How to use Filter by Zapier to distinguish between ClickUp task and subtask when action is being triggered
Hi! We have a trigger set up to where when a task in created in a certain folder, a project in Harvest is created as well. But now every subtask added to any task in that folder is also being created in Harvest which we do not want. I’ve tried playing around with the Filter by Zapier to filter the subtasks out but I can’t figure it out. Help!!
Hello Im trying to create a zap to send unsubcribed customer from IPost to ontraport so they can sync automatically, but I dont seem to find a way to connect an Ipost automation, to zapier im getting the following mesage from Ipost I already connected my Ipost account but I cant see automations over the triggers section and IPost wont let me activate the automation with the zap call any ideas on how to connect connect and see automations on Zapier?Thanks

Hello How can I set a reference code in a Bexio Invoice?When I manually create a new sales invoice in Bexio, I can set a reference code (the one with 27 numbers)I do have a reference code allready in the trigger google sheet, where I get all the details for the new sales invoice.But I don’t know, how to set up my zap, that it writes this reference code in the reference line (it’s in the text area right under the titel in Bexio)My goal is, that the bank transactions got matched automatically in Bexio.Any solutions or tips? I have a long running job that I want to put in the middle of a Zap. The flow calls the OpenAI api, which can take up to 2 minutes to respond. Is it possible to make that work with Zapier? I have a few possible solutions in mind, and I’d love some best-practice advice:Make an Action that creates the job followed by a loop with a 1 minute delay action and then an API action to check for results of the job. Make one zap that creates the job and stores any necessary carryover into an AirTable database, and a second zap that gets triggered by a webhook from the job server and pulls the necessary carryover from AirTable.The ideal solution would be a combination of 1 and 2: a single Zap that “pauses” until it receives a webhook, but I’m not sure that’s possible. What would you recommend?

The Google Form returns the times in the format "17:30:00" in the Google Sheets answer sheet. So, I need to format this time to "1730" with Zapier.If it is not possible to do it with "Formatter by Zapier", can it be done with Js (although it is not the desired option)?How can I do this?Thanks for your time :)
How do I send scheduled messages with information from Google Sheets to users connected via Slack Connect?
Hi there,I’m relatively new to Zapier and am setting up an integration between Google Sheets and Slack. I would like to be able to send messages in Slack with information from my Google Sheet on a scheduled basis.I’ve managed to set up the integration and can send scheduled messages with the correct info to users within my workspace, however my setup doesn’t seem to be working with users who I’ve connected to via Slack Connect (they don’t receive any messages). Does the Zapier integration work with Slack Connect and if it does, do you have any suggestions how I can implement this? Many thanks
I need to be able to remove a contact from a constant contact list.I am able to search and find said contact and add them to my `DO NOT USE` list, but they persist in the list I do use.If that’s not possible, I would like to at least be able to search for a contact and delete them.

I’m working on building out a ZAP that collects data from a Facebook form, and passes the information off to our CRM.The Facebook form provides the user with 6 options to pick from, and I’d like to process the data collected from this form with 6 paths.ExampleIf option 1 is selected, do XIf option 2 is selected, do YIf option 3 is selected, do Zetc…I seem to be able to complete this action using the “PATH” function of Zapier, but I’m finding that I’m limited to 5 Paths only.I want to preform a specific action, based on which option was selected, and I need 6 unique outlets.What are my options to work around this limitation.
I am trying to have a folder created in my google drive when a new contact us form is filled out which I was able to do but1. I'm not sure how to make it so that if there is already has a folder in google drive that it will create a new folder with the job name not a new folder with the customers name.2. Once the folder is created I need other folders created inside of the new folder ie. 1. Original, 2. Eproof 3. Production.3. Once the new folders are created if there are attachments in the form I would like for them to be uploaded to the 1. Original Folder.4. The other information in the form will then be placed in a text document and saved in the 1. Original folder and named "Order Information"

Hello everyone,I am connecting Hubspot with Facebook and when I have to set up action section for Facebook, specifically Sales info → Stage in sales process, I can only add 1 stage. However, the documentation says: “Make sure to send all stages as they are updated, including the initial raw lead stage. We will use Hubspot's Lifecycle Stage property to represent this.” But as you can see in the image below, I only have one which is the same to the results of testing trigger section (hubspot) Could you please provide a solution? How can I add more stages?
I have a Zap like in the screenshot, with a total of 5 Actions and one Path (this one having 2 steps and 2 Actions per Step).Is the Starter plan enough for it?Because when i publish it i get a message inviting me to do 7-day trial of Enterprise, but i guess Starter is enough.Thanks
I am attempting to get a request to join form on mighty networks to trigger a meeting appointment created in Google Meet for each person that submits a form on certain days and times of the week. The issue is that Zapier is requiring one day and time “Start Date & Time” and “End Date & Time” but this means that instead of having one person booked at 1pm, another at 2pm, and another at 3pm etc, it’s putting anyone who submits a form on the same time and day. How can I make an additional zap or modify this one so that it generates a unique meeting date and time for each trigger without overlapping? Open to changing to Zoom if that has more options.
Hi there. I’m trying to capture the checkbox items from the Calendly entry and populate the data on my monday board. I have the item set up and other question/answer text fields populating, but I can’t figure out how to add the checkbox data.
I am sending prompts to openai and gathering information and then dropping it into a word document. The first ‘drop’ created the doc and the formatting is clean. The second ‘drop’ after ai i prompted to generate the content uses ‘append text to document’ and all of its formatting is stripped out. Any idea how to keep the formatting? It turns it into one large paragraph of text.

Zapier can’t connect to one of my wordpress sites, hosted on wpengine. Works fine with several other sites.I have tried disabling a reactivating all relevant plugins, tried the legacy integration, tried creating a Zapier user account on the wordpress, whitelisted AWS IP ranges and a lot of other stuff.Im getting the error 500 critical error after the login prompt and never pops up anything about permissions.Can anyone relate or suggest something?

Hi. I have a YouCanBookMe (YCBM) form that I would like to turn into a Less Annoying CRM (LACRM) pipeline. I am able to create Zaps that take the information from the form and add it to my LACRM contacts. However, to connect to a pipeline, the pipeline has to be connected to a contact. I don’t want to connect to an existing contact, necessarily, but rather the contacts in the form. Ideally, I would like to do them as 3 separate events, because this is the only thing I am currently using Zapier for, so I would prefer not to start paying for features I can’t use at the moment. Any ideas would be appreciated!
