Zap not auto incrementing Zap table field consistently

The trigger for my Zap is a Hubspot CRM deal being moved to the Negotiation stage. The result is the Zap logs the action in a spreadsheet, then auto increases a Zapier Table field. The table field is to count the total number of deals that got moved that day. It also sends a message to a slack channel. Each morning a different zap posts that total to our slack then resets the field to zero. My issue is that the spreadsheet is showing more deals logged than the Zap table field that is counting them. In the spreadsheet I see 13 logged deals. The table field only counted 8. Both actions the logging and incrementing are in the same zap.I noticed that it be happening when someone moves a few deals very quickly. Like a sales person cleaning up their pipeline at the end of the day.I tried adding in some delays but so far it hasn’t had an effect.I noticed when I added a different Zap step that involved a Zapier table(to log deals for comparison to spreadsheet), that when I tested that step it

Bexio error: Development access is locked, no access to the API can be requested because client ID is locked.

The Connection with "Bexio" is not working anymore, your API is blocked by Bexio. The error message is :  “Development access is lockedNo access to the API can be requested because this client ID is locked.” Could you please update it ? Thanks a lot

Email Parser by Zapier and the Gmail advanced filters not working properly

Hi there, So I have created a Zap using Email Parser by Zapier. It is indeed forwarding all emails I want to forward but it is also forwarding the rest of emails which I am suspecting has to do with this !?Not quite sure about the difference between new Email and new Mailbox!  In my Gmail filters I am specifying from which email exactly to forward to my Zapier’s robot email. I don’t know why the filters are not working any ideas? Thank you,Azhar.

Why do Custom Picklist Values in Pipedrive Zap appear as numbers in Zapier?

This post was split from topic:  To confirm, when building a Pipedrive Zap, I’m encountering an issue where the custom picklist values in the organization section only appear as numbers, not the actual values. For example, in Pipedrive, I have Company Codes like ACM, BAM, JGU, but in Zapier, I’m seeing Company Codes as numbers (39, 46, 48). Is that correct?

Zapier Error: 'Uh Oh' Emails Persist After Deleted Transfer

I was creating a transfer to test sending data of unsubscribes from Constant Contact via an Excel sheet to Dynamics 365.  I only tested 1 record to confirm if the transfer was going to work.  I tried it a few times different ways and it failed to do what I needed it to do.  Since it was not working, I deleted the transfer and disconnect the Excel account.  I am receiving “uh oh” emails from Zapier every 5 minutes about the failed update. Will this time out on its own?

Updating an Item in Notion seems to ignore the 'content' field

I have a zap that is updating a Notion item. All of the fields update correctly, except the bottom ‘content’ field does not have the Markdown option and it puts a link like plain text. Is it possible to add it manually in the content bottom?Thank you!

Tag Added to Trainerize Client - not sending to ActiveCampaign

I set up a Zap for when a new client is adding, it sends the contact to ActiveCampaign. This is working perfectly. I am trying to set up a similar Zap where I add a tag within Trainerize (ReturningClient) to send the same welcome email (this is for prior clients that were reactivated within the app and need the welcome email). The Zap tests fine, but doesn’t work once published - I have several test accounts within Trainerize that I added the ReturningClient tag to, but ActiveCampaign never receives the Zap - the clients are never added as a new contact (if they didn’t exist) or the contact updated with the new tag to kick off the automation. Attached are the steps for the published Zap.

Zapier doesn't see the ClickUp relationship field for contact updates.

Hey, wondering if anyone can help me. I have an automation setup to create a new lead in Clickup when a form is filled in on my website. I use Clickup as my main CRM, with a pretty good CRM layout I found online. In the first step within Clickup, it creates a task under a Lead task list, with all the data from the form (which goes to a Google Sheets first). There’s then a separate tasks list called Contacts, which I’ve setup a zap to create a specific contact, which again is fine and working great.  The problem is, the CRM has a load of other features which requires the contacts and leads to be separate, and I need to then link the two back together. In Clickup, it suggests that I create a new field within the Lead task, called “Contact” and set this as a relationship field, which I can then link to the new Contact that’s been created.However, Zapier can’t seem to see this relationship field to update? I created a normal text field as a test, which is can see fine. I want to update thi

Zapier Date Formatter Incorrect Output: 08-12-2023 formatted as 19-08-2023

I am transferring data from Asana to Google Sheets and since Asana provides the date like “Dez. 8 2023” I have been using the Date / Time Formatter by Zapier to turn it into 08-12-2023.This has been working fine for the past two years but since about a month or two ago we are experiencing issues.Zapier is changing the date when formatting and I haven’t been able to solve this issue.This is the setup: And this is the output: The output is 19-08-2023 instead of 08-12-2023. I haven’t changed anything in the past two years and don’t know why it has suddenly stopped working.I have tried setting the “From” field to “MMM DD YYYY” but it didn’t change the output. I have also tried removing the TO and FROM timezone so that both default to UTC but no luck.Does anyone have an idea of how to solve this?

Gravity Forms to DocuSign Zap sending blank contract to admin instead of recipient.

Hi everyone I’m really struggling with the following…Zap: Gravityforms > DocusignIntended action: Within gravityform, I have two fields (email, full name).  I want to pass these to Docusign for it to send a template to that recipient when the form is submitted.The template on Docusign is setup with a recipient with role name, and I’ve left the email and name blank, in the hope of being able to pass these values and have it sent out upon form submission. As the moment, when the Zap executes, it simply triggers a blank uncompleted docusign contract back to me (the admin).   I’m pulling my hair out! Any help most appreciated!

Failed to create a conversation in ChatGPT

Im trying to connect a google form to chat gpt and use the answers from the form to trigger a prompt on chat gpt. But when I hit test action for the chat gpt response it says failed to create a conversation with chat gpt and “You exceeded your current quota, please check your plan and billing details.” I have a zapier subscription and chat gpt plus. I thought that maybe my prompt was too long so I shortened it alot but it still giving me the error. Any suggestions?

SysAid Error: authentication failed: Error from SysAid: Enduser login failed.%njava.lang.NullPointerException

I recently logged back into my Zapier account to double check why some zaps have recently been failing. I saw that my connection with SysAid has been expired and to reconnect. I followed the process for reconnecting but was unsuccessful. I tried to delete the connection and just add a new one with the exact same required information and have run into this error.I have verified with the IT team that the information I put into the login page was correct. There isn’t any pop that showed up, as well as the account in question never had it’s permissions changed since I last used it. Any help would be appreciated.

Trash folder and Zap is missing on our account.

I have used Zapier for awhile now and have used it on other accounts, but for some reason the trash folder is NOT showing in our account and I am missing a zap. Can anyone help shed some light on where it is? I know where to look for it, but it’s not there and I’ve doubled checked the Zapier article on where it should be. We are currently on a free plan.

Data in test not showing up in zap history Acuity Scheduling to Airtable

The title is confusing, I’m not sure how to word it so I took screenshots. When a specific appointment is scheduled in Acuity, I want some of the details to zap over to Airtable. One of the details is a custom field we added to Acuity that says who the appointment was scheduled by. When I set up the zap using recent appointments scheduled, the custom field contains a name that was typed by the person scheduling the appointment. But, when the zap actually runs and I look at the history, the field doesn’t bring over any info (leaving the airtable cell blank. Any ideas? NeverBounce to Pardot Zap not adding new prospects to list, only test prospect.

Hi everyone! We just started a Zapier trial, but I’m struggling to make a working connection and am hoping the community here can help since I was never able to connect with an integration specialist.I’d like to have NeverBounce verify an email address as it comes into Pardot, then add that prospect to a list (for my own verification purposes). My zap looks like the following:For both the verify step and the add prospect to list step, I have to select a test prospect when prompted... But that test prospect that I selected is the only name to make it into my final list. The zap is published and is on and isn’t showing any errors - expect for my final list not getting populated.Question:For both the Verify step and the Add Prospect to List step, I’m prompted to select a specific prospect in the Action (screenshot below - I crossed out the person’s name, but I had to pick a singular person). I don’t seem to be able to select anything general like “New Prospect”. Is this as expected? Are t

Can't trace what account active zap is coming from

Hey guys, I’m having trouble tracing back what Zapier account is responsible for sending out a Zap that my email address to send the email. The Zap involves sending an email after a Facebook Lead Ads form being triggered. However, when I log into any Zapier accounts that could be associated with running this Zap, I can't find ANY history, though it continues to send Zaps whenever we get Facebook Leads.  Is there any way to trace what account is sending the Zaps, or disconnect the Zaps? Thanks!

Issue with zap integrating Eventbrite and Mailchimp - "Invalid Resource"

Hello, I’ve been using Zapier to integrate both my Eventbrite and Mailchimp account for years without any issues, but for the past month I’ve add an error coming back saying that essentially the zap could not run and the error is “invalid resource”.I’m definitely pulling off the “Profile Email Address” from Eventbrite but the data that has come up for some users when the zap fails is “Info Requested” instead of the user email address so no wonder the zap could not run!I believe this might come up from an additional GDPR requirement from Eventbrite. Anyone has face a similar issue and find their way around it? Thanks a lot for your help with this!

Slack file upload not providing channel ID on first try via Zapier

Greetings, playing almost whole day with it and can’t figure out how to fix it. When you upload first time a file in slack it won’t provide you channel ID but if you do it second time it will. Anyone knows how to fix it? Thanks!
