This type of error happens if you’re trying to add data to Zoho that already exists (eg adding a contact that’s already in the CRM).
In this case, you can use the Create/Update Module entry action, which will either create or update a new entry depending on the existing data so that the existing module entry can be updated instead of trying to create a duplicate.
