This article says that the Zapier can transfer events from Firebase to Facebook, is this true? Will users be matched and the event can actually be used for optimization?

I don't have a specific configuration yet. This question is rather theoretical about the possibility of implementing this scheme for those who have already dealt with similar connections between firebase and facebook.
