Question

Create bulk Calendly meetings from google sheet

I have a list of students who register for an event in another platform.

Without manually entering their information into a calendly event I would like to bulk add those registrants from a google sheet to the calendly process

Is there a zap for that?

Hi @VisionFusion

I created the video Troy linked to above.

In your case, it should be even easier. You just need to create a zap that triggers on a new Google Sheet row and adds someone in Calendly. Then you can just copy + paste you registrant details into that sheet.

It’s basically the process I outline in this article: https://www.luhhu.com/blog/can-zapier-sync-my-historical-data

Hi @VisionFusion

Were you able to get this squared away based on the previous suggestions?

Please let us know, thanks.
