Failed to create a post in WordPress - Error code 403: Sorry, you are not allowed to assign the provided terms
Hi there!I saw someone else had a similar issue but the topic was closed and the solution given didn’t seem to work for my situation.I’m trying to send data from Ninja Forms form to a create a Wordpress post. It all works fine, but when I try to pass the category selected by the user who submitted the form, I get this error:“Failed to create a post in WordPressWordPress ran into an issue. Error code 403: Sorry, you are not allowed to assign the provided terms.” I read in a similar forum post that you have to use category IDs rather than titled in order for it to process correctly to the WP post, but if I have the user selecting the category in the form, not sure how I could instead have them select an anonymous ID number that wouldn’t make sense as an option.Anyone know how to pass data from a submission form to the category field of a WP post without getting this error? Would love any help! :)Thanks!
I have a zap that’s 70 tasks long. It on average takes 5 minutes to complete, which is great compared to how long it took the person to complete it before. There is one task within it that occasionally doesn’t complete the first time it runs, and adding a delay doesn’t resolve it. It generally has been resolving just by running again. Not sure the issue, and it really doesn’t matter, because it completes. The issue is related to the potential delay and receiving notification when the zap completes. How can I get notified at the completion of a zap.
I am trying to distribute a Squarespace form submission to multiple email addresses. I’ve set up my Zap and tested it … it works great with the internal test. Here is a screenshot of the resulting email: However, when I go to the live Squarespace site and try using the form, Zapier seems to be including the field labels as well as the field data (But for only some of the fields), making the email look confusing for my recipients. See screenshot: I tried creating a fresh, new Zap, and got the exact same result. Any ideas?
I can’t seem to get my subzap to process input data. I slimmed it down to simply accept one argument and then return that same argument to the calling zap. It seems as though it’s returning the test data from when I was testing the subzap, regardless of what I’m sending it. Is there a bug with subzaps?
This is an issue that has been common knowledge for months now- Zapier won’t connect with Clickfunnels 2.0. We’ve been told several times that it’s been submitted as a “feature request” (whatever that means), but nothing appears to be happening. Can we just get a straight answer on if Zapier is ever going to support it? If the answer is “no”, just say no, so those of us who are waiting on it can find a different solution.Thanks!
I created a Google Sheet with 3 columns : « start date », « end date » and « task ». I created a Zap, so whenever I add or modify a « start date », it sends an event in a Google Calendar. Problem is : one event, once is in the calendar, is sent numerous other times to the same date by the Zap. I end up having the same task like 12 times. Quite bothering! I think the Zap sends all events of the Sheet whenever I make a change. I want the Zap to send only the new or modified task, not all of them! Anyone can help? Thanks! Vincent

Hi there, I’m struggling to connect Facebook to Zapier. The connection looks totally healthy on the Zapier side, but the data is not pulling through. On the Facebook, it allows me to connect to Zapier as CRM via the ‘instant forms’ section, the connection disappears when I navigate away from the page. I also also tried to connect via the Leads Access section of my business settings in Facebook and no CRM shows up when I try to find Zapier.Any suggestions? Thank you
Hey, I just started using Zapier, and I have a problem involving attachments posting on another discord Server. When Zapier webhook posts a message from another channel it gets tangled up and joined, so attachment url doesn’t work and it doesn’t show as intended. I need help with figuring that one out, thanks. Attachment webhook message, works when I post only one image to the 1st server, but with two or more images it ends up like that, linked together. My Zapier settings.
Hello Community!I must be overlooking something completely obvious here - but I have Zapier connected to Slack, and I’ve tested a tweet from Zap to my twitter account successfully, but when I turn the Zap ON, then try to push my Slack post to Twitter (that’s what it supposed to do, right?) I get an error. Slack checks out being connected to Zapier. The app is approved in my slack workspace and channel (I am the owner). What am I missing ?Thank you in advance for the help.Edit/Add… On the numerous times I’ve tried to push the Slack msg to twitter, I get the follow error sent to my email: [ Twitter: Required field "message" (message) is missing ]I thought the “Slack text” was the message ? ?Thanks again for any help with this.
Hello, Path rules do not seem to be working correctly. When attempting to edit and define rules in paths, a single input field shows up, as opposed to the several fields that generally show up in which rules can be defined. Inputting variables in the input field leads to an error when attempting to continue or enable the Zap. See the screenshot. When trying to continue, this error occurs. Moreover, when exiting to the main menu and attempting to enable the Zap, the follow error occurs.
I’ve set up an automation from a Google Drive folder to send a new added mp3 file to Descript and from Descript to ChatGPT for analysis. In two separate automations. The first is: New File in GDrive → Descript for transcribingThe second is: New Transcription in Descript Ready → ChatGPT The automation works fine 70% of the time but the remaining 30% Descript just returns nothing. It says succeeded: false. I check inside Descript and it never transcribed the files either, so they’re not reaching Descript. But the weird part is that the second zap is triggered by a transcript being ready. So something is definitely weird. They’re reaching Descript, it’s transcribing it but there’s no trace of it and the data in is in empty.I test multiple files at once because that’s what I need so I don’t know if I’m overloading it but I even added a delay and that hasn’t fixed it. I am trying to add products to product ecommerce collection but appears this error when I try to do it:"The app returned "User is not authorized to perform this action: Cannot complete operation for the ecommerce collection [Products] with this endpoint.". Anyone knows how to solve it?

Hi I am trying to create a zap to update the order status in Woocommerce. I am having trouble trying to get things to work. I am not sure if I have to ‘find’ the order first and then update or if I can just ‘update’ it.To start things off to get comfortable with things I am playing around with trying to create an action to find an order but it is not working. When I create the action I get the following screen below and I am not sure what to put in. Lets say I wan’t to find order 8700, what do I enter in the “Search item data” box? I tried id:8700 but I get an error “Failed to find an order in WooCommerce"Forbidden" response received. HTTP status: "403" on https:….”In the end my trigger may be as simple as sending an email to Zapier with the order id number

I’m on a Samsung S22 Ultra.Following the guides here on Zapier it says I need to go to the Zapier page within Google Asisstant and “Link” the app. I see the same page pictured on these guides but without the Link option. Because of these I’m unable to utilize my voice or text on my phone or Google Home devices for it to “start zapier” “talk with zapier” or “speak with zapier”. I go to this page Zapier and of course I don’t see the link option on my desktop, but I would have imagined on my phone. Naturally, I hit Try It, but I get. “OK. First, here are some details about hwo Google shares info with other services.” and then nothing.
Hello community,I have just set up an invoice Mail with the sole purpose for our suppliers to send their invoices there.I am trying to set up a zap, that automatically uploads the attached files in the microsoft outlook account.So far, so good.When I test the zap, I receive the error message “Access denied”. I tested the connection to Outlook and lexoffice, both seem fine. I have no idea, where the error could be.Thank you for your time and help!
I am attempting to connect AirTable with Azure, using Zapier.While setting up my Zapier integration with Azure, I am receiving the following error when trying to build a new Zap:“Unable to load choicesWe're having trouble loading 'Area Path' data. Required field "Project" (project) is missing.”Area paths represent directories where work is stored in Azure.Without the ability to load and select area paths from Azure, I cannot create the connections I need to set up Create/Update work triggers from Azure to Zapier. How can I get Zapier to load my Azure area paths so that I can complete my integration? Thanks!
