I can resolve this?
