Flic & Zapier - Accounts are connected but nothing works

Hey!


I have a flic hub and a couple of buttons. Everything works well on the flic side.

When connecting the two accounts together everything seems to work fine until i try to send a test by physically pressing the flic button or pressing it through the app.
Zapier detects nothing.
I’ve tried multiple flic buttons, tried the flic with other apps and everythings works aside from Zapier.
When i go to apps and “test the connection” to flic everything seems to work.

Wondering if anyone here has had this problem?

Hey. Thank you for the reply.

 

The problem was that the flic click type under set up trigger was set as “any” but had to be a specific “click”.
Now it works fine. Thank you.

 

I’m using the click button as a satisfation survey in a small hotel. 
The flic action is connected to a simple google sheet and then using data studio to review satisfaction trends.

Hi @DSmarason 

What is the workflow (Zap) you have set up in Zapier? When a Flic is pressed what should be happening? 

Flic has 1 trigger in Zapier https://zapier.com/apps/flic/integrations to fire when a flic is pressed so it needs to be connected to another app and your Zap needs to be on for anything to happen.
