Add file to digital download product

I am trying to figure out a way to get Zapier to add a file to a Shopify product as they are created (by zapier) using digital downloads Shopify app. Is this possible?

Hello! Can you give us a little bit of information about the Digital Downloads shopify app and how it works? It may be that this Shopify app is not supported by the Shopify API.
