Facebook Leads to Google sheet

Hi everyone! probably not that difficult!

How do I receive/setup the blank data from facebook leads? such as Ad name and Campaign name? I run several lead ads and need to know from what ad the lead is coming from.

 

In the test I only see the information below.

You see it by the ID if you are going to your business manager under the titel of the ad there is the ID.

Thanks for you reply, but I want the client to see in google sheet from which ad/campaign the lead is coming from.

@DanielDolce yes it is doable. You need to match the ID with the Ad titel. It is a one time ✋ task. 

@steph.n maybe you can check back on the Facebook app and see if you can add the titel (ad_name) seems like the webhook (which is behind the lead ads) is not reading it.
