Hello there, about 10 months ago I connected my Zapier account to a Gravity form successfully and is is working fine too.Today I tried to do the same for a new integration but when I look at the Add On section in the Gravity form I have no option to paste in the Zapier webhook. See attached. I checked the Zapier Add On-in Gravity settings and its still installed. See attached ‘Zapier Add On’.I read online about the need to upgrade to the latest Add-on Im wondering if that is the issue? I have not upgraded the Add-on since installing it 10 months ago.
Hello All,I connected WPForms with Zapier, but it looks like information goes from WPForms to Zapier. Is there any way to do the reverse?We want to build headless WordPress, with React Front-End. In this case, we want users to submit form on the React Front-End, which will be connected with Zapier webhooks, so that Zapier sends these submissions to WPForms in Wordpress Backend. Is this possible? Structure:Person submits in React => React sends to Zapier => Zapier adds this submission to WPForms enquiry. Can you please give any ideas how to make this possible and help?
Hello Community!I have encountered a problem with my site using Google Sheets and Zapier.On my website, users can apply to projects, and my idea is that every time a project is created it would create a new google sheet spreadsheet, so far that works. But when I tried to send the application of the user to the specific project I cannot link it with the project. I have tried storing the value of the id of the spreadsheet in Zapier but when I call it it does not let me store the values into the columns that I want.Is there another possible way to achieve this?
We have a linkedin lead form integration running. We ask for consent on the form, which results a boolean value true or false. I want to ‘convert’ this into a string value that I can send over to our ActiveCampaign instance. It expects the value of this field to be “I Agree”, so a string.Can I set up this conversion in the Zap? This doesn’t seem to work, but I’m not sure if this is possible in the first place.I also looked into the conversions and functions but found nothing yet that worked. In the ZAP field mapping:
I am trying to create the workflow as follows; We schedule a customer in for a set amount of appointments. We need payments to occur a set amount of time before each individual session (1 day before). The paments occur on a pay as you go structure.We need this to occur automatically and update with the booking. i.e. if the session is postponed outside of the 24 hour window the payment is not processed. If the payment is not processed it needs to be flagged so we can manually follow up the client before the session occurs or better yet it is also flagged in Acuity so our employee knows not to run the session. Is there an integration that can run this workflow? Thank you for your help!
I had a Zap that was unknowingly turned off when I just launched a course, so several purchasers failed to get enrolled in the course.It’s on now and working but I need to know if I can make it enroll those recent purchasers that were missed somehow.Otherwise, it’s going to be a lot of manual enrollments.Thanks,Will

For some reason, it is not swapping the DD/MM from input in the output.Please check the screenshot, I have tried countless combinations but no luck. I’m using zap for jotform to salesforce. I created customer object and fields related to the jotform in salesforce. When I tried to relate the fields of jotform to salesforce using zapier the fields in salesforce are not getting reflected. I refreshed many times and also created new zaps from scratch still unable to view the fields.
Hello. I’ve been using Zapier no problem for a few months with Teachable enrolments being sent to my Convertkit mailing list automations. I have the teachable zap set for course enrolment and then it sends them to the correct Convertkit automation again. Now, I just made a new teachable course (Free trial actually) and I want that enrolment to be sent to a different email segment/automation that sends them an email asking if they liked the trial and a coupon code. BUT, when I’m setting up my zap, it has the choice of course enrollment but doesn’t ask you what course. So, I’m assuming it is just looking for ANY course enrolment which is a problem as the free trial students would get the email automation for people who signed up to the full paid course. This seems like something that exists, but I’m just not finding it. Thank you for the help. -Andrew
Hello dear community,I've been looking for a solution to a problem for a long time. Maybe you can help me here. The point is that we use Hubspot as a CRM. But we create our offers using an Excel file. Because that is where our calculations etc. included. In our earlier CRM we had a button which we pressed which then imported all the data into our Excel file via a macro. So a new Excel file was created and all information from the customer was inserted directly.Do you think it is possible to trigger something via any Zap? So copy this Excel file (can also be Google Sheets) and add all customer information.With which app could we solve this?We would appreciate any food for thought.
I’m trying to make an api integration between FB lead form to a CRM system that isn’t on Zapier using an api docs, one of the required parameters that needs to be sent is a uniqe IP address of each lead, FB doesn't disclose the IP of the leads so I cant pass this info from FB, I dont need the IP to be the real ip of the leads, I just need it to be uniqe for each lead and from the same country (for example - Canadian lead - Canadian IP address), is there any way I can make this happen? maybe some generator or something?
So I am trying to update a users email in active campaign with the ActiveCampaign Create/Update. I am first looking up the AC contact based on the users previous email getting the AC contact id and passing it to the next step. Though it continues to create a new contact when I map the new email address. Is is possible to just update the contacts email address?
The challenge : Using a core email structure in an avatar nurturing. The target : Improve the management of the automation by having only one zap to modify if I change my email policy (example: changing sender A to sender B). My plan : To do that, I try to provide HTML code as parameter to a sub-zap as follow: zap1: <How to store html code?> → call sub-zap (zap2) with parameter:html codezap2: send email with gmail:body <parameter:html code from zap1> Do you know How to store html code with zapier ? So far, my belief is that I need to play with code with zapier.
Has anyone been able to import new eBay orders to WordPress? I want new eBay orders to be created in WordPress but i dont see a way to link products. Wordpress wants the product ID however ebay doesn't output any field you might could use for the ID other than SKU which needs to be used for sku.
Hi Community! I have seen some other Zapier users post this question but I am unable to piece together a solution for my use case. I am hoping someone can take a look at my Zap and identify what I am doing incorrectly. What I am trying to do: is set up a trigger in gmail to (new attachment) and an action in Amazon S3 (upload the file, which in this case is a CSV.This workflow seems to work but when I test it my file in S3 is a txt file, and not a csv. Below is a screenshot of S3. I need the TYPE to equal CSV.This is my trigger, which generated a successful test Here is my Action (which is generating a succseful test, but not giving me the right file in S3. Again, I am trying to generate the CSV from my original email. Can someone please help? THANK YOU!!

I am 90% sure that we’re going to go with Realvolve as our CRM/TMS software, but before we officially sign a contract with them I wanted to figure out if a couple of automatic tasks could be set up through Zapier to maximize the automation/efficiency of the TMS part of Realvolve when it comes to digital real estate documents being completed on one site triggering particular actions within Realvolve. It looks like Zapier works with all of the most popular document e-signing sites/apps: ZipForms Plus (which my brokerage already has a free subscription to through our local Board of REALTORS), DotLoop, and DocuSign. Can anyone help? My zap: Each time a new Google Sheet row is added, send a DocuSign envelope with data from the google sheet row Issue: Some of the fields from the Google Sheet are not passing/showing up in my DocuSign template. In this case, the missing fields are supposed to be used to calculate formulas in DocuSign. I think the issue has to do with the fact that, in DocuSign, any fields used for calculations must be “validated’ as either Numbers or Dates. So i have numbers in my google sheet, and as far as i can tell they are the exact format that DocuSign wants. But for some reason they are not showing up in docusign no matter how i change the formatting settings. Can anyone help?
Hello, I'm looking for solution recommendations. Currently I'm using Zapier with Airtable, Gmail, and webhooks. In short, I'd like to automate an interaction with customers through email.Specifically I'd like to support the Airtable base collaborators who are managing the outreach to several clients at a time. They would select a client to contact, and would trigger sending the email. What I'm looking for help with is the following steps: 1. send a "yes or no?" question to a single client2. get the response back into my base3. depending on the answer, automate further action.I've mocked up a simple solution using Zapier actions to send the email with a webhook to catch the response.The webhook's url is appended with html query parameters that are embedded into yes/no hyperlinks in the email body. The query params contain the triggering record's ID and the client's response.When the webhook catches the ping, the triggering record is found and the record updated with the response.
I have a numbered list in text, with the format1# blah blah blah2# yo yo yo3# do wa diddyand I need to get rid of the 1# 2# 3# etc. This list could be really long. Can anyone thing of an efficient way that doesnt loop a million tasks to replace everything with some sort of wildcard? Iike find all (*#) and replace with a blank?Thanks!
