Please help with the solution of such a problem

When you create a new contact in Amocrm (previously registered) and indicate in it the NAME and WORKING E-MAIL, a letter with the following content should be sent to the created mail in Gmail:

Sender: Box registered in the first step

Subject: New contact + (transfer to the subject of the contact's email from AMOcrm), for example: New contact test@test.com

Text of the letter: A new contact has been created. His name: + (transfer the name from AMOcrm), his email: + (transfer the email from AMOcrm)

I made a trigger like this

  and the action like this

but it doesn't work, what am I doing wrong?

Or should this system work with Google Sheets?

Hi @Cross, could you specify what exactly is not working? Do you have a print screen of the error you are getting?

Hi, @mzsadiek

I need to do integration in AMOcrm - Zapier - Gmail

When you create a new contact in Amocrm (previously registered) and indicate in it the NAME and WORKING E-MAIL, a letter with the following content should be sent to the created mail in Gmail:

Sender: Box registered in the first step

Subject: New contact + (transfer to the subject of the contact's email from AMOcrm), for example: New contact test@test.com

Text of the letter: A new contact has been created. His name: + (transfer the name from AMOcrm), his email: + (transfer the email from AMOcrm)

But when I did the integration as indicated on the screenshots and create a contact in CRM, I get this result on Gmail

contacts and mail are not fixed in the letter

Hi @Cross

Please post screenshots with how your Gmail Zap action step is configured with the variables mapped from the trigger step, thanks.

You mean it?

@Cross

This should be an email address

The dummy data from the Zap trigger is “Contact name” (in gray).

Try changing the trigger test data: https://zapier.com/help/create/basics/change-the-test-data-in-your-zap-trigger

@Cross

The Zap trigger is returning a dummy data record to be used to configure the Zap.

Try turning the Zap ON and testing live.

Then check your Zap Runs history details for the DATA IN/OUT for each step: https://zapier.com/app/history/

@Cross

Zaps only work when turned ON for new data going forward.

Did you perform the event that would trigger the Zap? (amoCRM Create Contact)

Probably best to open a ticket with Zapier Support for further assistance: https://zapier.com/app/get-help
