Hi,
I saw that you now support shared mailboxes, but despite reading your guide on how to do this, I’m unable to see my shared mailboxes (and there are several I have read and write access to). Can you please provide more information like screenshots on how to properly connect with and utilize a shared mailbox in Microsoft Office 365?
Here’s what I’m trying to do:
- I have a shared mailbox that’s called spam@mydomain.com. All spam messages received in my domain automatically go to this shared mailbox.
- When a message is received in this shared mailbox, I want to use Zapier to auto-send a reply to it if the address is not “noreply”, etc that says the message has been identified as spam, and to please unsubscribe our domain from marketing emails in the future.
