How to transfer first_open app event from firebase to facebook for optimize app instal campaign?

This article says that the Zapier can transfer events from Firebase to Facebook, is this true? Will users be matched and the event can actually be used for optimization?

Let me make a reservation in advance that it is not possible to install facebook SDK or MMP in the application.

I don't have a specific configuration yet. This question is rather theoretical about the possibility of implementing this scheme for those who have already dealt with similar connections between firebase and facebook.
