Click up to Google sheets no custom field data
Trigger: click up new task- Action: New row on google sheetsThis works fine but it doesn't pull through any of the custom fields, I can see the options but there is no data attached This is what I see on ZapierThis is what pulls through on sheets This doesn't happen for the Task Name which pulls through correctly ZapierGoogle sheets

I have tried multiple product ID options including:ID from product url ID below the product name Name of printful product i.e. Unisex Staple T-Shirt | Bella + Canvas 3001Nothing seems to work and every time I test the connection I get an error:Error from halted execution: Item 0: Product Id is invalid.
Zap triggers when it shouldn't
I manage a list of students and courses in Airtable and use Mailerlite for email marketing. I have two zaps connecting AT and ML:When a student joins a course, add them to the relevant ML group. When a student leaves a course, remove them from the relevant ML group.Each Zap watches its own “last modified” field, and each “last modified” field is watching its own linked field.The problem is that when a student joins, the ‘add to group’ zap fires - AND the ‘remove from group’ zap fires. I can’t for the life of me figure out why.I’ve checked and double checked the AT fields and that the Zap triggers are definitely connected to the right fields, and I’ve tried reconnected my Airtable to Zapier. Nothing.Any ideas out there?
Quoted printable encoding messing up HTML emails for Apple clients
I’m sending basic HTML emails using the gmail app. They work great, but recently for some clients using Apple devices, they report that the email comes to them completely blank. Upon inspecting those emails, I see the “=” in HTML code for images and links replaced with “3D”. A little web searching revealed that this is due to “quoted printable encoding”. When I look at the emails received from gmail clients, the same 3D’s are there, they are just interpreted properly as “=” and the html code is rendered properly.Is anyone else having this issue? In summary, some of my Apple-using clients are not getting properly rendered HTML emails.
Zapier x TikTok Issue
Hey! I am just trying to create a zap for some of our TikTok campaigns but I am seeing this error message: ‘We're having trouble loading 'Ad Account' data. Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'list')’ Is there a current issue with the Zapier connection to TikTok? Appreciate any help! :)
Cancel membership leads to canceling billing through S2Member
Thank you! I have one more question, if it’s okay to ask. I think I can have a customer pay through Stripe on Clickfunnels and then create a user in s2member, but I am not sure how to make it so that when they cancel their membership on my website, it will simultaneously cancel their billing in stripe. I use a Stripe S2 pro form on my website that allows them to cancel it all, but I believe that is different than the stripe integration on Clickfunnels. I apologize if this question isn't even clear enough to answer lol If there is a developer reading this who can solve my problem, please reach out! :-)

Is there a way to ZAP Amazon and Ebay customers and put them in MailChimpWe need this as we offer extended warranty’s and need a way to send this info to our customers. I am managing a clients Facebook business page. I am admin for that FB page. Create Locked Content - Wordpress
Hi guys, I’d like to have some of the pages on my WordPress website “locked”.My idea need is to have a popup to comes into the screen and asks users their email ( I was thinking about using WP Popup) . Once the email is sent, I’d like zapier to check if the email is on hubspot already and to check if the contact as a certain “property” which is the condition to have access or not. If the users has that certain property I’d like the popup to close and let the viewer see the content, if not I’d like the popup to tell so to the user and give them the possibility to click on a button that redirects to a chosen page. My first question is: is WP Popup the right solution? Will everything work? I’m asked to pay to try the integration with zapier and therefore know if its possible. My second question is: My contacs are in Hubspot, can you help me on how should I procede from there? MY third question is: any other way I could be doing this task? Edit non-import columns for new rows in Google Sheets
I have a zap running to parse out an emailed application into a new row in google sheets. I am trying to figure out the best practice for enabling manipulation of the information without messing up the process. Right now I have the data import to another sheet in the workbook and the team edits the additional columns which track status for each row. However this can lead to errors when a row changes in source or we want to archive information as those core functions of the rows are still attached to the import sheet. I want to be able to connect the manual to the imported data and keep it set as a row so things don’t get messed up.
How to trigger task on remote host
I would like to create a Zap that triggers a task on my host server when a paypal payment is made. Ideally, the Zap would send the payer’s name and email address to my local task, which would add this information to a local database. Any ideas on how to achieve this? Thanks!
Active Campaign / Goog Calendar synch
I’m experienced Zapier user, but can’t figure out why “Contact Task Added” trigger from Active Campaign wont send the actuall Task message to Goog Calendar. It does the first time, when I build the zap & run it thru, Test, Continue, etc….but next time zap runs...only the Title of the Task populates into Calendar, not the message. Realyt frustrated.
Create tag in Drip when order delivered (WooCommerce, ShipStation, Stripe, and QB integrated)
I am trying to add a tag to a customer in Drip once they receive their order. I am trying to automate a workflow that starts once the order is received by the customer and all I see in ShipStation is a Zap for order created, not fulfilled. I know ShipStation updates WooCommerce after delivery, but I can’t seem to get WooCommerce to send that info to Drip either. Any ideas?
Return information from SugarCRM 7+ search
Brand new to Zapier. Done some basic google sheet stuff - fine - now trying so talk with SugarCRM I would like to be able to search Sugar with a field from GoogleSheets. I would like to return the FALSE/TRUE value of that search in SugarCRM to update a cell in sheets. So - set up trigger fine in google sheets (new or updated row). SugaCRM 7+ action to find if email address exists in contact - test works. Question: How do I take the result of that find command (TRUE (email exists) FALSE (doesnt exist) and update the google sheet with it?
