HubSpot Forms not Populating
We’re receiving an error message when trying to select a HubSpot form to use when creating a zap:“Unable to load choicesWe're having trouble loading 'Form' data. The app did not respond in-time. It may or may not have completed successfully.”We’ve done this many, many times before and currently have active zaps that have connected HubSpot forms, that are working just fine.
404 Wordpress Authentication Issue
Hello! I’m trying to connect my WordPress to Zapier. But it’s giving me a 404 authentication error. I’m running the most current versions of WordPress and the Zapier plugin. And the plugin is installed and active. I’ve tried everything I could find that was recommended to other folks for this problem (making permalinks post name, reinstalling the plugin, and making sure xml-rpc is enabled. Please help!
The Zap is triggering every day, when it should only trigger once per email.
I recently created the following workflow: Workflow:Whenever I receive an email that has “Quote” in the subject it will trigger to generate a task in ClickUp. Issue:The zap is working, but it’s repeating every day. I just wake up and saw 69 tasks on ClickUp while I only send 1 email How can I solve this? It should only trigger the task one time per email.

Zap triggers when it shouldn't
I manage a list of students and courses in Airtable and use Mailerlite for email marketing. I have two zaps connecting AT and ML:When a student joins a course, add them to the relevant ML group. When a student leaves a course, remove them from the relevant ML group.Each Zap watches its own “last modified” field, and each “last modified” field is watching its own linked field.The problem is that when a student joins, the ‘add to group’ zap fires - AND the ‘remove from group’ zap fires. I can’t for the life of me figure out why.I’ve checked and double checked the AT fields and that the Zap triggers are definitely connected to the right fields, and I’ve tried reconnected my Airtable to Zapier. Nothing.Any ideas out there?
No data, creating new entry in Zoho
I am using an email address to search for an existing contact in Zoho CRM. The the data coming in from the trigger may or may not have an email. I would like to create a new contact if the email field has no data. I’ve tried true and false with creating a new contact and I keep getting a 400 error with missing data. I’m assuming it is missing data from the blank email, but telling it that it’s successful should move on to the create step, which it isn’t doing. Any ideas?
Find a Bubble thing by searching listed items
Hello, I have a Bubble.io data type “orders” that contain a list of “order items”s unique ids. I am trying to compile these individually listed “order items” so they can be used in an invoice line items using the QB online integration. However, when I use the workflow “Find a Bubble Thing in Bubble” to search for unique IDs of order items from the listed order items unique IDs, nothing is found. I’ve tried variations “in list” “contains list” etc but nothing is working. I’ve tried formatter by Zapier as well to split text. Any and all help is greatly appreciated, this is the one thing holding up my MVP. https://zapier.com/editor/183850535/draft/183850536/setup UPDATE: I’ve used Utilities in Formatter by Zapier to convert line items to text. I can use this to Find a Bubble Thing in Bubble but it only works if I use the first item, I can’t select multiple or it isn’t found. Zapier not populating fields for creating a task in zoho CRM
My zaps have worked for years, and today, at least 5 of them are not working for the create new module entry, create task step. I go to edit the zap, or create a new zap, and it doesnt populate any fields for the task to fill with data from the trigger event.The premier team is on retreat this week, and I cant wait til monday to get this fixed, this is thousands of tasks by then.

Making New Customer in WooCommerce - Want Them Subscribed
I have a zap that makes a new WooCommerce customer when someone signs up to our website popup. The zap is triggered by a new signup on the popup, then takes the email address to make a new customer in WooCommerce. We want the customer to be marked as User Subscribed when they are added to WooCommerce. We confirmed with MailChimp that the meta data required to be passed is key: mailchimp_woocommerce_is_subscribed and value:1 so we have that as our meta data. When I make tests by signing up on our website and check the zap history, the output looks right, but when I check the customer in WooCommerce, the user subscribed box isn’t checked. Anyone have ideas on why it may not be working? screenshots below…
Zap not sending data through.
Hi, I’ve created the following zap: Here each column on the spreadsheet defines the value for each field in the collection, and everything seems to work great. However, the collection list in Webflow has some “reference” fields, and it seems that the data does not go through because I suppose the column is sending text, and can’t pick an option from the references even if it match the word. How can I do this? Link a column to a reference field in Webflow.
Documents get added in Google Drive as text documents instead of as files
I have Zap where I want to take a file from a newly created ContentDocument record (PDF) in Salesforce and upload it to a Google Drive. I cannot seem to define the “File” need as it is required in the Zap. No matter which URL I use, the document that gets added in Google Drive is simply a text document with strange HTML markup which I’ve included in the screenshot below. Referencing Content Document URL in the ZAP (Private)- Text document sent Google Drive with HTML markup instead of PDF Using Salesforce standard URL in this test Referencing Content Document public link manually created on the Content Document record. Despite referencing the “Public” link in the test ZAP, this also generated a strange text file in the Google Drive with HTML markup. Please advise. Is what I want to do possible within Zapier?
Creating New Airtable Records
Recently, I was helping a client setup an airtable zap.The zap has worked successfully the last almost 3 years.Its taking paperform (a form) responses and creating a new record into airtable.With the recent updates, I cannot seem to populate the information from paperform into airtable.How do I get the fields to show up to create a new record?Please advise!Thanks so much!

TRIGGER: a new file is created in Google DriveACTION: Find Folder in Google Drive I guessed at the Folder Name as 1. Hi there!I’ve built a Zap that takes Typeform responses as a trigger and then, based on the content of the responses, creates Asana tasks with different descriptions, assignees, due dates, followers/collaborators, etc. One piece of this that I’m getting stuck on, though, has to do with the “Find User in Asana” action in Zapier.I’m going to spell out a lot of written detail here, but feel free to skip to the end of this post to see the TL;DR version of my question.Background/Context:In the aforementioned Typeform, we have users enter their email address. Getting a Server Error when trying to connect to app
I’m trying to sign in to an app for the first time (specifically Trainerize) and get the error shown below.I’ve connected and signed in to another app to use as a trigger for it (Tally) and that works fine. I reached out to Trainerize and they mentioned that they’ll run some tests on their end and reach back out. All help is greatly appreciated!
