Facebook Conversions Error: Event Timestamp Too Old
Anyone have an idea of how to fix this error message? Trying to zap to Facebook Conversions for purchases. Event Timestamp Too Old: The timestamp for this event is too far in the past. Events need to be sent from your server within 7 days of when they occurred. Enter a timestamp that has occurred within the last 7 days.
Send Email with Outlook with more than one attachement
One of my zaps will require sending an email from outlook with two PDF attachements, at the moment if there is more than one attachment they are being sent as a zip file (although each attachment is less than 1mb). Is there a way to mandate that the attachments be sent as PDF files, not zipped?
WooCommerce connection won't reset or reconnect
I need a little help here guys. I made a video about the issue here; https://www.screencast.com/t/7V3Q3p1I Recap: I can’t get my WooCommerce account to reconnect. I am using my admin account and the owners admin account. I created Application Specific Passwords for both accounts and tried each, no joy. I am unable to get the “connection” -- which WORKED earlier today, to reconnect. I came in to edit a zap, and when it wouldn’t save, I exited, made a copy and tried editing the copy. Neither of them will “connect” to my WooCommerce account. I logged out of everything, logged into WooCommerce.com, my WordPress site at https://psi-ceu.com and Zapier (all using his account). As you can see from the video, I’ve disabled popup blocking, made an exception to Zapier’s site (just in case), tried three different browsers (FireFox, Chrome and FireFox Developers Edition), and all behave the same. Adding File in Streak Box to Airtable Record
Does anyone know how we can get files (attachments) from our Streak Box into Airtable? We use Streak for our daily CRM, but use Zap to create records of concrete leads in Airtable. We attach files to the box in Streak and want those files in Airtable as well. We can send the file key, but that doesn’t give us the actual file (or link to a file) in Airtable.
"Only continue if" a field is updated
Dear community, I want a zap to run based on a trigger if a specific field is updated.This text field can be already empty or already filled in. Once this field is updated (manually oustide of Zapier), I want the trigger to run and follow the zap steps (like send an email). I do not understand how I can do that / which steps to set this up. Can I do this with the “filter by Zapier” option? Thank you for your help in advance.
How to separate values and put the value in two different outputs
Hello, I have a Clickfunnels flow that sells multiple products. I’m trying to pass to Facebook Conversions API the different information of each product....BUT first you need to know that Clickfunnels archive all the Amount of the products that the user has bought in this field down below. So I want to:Separate these values with comma (,) And I want to have a different Output for each value, so I can put different values in my facebook conversions zapThank you if you will spend 1 minute to help me! Ps: Please Note that I tried Format already. But there is a issue… It keeps passing the due value in the SAME OUTPUT.Instead I need to pass two different outputs in the field down below. Hi I’ve created a zap from facebook to twitter and the images are blurry.I saw a similar post where the only answer is “Check that you used the highest resolution of the image provided from Facebook.”, but I don’t know how or where.
Feature Request: Zap Versioning and Live Updates
When you have a Zap running live, it would be awesome if you could make edits on it without it having to turn off.Ideally, the Zap would operate on the last saved version while you make edits, and not migrate live to the new version until those new changes were saved. Otherwise, I have to either lose data, or make a copy of my Zap for every version change and then deprecate the old Zap. Level 1 of this feature would just be the ability to make edits on a live Zap and then push the changes into production. Level 2 of this feature would allow you to see a history of changes/versions and revert back to certain versions. I feel like this is something that may have been asked for before, but I couldn’t find it!
Adding a new row populates above header row in Google Sheets!
I have a very simple Zap setup to pull data from a Google Calendar event and adds a row to an existing Google Sheet populating:NameDateDescriptionThe zap is creating new rows of data above the column header rows. It seems like a pretty simple fix, but for the life of me, I cannot figure out why? I would like the new row to be created underneath existing data.

Always since the beginning I received the error : “Contact already exists”.I did not pay attention at the beginning because nevertheless I was receiving my records in hubspot. But now Zapier is turning off my zaps because of this repetitive issue.These are basic zaps that just bring a record from a list of getresponse to hubspot.
Trigger when Label has been removed from Trello card
Hello,I have a zap which triggers after a label has been set to a Trello card to enter data into a Google sheet.Sometimes it happens that the label has been set by accident, so I want to remove the data from the Google sheet when the label has been removed.I cannot find this trigger in “New Activity”.Can anybody assist to set up this trigger?
Why is this Google Calendar Zap using so many tasks?
I created this Zap to be triggered when there are New or Updated events in my Google Calendar. The intended goal of the Zap is to add a specific invitee to every event (the invitee is hard-coded, i.e., it’s always the same one). Unfortunately, there’s something wrong the Zap because it has used more than 1,000 tasks in less than 24 hours. I have certainly not created or updated 1,000 events. The part that I’m least sure about is the action set up. I’m pasting a screenshot below:I should mention that the Zap seemed to be doing what I wanted it to do. However, it stoped now because I ran out tasks.

Zapier Salesforce Success but transactions fail
Hi,I’m having an issue with zapier. I’m connected to salesforce and doing transactions as update, create and find. It was working fine, but now when I do an update it gives me success : True and the following message : A record was sent to Salesforce about x minutes ago.It used to give me details about the updated record. And when I go check in salesforce nothing changes. The find action works fine though. Can you please guide me through this.
Select field data appearing on spreadsheet unformatted
Hi all, Any help with this appreciated! I have a Ninja form Zap generally working well on its submissions to Google Sheets. I have one select filed however which contains options such as Section A, Section B etc. The issue I’m having problems is that the submission appears on the sheet as section-a section-b. I don’t see any options on the Wordpress Ninja form I can change and hoping there may be something I’m missing with Zapier. Thanks all

Can Zapier search a folder in onedrive and identify the correct subfolder in which to upload a document?
I am trying to set up Zapier to upload documents received via email to the correct client file in onedrive. I have figured out how to program this for each individual client, but I’m wondering if there is a way to have Zapier find the right folder based on information in the email. For example: if the email states that the document is for client Joe Smith, Zapier would then know to upload the document into Joe Smith’s folder. But if the email states the document is for Sally Mae, Zapier uploads to her folder. I’m trying to figure out if I can do this without needing to program each client folder as an individual zap or filter.
