Moving Excel Data Around
I have a JotForm delivering data into an excel sheet. The excel sheet has multiple sets of columns that represent different products. For example Column A-F are contact info, Column G-K are product 1, Column L-P are product 2 etc. I want to update a sheet to have 2 row, each with data from A-F and then G-K and a different row A-F and L-P. Any suggestions?
Personalised email reply and custom zap according to selected Typeform fields
Hi,I have two things I am struggling to configure and would be grateful for any advice.I have set up a zap so that when I get a new Typeform entry it sends a new email via Gmail.The first issue is I’ve hit upon is figuring out which field in the zap allows me to include the first name of the respondent, so that the sent email is personalised. I’ve included a screenshot of the zap fields for reference.And secondly, if it’s at all possible for a custom email to be sent based on certain entries selected in the Typeform.Also included is a screenshot of the Typeform question to illustrate how responsents can select which event date(s) they are interested in. The ideal would be to send an automated custom email based on the event(s) selected in Typeform. Is that at all possible?Thanks so muchAlice
Batching data export in one zap
Hi There, I want to send a batch of orders three times a day from shopify to my sequel program. How can i set up a zap which lets me send through a batch of new orders at different intervals throughout the day, and not repeatedly send through the same orders from ealier? I’d really appreciate any help with this. Thanks in advance :)

I have a membership with three different payment options for joining (monthly, annually, and forever access). Someone from AC helped me create a zap so that new buyers will be automatically added to AC after purchasing, but I’m unclear about whether or not I need a zap for each tier of the offer or if this one zap can distinguish between various purchases and tag people in AC accordingly?I also want the new customers purchase value to be tracked in AC and for them to be added to a welcome series automation. Do I need a different zap for each of the three tiers or should one zap do it?
Help a newbie format a date and time in a spreadshet?
Hello everyone, I’m new to Zapier and I’m a bit overwhelmed! I have a zap set up that when a lead is submitted via a Lead Form on Facebook it drops in name, email, phone to a google sheet. I also have it drop in the timestamp info. My question is how can I format that date and time? I see there is a “Formater by zapier” but I’m confused as to how to target the date in the spreadsheet with that app. Any help is very much appreciated!
Change email address associated with Zapier Community
Hey, Zapier! I’d love to change the email address associated with the Zapier Community so I get topic updates to my new email address. I’ve updated my email for my actual Zapier account, but keep getting topic updates sent to my old email. I don’t see an option in Settings/Profile Settings to update this. Can y’all let me know how I might change that?
Question importing Email into Google Sheet
I am looking for a way to import Orders from a Shop (without zapier integration) into a Google Sheet. I managed to import the email to the google sheet but all informations are in one field in the google sheet. I would like to fill every line of the email into one field of the google sheet. Is this possible? Can you link me to any guides/tutorials?

I want to copy a link address from a webpage and convert the format to Markdown so that I can paste the formatted link somewhere else. For example convert https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hyperlink to [Hyperlink](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hyperlink) SImple idea, but I’m not sure how of if this is possible with Zapier. Any suggestions?
Which App enables Amazon fees to be exported to Wave accounting or Freshbooks?
Hi there, Today I registered to Wave, a free cloud accounting system, and created a zap using the Amazon Seller central app in connecting to my Amazon account. I successfully exported my last sale, but it doesn’t seem to export any Amazon fullfilment or PPC fees. Do you know if there is a different App that is required to do so or if it doesn’t exist? Any other suggestions or alternatives are welcome. Thanks,
Finding and UPDATING, OR creating new, contacts in Wave
I’m putting together a zap that takes a new CRM contact (Zoho Forms into Streak CRM) and then updating information if it’s been found in Wave and Google Contacts. Presently (at least with Wave) I don’t see a way to CHANGE a contact’s information. It is possible to “search for” a contact, but if it exists I have to create a whole other workflow to update it. See, if it DOESN’T exist, I have the checkbox to “create one” but there’s no such checkbox to “update if exists”. You would think that Paths could solve this problem, but there’s no way to validate whether or not the search was successful, as far as I can tell, so there’s no way to tell Zapier what to do next depending on the outcome. How can I search for and then either update or create new in one zap? Thoughts?
Trying to toggle a checkbox on table when a new record is added in another table in the same base
I have a tank table and a tank ticket table. The ticket table has a relationship setup that way users can pick which tank a ticket belongs to. When the ticket record is created I would like to set a flag on the tank table to show a ticket has been opened. Every time I do this the zap will work in testing but only for the row that I do it for. The zap will also work for other new records when I manually process it. It seems as if the trigger only works on manual processing or trigger testing. I have tried two types of zaps (1) new record > (2) search for existing record from step one’s tank key > (3) update tank key ticket flag to 1 I also tried new record triggers update (skipping the search)
Automatically repost CMS blog posts from webflow accross social media platforms
Hello, I run a digital marketing agency. I build websites for my clients using webflow. My clients wants to automatically repost the blog on webflow posts across their social media pages such as Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter, and Instagram. The idea is, once the blog post is uploaded on the CMS, the data gets pulled and automatically uploaded on the social media pages mentioned above. Is this something I can do currently with zappier?

I send facebook ad leads to a client by email but he doesn't received them. I see a message in my inbox that an error occurred so it’s seem like the problem is with the email adress. What should I do?
Email parser by Zapier - how are templates applied?
Our CMS generates an email whenever a new article is created, and I’m trying to build a Zap so that the emails can be forwarded and used to create records in an Airtable. The emails are fairly regular but the data is not fielded. One thing I need to do is to be able to parse out the ID number from https://domain.com/drafts/143408/invitations/46de17dbb8dc5de0/accept but the parser gets confused by other URLs in the email that include the domain name. I’m struggling to understand the logic that the templates use to determine what is parsed out. Are additional templates applied first or last? What happens if more than one template matches? Can the same field be extracted by multiple templates? I have a bit of coding knowledge and could write a regex to specify exactly what I want, but as far as I can tell, there’s no way to use it.
Gmail new email trigger
I’m using a Gmail ‘new email’ trigger for my Zap. It works fine, but today I discovered that the zap had turned itself off for some unknown reason. When turned it back on, it continued to work, but there were some emails received during the period when the Zap was turned off that were not processed. I would expect the unprocessed emails to be queued and then processed when the Zap is restarted - is there a way to make that happen? If there is not, then is there a way to make sure the Zap does not turn itself off, or at least pings an alert of some kind of it does?
Easy webinar and flodesk
Hiya, I created a zap to trigger an email sequence in flodesk when someone registers for my webinar in easy webinar. The zap appears to be working but the email sequence doesn’t get triggered and no subscriber is added. I’m lost with why. I don’t know at what end the mistake is. Easy webinar? Flodesk or zapier? Does anyone have a similar experience?
