Zap with Google Sheet + Time
Hi,I have a ZAP that moves data from Google Sheets (based on an Instant New Row added trigger) to another application (SlickText). How can I incorporate a time trigger to this? Essentially, I want the data from Google sheets to be moved to Slicktext at 5 PM every day? I can set the trigger to be a time, but can’t figure out how to get the data from Google sheets if I make it a time trigger. Thanks!
Zapier Paths Performing Only One of the Two Actions
Hi Everyone! I have some conditional actions that should be working like this: Lead fills out a form and gets added to our Google Sheet A Google Sheet “Lookup” of the phone number is performed to see if the lead has previously contacted us before If they have not contacted us before they get an initial welcome text (new lead text) If they have contacted us before, they get a follow up text about the new thing they’ve inquired about (existing customer text) SEE BELOW WHAT’S ACTUALLY HAPPENINGEveryone is getting the “existing customer” message and I’m not sure why. I’m wondering if I’ve accidentally created a loop of some kind.Anyone know how I can fix this?I wonder if it has anything to do with what I have selected below:
Google Contacts -> Axonaut : Synchronize contacts
Hi,I’m testing Zapier to see if it could help my company.I need to synchronize my Google Contacts with my Axonaut Employees.The desired process is :I create or update a Google Contact My Zap gets the Contact’s data (email, firstname, lastname) My Zap looks into my Axonaut Employees if the email already exists a) If the email exists, my Zap updates the Employee with the data from step 2 b) If the email doesn’t exists, my Zap creates a new Employee with the data from step 2 I almost made it in this Zap : https://zapier.com/shared/209aa7e27654725bee33aed7c433c7c7cc2d3d83The problem is that instead of updating an employee that already has the provided email, it creates a new one, with the same email and the updated first/lastname.I would have hoped that the Zap Action “Search Employee in Axonaut” that provide the option to “Create Axonaut Employee if it doesn’t exist yet” (that I’m using) would also provide the option to update Axonaut Employee if it exists. How to achieve this, am I miss
This is probably a niche question. I currently have a zap that connects to slack and monitors for mentions, then notifies my tidbyt. This works great, however the message persists for far too long on my tidbyt. I don’t see any settings for the last mention to timeout in the Zapier client on tidbyt. Other Tidbyt applications will timeout, or let the notification expire after x amount of time.
Linking accounts in two systems without using name or domain
Hello Community- I’m looking for some guidance. I have a customer that is connecting their CRM to QBO. The issue is that the name of the account in their CRM is often different than the name in QBO. For example in CRM it would be XYZ Company- R&D Division and in QBO it would be XYZ Company. Typically the name in QBO is the formal name for billing. They also have several entries for the same company which will not allow me to link accounts based on their domain. For existing accounts I could use a lookup table for CRM Account number and QBO Account number but that is going to use a lot of zaps. Also how would link new customers and how would that table get updated? It seems like this would be a common issue so there must a gracdfule way to do this. What is the best way for me to link accouts without using account names or domains? Thank you!
How to Get Support on behalf of a client?
What is best way for us as Experts to get support on behalf of our clients using Zapier?I have a client who needs to request an increase in a code action that is hitting the 10 second limitation. I didn't realize the code blocks have 10 second limitations. I assumed they were 30 seconds like all the other connectors.What would best way for me to help them get a request into Zapier support that would actually turn out in getting that request granted? Should I submit it on their behalf? Or submit it from their account?
i cant get zendesk to work with air-table triggers.
i have airtable running and am pretty scrpted in how it works its zaped together with zendesk so i can embed the form you can create on airtable to make a record. Yet, if i test run it works fine transfering the new record to zendesk, but if i fill out the form nothing… it dosen’t send anything to zendesk its like its not triggering.
Setting up Integration with OAuth on different account
I need to set up an account (an integration with Harvest) in Zapier on a 2nd account that I have in Harvest.However - Zapier connects me thru OAuth automatically and sets my email & password and I have no option of chosing my 2nd Harvest account that uses a different email.Possible?
WPForms Trigger to Create Customer in Square action
Anyone have any experience with linking WPForm in to Square to create a new customer? Also looking to hire someone to come up with a whole new “user experience” to auto-calculate the cost of the service for them. Transferring more information from WooCommerce to Learndash using Zapier to enroll student
Hello, I am new to Zapier.The question is using ZAP to transfer student data between 2 separate online schools. Desired student data is contained within woocommerce on site 1 and zap is to push that data to LearnDash on site 2 and enroll student in a specific LearnDash course.My ZAP works but only allows me to transfer name. The test file has more fields from woocommerce but I cannot figure out how to map those wanted fields to the LearnDash enrollment action.Is this possible and can you help guide me as I learn more about Zapier?Thank you
Google Sheets information not showing in Jira Service Desk
I am brand new to ZapierI am trying to open a Jira Servuce Desk ticket from the data in Google Sheets.The basic process works fine; I enter a new roll in sheets and 15 seconds later I have a new open support ticket in Jira with the correct subject. However, no data from any of the columns is in the ticket.When importing from a spreadsheet to Jira, where should all the data be populated?Do I need to choose which fields will be imported into Jira? and if so, how do I do that? I don’t see any option select columns.I was assuming into the comments filed but this is not the case. Thanks
Sync account information from Asana project to Google Contacts
Currently we use zapier to sync our customer’s information found in the Account Information project to my google account.Somehow the automation is broken. Can any one help with this issue?Then next we can try to look into syncing up QBO and Asana
