I’m having a problem with a connection between Facebook Lead Ads > Zoho CRM. The Zap was working correctly, but now I’m getting the error message below:
Does anybody know how can I fix that?

This type of error happens if you’re trying to add data to Zoho that already exists (eg adding a contact that’s already in the CRM).
In this case, you can use the Create/Update Module entry action, which will either create or update a new entry depending on the existing data so that the existing module entry can be updated instead of trying to create a duplicate.
