Slack bot icon defaulting to Zapier on iOS

Slack bot icon is shown correctly on Slack desktop app but is defaulting to zapier’s orange icon on IOS. Bot name is correct though

Slack bot profile photo not working

I have created automatic link sharing for a new post on our website to be shared in a slack channel. I have set up 14 of these and they have all worked perfectly apart from one set up which refuses to have the Bot icon changed to our logo. I have gone through the slack permissions, changed the hosting of the logo, deleted and remade the Zap and nothing seems to be working. I haven’t got any files sharing so that shouldn’t be having an effect. I have attached the settings I have for the Zap action in case there is something glaringly wrong there but it is set up the same way all my other working Zaps have been.

Hi have created a zap which uses instant type of trigger to fetch event data.In the zap history I am getting empty data and the error is null (Text) Exactly matches {{434343__variable_name}}. The data from zapier events is not getting populated correctly. Let me know how can this be done.

GivingFire Zap to Keap isn't triggering, even though tests are passing

Zapier tests are running fine, zap is enabled, no error messages. Everything looks great from the Zapier side, but zap never triggers and test run does not show under Zap Runs. Anyone ever make a successful connection from GivingFire > Create Contact/Tag in Keap?

Zapier Manager / Halted Error not triggering when published with null folder and zap

We are using zapier manager for our error management however if you create a new trigger for Halted Zaps and leave the folder and zap set to null when I run the test trigger I get the correct halted zaps that should trigger this error zap.However when published it is not triggering on any halted zaps at all. If I look in the history it is not firing even though in the zap history I can see the halted zaps and they are being picked up in the test trigger.

My Zap only updates specific rows when updating multiple rows in Notion from Smartsheet.

I have a Smartsheet which contains financial data and when these figures are updated, I’d like the change to be also updated in certain cells within a Notion database. I currently have a draft Zap triggered by ‘Updated row in Smartsheet’, then it’s Action is to ‘Find Database Item in Notion’ and then ‘Update Database Item in Notion’. I’m finding that it only updates the Notion cells related to the example Name and Values I include in the ‘Find’ step. It doesn’t update all or any other rows which might have changed. The original Smartsheet has hundreds of rows so I can’t add a specific ‘Find’ action for all of them!Is there an easier way to do this and what am I doing wrong?(BTW, I did originally try without the ‘Find’ step, but it doesn’t seem to work).

I’m trying to set up Active Campaign integration with Facebook and I keep getting this error message in the 2nd step:Invalid Lead ID: One or more of your Lead IDs are invalid or have been deleted. Your entire batch of events can be rejected if there are one or more invalid Lead IDs. The Lead ID is a unique 15-16 digit number generated by Meta. I’ve used the ID from the events manager and I don’t know what else to do

Zap doesn't work when published: Unable to find Freshservice ID in Slack search

I have a Zap whose trigger checks a changed value in Freshservice ticket system, then passes the “ID” field from Freshservice, and searches for it in Slack. This works fine going through each step and testing the steps in Zapier, but when it’s left to it’s own devices published, it doesn’t work. Any tips on what I could troubleshoot i’d be grateful for. The bit it’s failing on is searching slack for the Freshservice ID string.

Monday.com to Excel Zap only adds first column data in new rows.

Hello AllI need help solving a problem with an automation.The automation is supposed to add a new row to an Excel sheet every time a new item is created or updated in Monday.com. I've mapped the columns from Monday.com to the corresponding columns in Excel (using the column IDs).During the test, the row is correctly created in Excel with all the information in the right place, but when I add a new user on monday, only the first column corresponding to the item name (pulse name ?!) is added on excel, without the data from the other columns.I've tried troubleshooting the problem by checking the Zap, verifying the column mappings, and checking the data in Monday.com, but without success.If anyone has encountered this problem before or has suggestions on what I could try next, I would be very grateful for your help.Thank you in advance for your time and assistance.

Getting this error when I try to connect the two, but everything is active, updated and to be expected. It just keeps failing to connect.authentication failed: We ran into an error and were unable to complete the request. This kind of error is usually cause by a malformed Base URL, but could have other causes. Please provide this error message to Support if you wish to escalate: AppError: {"message":"Zapier Add-On is not Updated or Installed. Name field is not populating from jotform to Zapier

I have a zap that sends an automatic text message (through click send) when someone fills out information on a form (in jotform). The tests I perform on zapper are pulling in the name field, but the actual zap is not. It keeps leaving the name field blank. I have tried everything and cannot figure out what's wrong. I have another zap that pulls in the name field just fine.

Greenhouse to Zapier Workflow Issue: Slack Notifications for Internal Job Openings

I'm currently experiencing an issue with an automation workflow between Greenhouse and Zapier. The workflow is designed to create a Slack notification whenever there's a new internal job opening in Greenhouse. Communication with the client is not transferred to Pipedrive

Greetings. We need to implement the script:When creating a chat in HelpCrunch, check if there is a client (contact) in Piperdrive. If the client is not found, create a client, then create and attach a deal to it (THIS IS IMPLEMENTED).1. But there is no chat itself (correspondence with the client).2. I am trying to set up a ‘zap’ which would send form submissions using a Klaviyo form through to Pipedrive as a lead. Google Sheets to Google Calendar: Google Calendar creates an event with the wrong date/time.

HI I have events in Monday.com with dates. These are created by a spreadsheet which with a zap puts the events into Monday.com with a date for the event to take place.That Zap then sets up all items that need to be done for the event planned into Monday.com However I am trying to add a step in the zap where it also adds the event to google calendar.I have this working and have checked timezones etc.It sends the event into Monday.com however and is using the date in the spread sheet in google sheet.the time in the sheet is 00:00:00SO I select the date from google sheet in zapier and then have tried +9h so that it starts at 9am and +17h for end time so finishes at 5PMNo matter how I formatt it is starts the event at 3pm until 11pm (which I guess is the correct duration at 8 hours but I want 9 until 5pm What am I doing wrong please help

Error turning Zap on: Your CallRail account connection is stale

I have cail rail connected as a trigger and it pushes data to Pipedrive CRM. However Cail Rail connection is expired, as soon as we reconect it breaks again. I heard thier is a bug going on if so, then when will it be fixed as this is urgent. Also side note thier is other cail rail automations that were setup a while back and those are working fine, but the new ones connection itself is not working. When I try to turn it on it says this: Error turning Zap on: Your CallRail account connection is stale

No pictures in LinkedIn posts

Hi, I would like to share an RSS-Feed to my LinkedIn. I seems like this is a standard use case: https://zapier.com/apps/rss/integrations/linkedin However, when I try this I only get the link in my LinkedIn post - no pictures. When I copy the link and post it manually on LinkedIn it loads a picture. How can I get the pictures via Zapier, too? (see screenshots) Thank you!

Failed to create an item in Webflow The app returned "ValidationError: Provided ID is invalid".

I’m trying to update live items from Outlook Calendar to Webflow CMS. My create new event is working just fine but my update live items returns this error Failed to create an item in WebflowThe app returned "ValidationError: Provided ID is invalid". I’m guessing I’m not putting the right information into the required item field but I have no idea what that is supposed to be. Creating new live event Zap did not require the “item” field.

I have had success with this same thing using Gravity forms but need to switch to Jotforms and of the same thing. all my steps are working except for the upload file to google drive from the jotform form. I'm missing the customer name & email from the sample data with WooCommerce's Booking trigger.

Hi, I’m trying to build a zap from WooCommerce Bookings to Zoom however in the test data it appears that it doesn’t pick up the customer first or last name nor their email. How can I get these fields added to the data pulled so it can then go across to the Zoom registration?Thanks
