Hi Folks

I'd like to grasp how to set up a ZAP to ensure that whenever new comments are added to JIRA tickets, those comments get added to the corresponding HubSpot tickets.

Could someone guide me through the configuration process for this scenario?

Try these Zap steps:

  1. Trigger: Jira Service Cloud - New Comment
  2. Action: HubSpot - Find Ticket
  3. Action: HubSpot - Create Engagement

 

 


@Troy Tessalone Is there a way to apply conditions to identify whether the comment is from the internal team or external team (customer)?

I did some digging into our notes, and it seems like the account type data is able to be returned by the trigger. Have you tried using the account type data in your scenario?
