How do I get all the data from Google Forms to a Google Sheet?
I need some help, currently developing my first application. Fairly tech savy, just finding a roadblock for what I am trying to do.overview the app is used for data collection… this form is essentially an alternative for google forms. The information recorded is for sales people when they make a sale to spiff them as well as keep them engaged. My form needs a couple itemsInvoice number (user input)I have 16 items (not all shown) that we sell and will spiff on I would like to either have a drop down that they click on each item they sold or a slider bar toggle. I need an input for the sale price on the right side. in different markets our product is priced differently.I set up a Zapier, I have a zap that works but does not work the way it really needs too.please see this photo. Need help with Snov.io and ActiveCampaign Integration.
I need help to execute this:Our team plans to run a cold email outreach to leads using Snov.io.Then once leads from Snov.io opens the emails, we want the leads who opened the emails to be transferred to an email list from ActiveCampaign.Basically, what we want to happen is that once leads from Snov.io opens the emails, they will automatically be segmented to a newsletter campaign from ActiveCampaign.Then we will nurture those leads through ActiveCampaign moving forward.Can you please help me with how to do this?
Facebook Pages don't show up Blog RSS feed to facebook post Zap
Hello everybody,I am new to Zapier and tried to set up a connection between the rss feed of a blog and facebook pages. The issue here: the drop down menu for pages in the set up is empty. There is no option to pick, even though my facebook account is conncted. I tried deleting and reconnecting it, but still doesn’t work. I’ve got collaborator (or editor?) access for the pages. Is that the problem? Do I need an admin access to set up this zap? Thank you!

Email multiple recipients listed on a OneDrive Excel Spreadsheet that match a category selected in a Fluent Form
I am not sure where to start with the explanation of what I am trying to achieve, well here goes.I am setting up a website which has an option to push requests to listed service providers requesting registration of interest (RIO) from service providers for their task or project.I am hoping Zapier can be setup to email multiple recipients based on a category listed in a shared OneDrive Excel spreadsheet by using the category selected in a Fluent Form to look up the corresponding email addresses.Can this be done by setting up a Zap that connects your Fluent Form to your OneDrive Excel spreadsheet, and then to your email service provider. The Zap I guess is to be configured to check the category selected in the Fluent Form and use that information to look up the corresponding email addresses in the OneDrive Excel spreadsheet, and then send an email to those addresses with details of the project ROI .Thank you for any assistance.
No data, creating new entry in Zoho
I am using an email address to search for an existing contact in Zoho CRM. The the data coming in from the trigger may or may not have an email. I would like to create a new contact if the email field has no data. I’ve tried true and false with creating a new contact and I keep getting a 400 error with missing data. I’m assuming it is missing data from the blank email, but telling it that it’s successful should move on to the create step, which it isn’t doing. Any ideas?
Outlaw and Smartsheets - Pull Contract into Smartsheets as an Attachment
Hi All! I’m having trouble getting Zapier to allow me to take a completed contract from Outlaw and add it as an attachment to a row in Smartsheets. I don’t seem to be seeing the proper populated field to use to get that to occur. If anyone has any solutions, I’d be appreciative. The document itself doesn’t necessarily have to be attached as long as people can directly get to it in Outlaw.
Filtering Tags from Active Campaign to go to Zoho
Hello,I’m just creating a zap that will pull data from Active Campaign and send to Zoho Analytics. Basically, once a university student fills out this form, they are added to the contact list for University Enquirers. From there I want to pull specific custom fields (see screenshot below) and add a new row to Zoho Analytics. The issue we are having is that there are no custom fields for university, instead a tag gets added depending on which form they filled out. We can’t make it a custom field as each university has their own form with their own colours and branding, so instead it becomes a tag. This tag gets added along with other tags so what I tried doing was using text formatter and the “Split Text” option. Which is working fine, however it appears with [Enquirer] QUT at the start and I just want it to appear with the university name, and without the [Enquirer] part. So, I used a second text formatter below the first one to replace [Enquirer] with nothing.When I test the zap it ap
Ignore the commas after parsing
Hi All,We have some multipicklist values with commas in it and they are separated using the semicolons sent as an email, but after parsing the data through the mailbox, the zap action which is to create leads in Salesforce is splitting the commas to picklists which is causing issues. If there are no commas in the input data then it is working as expected the picklist were created only using semicolons.is there any way of ignoring the commas? Example Input data before parserToys, Games & Novelty ; Baby ; Other ; The mail parser is picking up everything but,Current Output data1: Toys2: Games & Novelty ;3: Baby ; 4: Other ; The Expected output1: Toys, Games & Novelty ;2: Baby ; 3: Other ;Any help is much appreciated.Thanks

Hello Guys,When I try to connect outlook with Zapier I got a error saying that I need admin approval,As I am admin I inserted my admin credentials and prompt a message to consent all permissions (I did it)In azure AD (enterprise application) I already “Grant admin consent”After all that consents and grants when I try to connect with my “normal” account I still got that message saying I “need admin consent” To be honest I do not know what should I do moreAnyone Can help me? Paths for Duplicate Bookings - Updating Existing Rows instead of creating a new one
Hi, I am trying to create a zap between OnceHub and Google Sheets. I have a simple zap that pulls all booking data into the Google Sheet. What I’m trying to figure out is how can I modify this zap (or create a new one) to address duplicate bookings in succession or after a few days interval. For instance, if someone books once, realize they made a mistake with an entry and books again right after, my zap creates two rows. In this case, I’d like to add a condition that’ll update the existing row by looking up the email.Another instance is if someone books, cancels and then books again a week later. I want the existing booking row to update with the new booking information instead of creating a new row.I have this zap. It will updating rows for the above 2 instances. Problem is, it’s also creating a new row simultaneously. Please help.
How to Format/Transform data from Transfers, not Zaps
Hello,I am using the Transfer feature to automatically pull a table from Excel in to Google Sheets once a day, all of the dates are in UK Format, however it somehow gets formatted to USA format on the output to Google Sheets eg. 11/06/2022 becomes 06/11/2022.How do I fix this?I don’t see an option to use formatter with Transfers, is this only availlable with Zaps?I have set my Zapier account to UK Timezone and can’t find any options to transform data pulled from Transfers instead of Zaps.
How do I take an action in Podio when my trigger doesn't give me all required fields?
Im connecting FB ads Leads to the CRM PodioOn Step 2 of connecting to Podio under “Set Up Action” Ive got the customers name, number, email address as required field in my CRM but the rest of the information is not required. However, Zapier has customers name, number, email address + 2 more boxes (home address and number of bedrooms) with required field which shouldn’t be required. I cantt move on to the next step because of this.In the FB lead form I dont ask customers for their property address and number of bedrooms so how will Zapier get that information? Hi,I’ve just found out that there’s this error message into the Facebook Lead Ads connection.There’s no warning but once you open the zap to check, you find out that the connected facebook profile is “expired”I’ve seen thi issue in previous topics and wondering if it’s a bug and how to fix it in order to make the zap work smootly.Thanks

Gmail Zap step is showing 403 error
Hello, We have a Zap step where we send an email with some photos attached from our job management platform “ServiceM8” We are getting an intermittent problem whereby the email is failing with a 403 error code. Error: Failed to create an assignform in JotForm
I am trying to set up a Zap for when a Jotform (trigger) is completed an Jotform to complete is then sent to a persons email (action). I am receiving an error stating "Failed to create an assign form in Jotform. The app returned "Please re-connect to your Jotform account".My Jotform is linked in the trigger (green check mark showing successful) and it has even pulled over a test submission. When I recheck all my fields everything is set up correctly. I am unsure why am receiving this error. Pics provided.
How to set my account timezone back to UTC
Hello,Since this morning I've noticed something weird happening to dates fields on my automations. I have several integrations from pipefy to google sheets that uses dates fields. It was working as expected until last afternoon, but today the dates begun to change, and I found out that this happened because I've setted my account timezone to GMT -3.Before I've changed the timezone, the integration was ok, but when I changed it to GMT -3 (wich is my timezone and the same I use on pipefy) some dates are coming out wrong on the sheets document. They are coming 3 hours less than they should. So, the fields from pipefy that doesn't have Time with the date, are coming to sheets with one day less.Looking the history of the Zap, I found out that the fields that come from pipefy with date and time set, comes with the correct time zone (GMT -3), but the fields that comes from pipefy without time, Zapier set it to 00:00 and to GMT+0, than when it goes to the google sheets, Zapier reset it to GMT
Freshsuite field to be updated when the linked business is updated in Google Sheets
Hi,I have a database on Google Sheets that is updated every day for to customer payments, and would need when the "Payment Status" is updated in the Google Sheets lines, Zapier would send this information to Freshsuite and update the already created field with the new information: PAID. This way my automation of billing to customers would end, as we received payment from them.As I can read the "Payment Status" column in Google Sheets, and when identifying that Customer X made the payment, Zapier updates the Field in Freshsuite.Someone help me? I've tested numerous hypotheses and failed. :( Prints: Example of Google Sheets database. Column H will be updated every day with the Payment Status of each customer (identified in column A), installment (column B). How can I get my Zap to read the ISBN/SKU from Payhip orders and sent to Bookvault?
Has anyone here used Zapier with Payhip? I’m selling some print books on Payhip. When someone purchases a book, Zapier is supposed to take the item’s ISBN/SKU from the Payhip order and send it to Bookvault, because Bookvault uses the ISBN to determine which book to print. However, the Zap keeps running an error because it doesn’t retrieve the ISBN. When I look at the ‘Data Out’ section that is coming from Payhip, the ISBN/SKU is clearly there. But the ‘Data In’ section doesn’t have it.When I initially set up the Zap, it wouldn’t let me select SKU or ISBN in the dropdown box. I typed to search for that option, but those fields never came up. I made several test orders in Payhip, but Zapier is not pulling the SKU/ISBN field at all. How can I get Zapier to read all of the fields that are coming from Payhip?
Creating an Email with Dynamic Content
We want to funnel all of our leads to one sub-zap where we would notify the appropriate sales rep. Depending on where the lead came from, the email should have dynamic content. I know that in Mailchimp, you can do dynamic content, but I’m looking to use Gmail to send the email. I only want certain fields referenced in the email if they are not null and relate to the applicable Lead Source. I saw in a different post that someone thought this could be done via Code by Zapier.
