DataPostError when attempting to create a Redshift connection

I am trying to create a connection to Redshift. After having entered all the relevant credentials (hostname, username, password, etc.), I encountered a DataPostError: Problem creating authentication: Our computers took too long. (as attached). Said Redshift credentials works as expected on other integrations we have internally and there’s no other popups appearing after I’ve entered the credentials.

Could you help with this? Thank you!
