Failed to create a ticket in Autotask: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'lenght')

As the title says I’m trying to Create ticket in Autotask. Even if I fill most fields manually I get an error. I’ve seen some topics about Z/AT issues, so wondering if it’s me, or a Zapier issue. This is the error I get.

 

 

 

Below is the data being sent. I am missing data?

Was also having this issue. Also was Description field for me. Wish the error would cite the troubled field.
